WORST service experience I have ever had. Brand new Transit Van. Brought it in for a check engine light, oil change, inspection and an electrical outlet that doesn’t work. Dropped it off on my appointment day at 7am….they didn’t even touch it until the end of the day and then said they might have to order a part that will take another day. The next day the service advisor was off and I never got any information until I called them. Then I got a text saying my vehicle was done when in fact it wasn’t. Good thing I called before I went to pick it up. Then it stayed for another whole day and NO ONE called me with any information. On the FOURTH day I called again and they said everything was done except for the electrical outlet because a part has to be ordered and they “don’t know when that part is coming in” so they told me to pick up the van and bring it back another time for the outlet! OUTRAGEOUS! How does a DEALERSHIP get away with such HORRIBLE customer service and incompetent communication?
Good luck if you want to get a call back as to the status of your vehicle! I have been in this service center 2x for a transmission issue on my 2017 F150. 1ST time it took them over 5 WEEKS to fix it.. Now I am in here over 3 WEEKS! Dimitry who is supposed to be my service advisor will not return phone calls and instead tells the receptionist to relay the message, the tech is still working on your vehicle. Stay clear of this place!!
The quality of this service department has plummeted. It used to be ok.
Car is less than two years old and the condensate drain is leaking filling the car with mold. They say it’s not under warranty because the mileage is too high. Service advisor knew nothing about cars. It was embarrassing.And to top it off, I made a night appointment to which they were going to work on it, was told someone would call me in the morning and I had to call at 11:55 to find out the status. Will never go back or buy from them
Charged me $500+ in diagnostic work even when I told the clerk that I was fairly certain that one issue was related to the rest, and was proven right.Besides the outrageous prices the service itself was subpar at best.I brought my car in on a Wednesday morning with an appointment, I didnt receive my car back until FRIDAY AFTERNOON, communication was atrocious, I had to call them 4 times wondering what was taking so long for simple diagnostic work. The first time I called I was told they were working on the car as we spoke and they should be done in an hour or two, 6 hours later I call again and was told it should be done in 5 minutes, another hour and a half passes and I call again to finally hear that the diagnostic work is complete, I need a new Instrument Cluster, but ford doesnt make the part anymore so I would have to wait until the could find the part for me. At that point I ask to just pick up my car, I have had enough.Even inside the office area it seemed very jumbled up and unorganized even after I paid I was not told where my car even was.I would not recommend coming here for any service.
Great staff and reasonable prices! Love the extended hours and flexibility!
Basically just thieves disguised as mechanics. They charged me $325 just to look at my car and assess the problems it had. A nearby mechanic shop only charged $70 to tell me the same thing. And then Sayville Ford tried to coerce me into paying $5000 in repairs on a car thats only worth $4000 with no damage, and only has about 50,000 miles of life left on it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is literally the most incompetent group of service people I have ever seen in my life,I wouldnt recommend them to change an air freshener, complete trash of a place
