So if you order on Uber eats this place is also listed as “Sunny and Fine’s Breakfast Burritos” let me tell you there was nothing fine about this burrito. The pictured burrito cost $10.50. Total rip off. I also ordered coffee with milk and sugar which came with no sugar. Would not recommend.

Very nice bagel place, staff is all super friendly, willing to correct mistakes bc were human and they sometimes happen, which i love. They certainly could use more help. Theyre always so busy and being pulled everywhere. Definitely recommend

I made sure to read the reviews first to make sure I wasnt overexaggerating or being biased. However, the other reviews are exactly what I expected. I was waiting in that store for 30 minutes for 2 items. Doesnt sound bad right? Not until other customers complained and were shocked I was there for so long waiting for an order. The staff there are nonexistent. They kept messing up orders, one employee chased down a customer because they accidentally gave them an extra sandwich and the wrong order. It was very unorganized. I wouldnt have gone so hard on this review if 1. They messed up my promotional period for Door Dash by not helping me with me order for someone that only lived 4 minutes away and ordered a breakfast sandwich and pastry and 2. If the woman behind the counter didnt treat me differently then her other encounters with customers (yes Im talking about the color of my skin and yes, I dont like it either but it happened. Anyways, maybe they need to read some of these reviews and do better for the customers that come.

Literally the slowest bagel spot on Long Island right here & I’m willing to put money on it. The word express should not be in their name. Express means fast & THIS AIN’T IT. Definitely wasn’t worth the wait at all. Avoid at all costs unless you have all day to wait for bland soggy food.

The crew is very kind and helpful. Although they are great with customers everyone makes a mistake sometimes especially when it is overwhelming busy. I picked up a delivery order after walking away due the large amount of orders and customers at the moment. A few minutes later came back hoping it was ready and yes it was handed over to me. I went over to the address in a rush because it was already late. Dropped off the order and went on my way. A few moments later the customer calls me stating that everything was incorrect. I assured him that I will go back and get him the order he paid for. Of course it was available since I was given the wrong bag. No blame for anyone as long as I completed the task and the customer received his order. The only thing that I kind of trying to turn into a positive situation is the fact that my rating as a delivery person went down one percentage. Not a big deal and I do believe that it is so for an unknown for me reason. All good and thank you guys for being the best you are.

In a word...DISGUSTING!! unless of course you like FILTH - when was the last time this place has been cleaned? Staff arguing between themselves. The owner/cook found screaming at people in and outside of the deli carrying the same spatula that she doesnt clean. Not one staff member washed their hands after wiping sweat from their faces. The final straw? Staff has asked customers to go and fix coffee for their online orders. YUK!

Bagel EXPRESS is very SLOW! We ordered a Tex-Mex wrap and egg salad bagel. Both were boring and nothing worth coming back for. I recommend trying some other good bagels and delis on Long Island - there are many better options.

Ordered a salad with pears. They gave me hard boiled eggs instead. Orders a sandwich literally called “Holy Guacamole” and its a few slices of avocado on the sandwich. If it’s avocado, write avocado. Don’t say it’s guacamole. Chicken on the sandwich was dry as a desert. Won’t be ordering again avoid this place.

Wow has this place gone downhill! Small orders take over 30 minutes to be done. When you enter the deli, you have to stand in a chaotic group of people (no organized lines) and wait for the lady at the register to choose you before you get your food. Theres no system in place, she just picks random people. You could be left standing around for over 15 minutes. The customer service is horrendous. Calling in your order is a waste of time. It will most likely be wrong and it definitely wont be ready when you get there. The place has also gotten quite dirty. Its unfortunate, but needs to be said. I wont be back.

I placed my order and paid online. When I went they told they did not have it so once I grabbed my phone out of my car to show them they ignored me for 5 minutes. I said I’d rather just place a new order because I was going to be late to work, the lady told me I have to wait because all these NEW people were in front of me.

Ordered door dash, they confirmed the order, sent a driver there, then they went back to “preparing order”. Called just to make sure they are still sending it out ( mind you it’s been an hour already) and they say sorry we’re closing. It’s 3:30. Half hour before close. I said we ordered it an hour ago and you confirmed it. “Oh we close like 2:30”. She was so rude.Not the first time they have messed up door dash. They are careless with their orders.

Huge bagels but they are not cooked traditionally and taste more like bread. Cream cheese options are solid, but if you want a good bagel, try anywhere else.

Food is pretty good, but staff doesnt wear face masks although thats mandatory at this time. When I asked them a month ago to put on a mask, they did but werent happy about it. This time I experienced the same thing. Ill hesitate to go back until NY is fully open again.

The desserts are sweet but the staff is sweeter. The bagels are delicious, especially when they are still warm. A real hometown spot. The food is fresh, with a great flavour selection. They treat my kids like celebrities and we always leave smiling. This is our go -to breakfast destination.

Good breakfast spot. Can get busy most mornings but moves quickly enough. The bagels down the road are better but theres more offerings at Bagel Express. Dont forget to join their free sandwich punch card program!

The woman making my bagels did not wear a mask or gloves. I observed another woman behind the counter eating without a mask as well. The woman making my food without any ppe also went to the register to open a roll of pennies and went back to food prep without washing hands! Completely unsanitary and dangerous in time of COVID. When it was time for my iced coffee a third woman wasn’t sure how to give me a straw because they were not packaged and I’m a box. She shook them from the box and asked me to grasp one. Not ideal... this place needs to be evaluated. It is not clean.

