Called to check on an order for pick-up that I placed last night. The confirmation code and email stated it would be ready by 11am and I opted in for a text whenever my order was ready for pick up. I have someone picking it up since I dont live in the area, and they are going to bring me my order tonight. I called the first time, and after being transferred over to the printing department, I sat on hold for 15 minutes before finally giving up and hanging up. Understanding how things are probably busy, I decided to call back. The same gentleman answered the phone and was very courteous and made a joke about not putting me on hold, and then I got placed on hold. A woman answered the phone and I told her I wanted to check in on the order. I told her it was fine if it wasnt ready quite yet, but wanted to know what time I could have my friend pick it up. Before I could finish asking the question, she said Okay bye now and hung up in the middle of me speaking. I just want to know if I should send my friend to get it today or tomorrow, and I didnt think it was asking too much to ensure that my project is done so its not a waste of time to come pick it up.

This store has polite and friendly staff but not as great a selection of technology as I had hoped when visiting. They had good deals on other office supplies, displays for some supplies which allowed me to gauge the options best for me. Overall I will probably return here for my office supply needs.

My experience was great after meeting Ann Dassler, employee thats works in the Savannah, Georgia store. Ann Dassler, work proficient in getting your order completed, Ann always have a smile on her face and very eager to assist. Keep up the good work Ann.

I ordered a desk for my office (product# 161324) on July 18th. I picked it up at the store, and brought it to the office. The top panel of the desk was cracked. We (my husband and I) contacted your store and was told that they did not have a replacement in stock. We contacted the company that makes the desk and asked them to ship a replacement. It arrived the following week, with a huge piece missing out of the corner. We called again and requested ANOTHER replacement. It again took several days to get here as it is apparently not possible for the company to overnight anything. It came in the mail today at 5pm and again has a damaged corner. At this point I am livid. I want a solution. I should not have to wait nearly a month to get a functional desk.I sent the above correspondence to the corporate office. They responded and assured me that I would be hearing from a manager in the Savannah store promptly.I waited three days with no response. My husband then called and spoke with Richard. He did not have the same product in stock, but assured us that he would replace it with an upgrade (same desk with a hutch). I agreed to this and we loaded all of the parts in the car to take it back.When we arrived at the store, we were told that they would not allow us to receive the desk without an additional payment of $105.00... after four weeks of not being able to use a desk I already purchased and not being able to receive a replacement part that wasnt damaged, they wanted me to pay MORE because they did not have the correct item in stock.THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

The store was cleaned and well maintained. I love Office Depot as they always have great clearance sections to comb through and today didnt disappoint. The only reason I knocked them a star is half the staff was in one section just talking. The other half was really helpful. Ill definitely be back for another round.

Alana was so helpful! Went to 3 stores for help with our PC and received 0 customer service. Finally went to Office Depot, only because it was the furthest away, and problem was solved within minutes! Alana took time to answer our questions and get us exactly what we needed!!!

Every once in awhile you stumble across a manager who TRULY cares about the customer. Julia is one of those managers. She needs to be commended on her passionate devotion to the customer service experience. She assisted me with a large corporate order. When I told her how much I would be spending, it didnt change her level of commitment to me as a customer. Thank you Julia and I will be back.

This store displayed no customer service. There were multiple people working but no one offered to help. I was looking to buy two office chairs, was in the store for 25 minutes, and no one stopped to check on us or see what we needed. As I was leaving the store an associate finally asked us did we have any questions. But my foot was already out the door, so it was a little too late. I dont expect jumping through hoops, but I do expect customer service when Im spending my money.

I am getting married and used the print shop to get my programs for the ceremony and signs printed off. My programs were a little complex due to the design and how I needed them cut. The print shop employees, especially Shawna, were exceptional!!!! They were so kind and patient and made sure to verify with me when they had any questions. I am so greatful for their wonderful service. It was needed for a stressful time. Thank you to everyone there for making it so enjoyable to come in, no matter how many mistakes I did on my part.

Excellent service today. I watched to buy some crayons that ate on sale for 0.50 for 24 count. Six boxes was the limit. I want to donate these crayons to a school. The manager asked my to purchase over the limit at 6 boxes at a time. It took about 45 minutes and ringing up ringing each box individually. But it was worth it so we could help some children get their school supplies. Abd or cashier was awesome and patient and new. Thank you so much.

The apathetic service from the print counter was disappointing. Ordered one print online, received email confirmation of the order but that was it. Employee said they tried to call and email to inform me that they were out of stock of the paper, neither were received. I know things happen and it’s not their fault but a minimum amount of effort could have been made. Imagine if this had been a final or something important, but it wasn’t I’m just complaining and whiny.

I gave Office Depot four out of five stars only because their prices are a tad bit High Walmart have them beat as far as prices go and when I go in there I am specifically getting something I just think that the prices need to be lowered the people that work there are really nice management is really nice I have no issues the lady that used to work for Toys R Us for many many years is now over at Office Depot so its nice seeing her. The store was clean and its a Sunday so it was really really slow business. I think my kids and I are the only ones in the store. I will watch there prices and I will be back. Bring back the 1cent school paper sale you had a couple of years ago. Lower your prices but I will come back and check.

Terrible! And you feel bad asking somebody for help. Plus only two people you can see, thats actually working, the place is bad. And I blame corporate an upper management because of their poor managing trying to put more money in their pockets and shortcut the consumer. There sitting in there big comfortable chairs. And employees gives much and get little in return. I loved that store at one time. Now I will not go back there.

Im an art student with strict deadlines and I needed some printing done on 11x17 bristol paper. The Office Max down the road had to cut off on-demand printing so my friends and I went here instead. The staff was incredibly attentive--their main printers were actually broken, but they were kind enough to use display printers in order to get our order done! Travis, the employee assisting us, even stayed for up to 30 minutes after his shift had ended to help us out! This place is nothing if not friendly, a great experience.

My experience here was so awful. The assistant manager, Ms. Julie is racist. I’ve never experienced anything like this before to be a repeat customer. I will tell any business owner to get their office needs somewhere else. I don’t understand why their corporate office would hire someone like this and keep them there.

Not impressed with Shawna in the printing department. I spent half an hour in the store waiting for her to find my order. Armed with a order number, a confirmation email, and patience- it was much too long to get assistance when there were no other customers in the store. Disorganized and not well staffed. Take your print job elsewhere.

I have been to this location a handful of times, and every trip has resulted in a negative experience. Today was the last effort. I walked in to the printing service area, as I got my SUB card out and started to hand it to the staff member MARINELLE she stopped me and said, I have to wait until she helps this other customer she called over. There were two other staff member at the checkout both busy, another staff member standing around. A total of three staff members at the front of the store. This customer that was called over was NEXT in line and had nothing to do with printing services. So I waited until customer walked away and MARINELLE was ready. I gave her my SUB card and she asked what I wanted printed, I clearly said, the Pre-Paid Label she looked one second and threw her hand up and said where? and pointed the computer screen toward me. I pointed and repreated the Pre-Paid Label right here. This attitude I received from MARINELLE is unacceptable. I also have worked in retail and know the importance of great customer service. Everytime I have been in this store the customer service is extremely bad.
