A tractor trailer tire flew off and hit my BMW. Somehow Josh and his body shop FIXED my car and got it back to me within only a couple of weeks despite the supply shortages and the car being so new. I wont go anywhere else for my BMW/car services in the future. Josh and his team are awesome!

Mike, Josh, Joe and Steven are awesome!! Been going to them for years now and they always take care of me like family. You have car troubles, bring it to theses guys they know their stuff.

Warranty finished with Toyota and looking to establish business with reputable mechanic. I was happy to be done with Toyota because of expense. . I needed an oil change, a car battery installed (I purchased separately from Costco), and an inspection. I asked him to look at front brakes, and secure decorative piece over muffler as it was loose and was making noises w movement.Bill came to $135. Oil change $40, car inspection $37, and $45 to install battery. I did not need brakes and he did not charge to secure muffler. I asked that the old battery be left in the car so I could return to Costco to get $15 back.He was very nice and professional however I will not return as a customer. $40 is too much for an oil change, and more importantly, $45 for battery installation is way overpriced and i believe he was taking advantage. Why will Mavis do it for $10, pep boys and auto zone for free, and the buddy Next door can do it in a few minutes, without much effort, and for free? I appreciate him Securing the muffler free of charge, but he lost a customer by charging $45 to install battery. Not nice. He also didnt put old battery back in car and I had to go back the next day to get the battery. Waste of my valuable time. Not a good way to get new business, but maybe he is busy enough and doesnt need it .

Dont use this place. appointment 4 days before and nobody knows who did appointment. Why they promised time and date to me? It seems this store not organized. Price is also too expensive they offered me. They said it takes 2~3 hours but 1 hours when the appointment time. I did same job other place and time was an hour or so. They proud they are enthusiast of BMW. But they dont know BMW. I dont now they can fix or doing job well. But, I think they cant trust and irresponsible place.Never gonna go there and recommend. Terrible place ever I used auto shop in NYS.

Would not recommend this place. Very high priced not very professional my overall experience was not good.I was there to have my car inspected with a potential buyer present and the mechanic advised them not to buy my car due to some water leaking in from the convertible top. Which was absurd being the car is 14 years old and there was no damage from the water at all. Plus as a professional you should state the problems with the car not put your personal opinion on weather or not you should buy it or not.Then gave me a quote of work to be done which was so outrageous priced so i took it to my local mechanic and it was half the price he quoted me.

Place is great! Being a Woman they helped me with my American Cars and they also fix my BMW at half the price the dealer wanted!! Go There and speak with Mike!

Got my repaired perfectly and it was a great fun a to deal with these guys. The location is fantastic. Recommended. Love their prices as well.

Very poor service every time I took my car in to get fixed I would have that same problem once I got it back, also the owner is very rude when talking to him. Would give it -2 stars if I could