I love bagels. A bit on the expensive side, and not justifiably so, given the average quality of food served. Food not bad at all, but at the same time, nothing special either. Ive been to some bagels places with a wow factor at the same price or less.

2 of 3 sandwiches ordered arrived cold, and other items were completely forgotten. I called to rectify, was put on hold for 5 min, then hung up on. Called back and was pretty much told too bad. Terrible. Wont ever be ordering from here again.

I have been partial to Hot Bagels for a long time...but I was happy to find an alternative...my bagel and coffee were great. About time there was competition in town.

Not one to complain but certainly will not be going back. Unfortunately there is no way to post the picture of what I ordered and received. BEC on a everything bagel which eggs were so overcooked and a 1/2 slice of bacon. A 1/2 slice of bacon what a joke. Oh and everyone was wearing masks except for the guys in the back cooking! Really!

This place use to be good. It has gone down hill. The lady at the counter barely knows whats going on. They cant ever get an order correct. When you order a hungry man on a wrap and you get to work to find out its on a hero and theres no cheese. Total disappointment. I done going there. Never again!

When I reached in the bag to get the egg sandwich and the paper was wet with grease I knew it wasn’t going to be good. The eggs were over cooked and the bacon wasn’t bacon, it looked like many little broken scraps of bacon that the cook pushes off into the grease trap on the grill after a sandwich is made. The bagel itself was supposed to be toasted but couldn’t tell if it was because it was soaked with grease. Then I got charged $2.99 for a 6oz OJ that’s usually free at other places and not to mention $3.99 for a 16oz coffee..

The bagels here are varied and delicious enough that I havent even bothered to try anything else.Southerners beware of their sweet tea. It tastes nothing like what that term means in the South and you (as I did) will likely end up just pouring it down the drain. This far north, though, I dont hold it against them.

Worst customer service ever. They accept DoorDash orders, take your money, and then decide to not fulfill the order. They lie about the hours they’re open. Rude on the phone. Horrible people, they don’t wear masks, and are condescending.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Not only did they mess up my order again but the sandwich I ordered was not how the menu describes it. It is supposed to have 3 eggs there was only one. I asked for the eggs to be scrambled they were sunny side up and bacon was crumbled into tiny burnt pieces. The burrito was supposed to have guacamole on the side they forgot it and both meals were cold. Gave them a second chance there won’t be a 3rd. Save your money and order from somewhere else.

The bagels are always fresh here. They have flavor and dont just taste bland - the egg bagels actually taste like egg bagels. The grill stays on all day which is amazing also. The hashbrowns are delicious too!

Good bagels but I ordered food and they left 3 bagels out and when I asked for them to bring them they said they would and they never came so.....

Pros: they take credit cards, accept online orders, have iced coffee even in the winter.Cons: the bagels are clearly not made in house and they are always stale.The iced tea is not good. The staff are nice but they seem overwhelmed even when there are more employees than customers (which is most of the time because, again, the bagels are stale.)

Ordered through doordash at work. The service was terrible, my doordash driver was almost appalled by the experience. I ordered 3 smoothies and a breakfast wrap. My poor doordash driver was so frazzled when he got the food to me. The food wasnt that good to get food from here again with the service like that.

This is the worst deli I have ever been to. They took 10 minutes just to take my order when there was only 2 other people in the store. After waiting almost half an hour for one bagel once I got it it was burnt and terrible. There is nothing Express about this store.

I only review places that Ive found to be either top notch or the pits. This place is top notch. I eat here at least once a week. Ive been hooked since the first time I walked into Sayvilles popular breakfast-on-the-go Bagel Express and have never once regretted it. The service is fantastic, friendly, courteous, attentive and consistently of high quality. Bagel Express has a wide range of delicious menu items griddle/grill lunch selections, lunch heros like eggplant or chicken. Im usually there in the morning grabbing French toast Bagels and oreo cream cheese-- which (take my word for it) is insanely good! They have an app which males ordering take out or pick up a snap. Expect to spend around $6- $12 on a typical single order which in Sayville is about right. Go once and I guarantee youll add it to your regular rotation based completely on the mouth-watering fresh eats and exceptionally charming staff. I definitely recommend Bagel Express of Sayville.

I love this place. I have been there few times. Never get disappointed with their customer service. And the store manager Neel is incredibly friendly. He listens to customers complains and fix them quickly. This is where I get my Weekend breakfast.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is for you if you want every sandwitch you order wrong everytime you order. Order a big order every weekend and every weekend they mess it up and this time I had it, so I called and they told me that it is impossible for that to happen and hung up, they are not answering the phone and ducking my calls. They confused a cinnimon bagel with an egg everything, put milk in a black coffee that the one that ordered it is lactose intolerant, plain bagel with a seseme, BEC and gave just egg and 1 piece of bacon no cheese and no condiments. And the most disgusting thing was having 2 large pieces of hair in the pancakes we ordered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE SHOULD GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH AND THE FOOD IS EVEN WORSE. WORST DELI ON LONG ISLAND BY FAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vegetarian Unfriendly Crooks: 2nd time I went in there, I used the menus on the countertop to show the guy taking the order, I wanted a bagel 1.00 with a side of cheese .50, a side of tomato, .50and lettuce .50. $2.50 at the register the charge me $5.50 for a sandwich cuz they added a cup of potato salad. I explained I just wanted a bagel with sides and should be charged the same as the people buying one with butter or plain.Still they charged me full price

I paid $9.75 for an egg sandwich and apple juice and i order my egg sandwich with a little mayo (i know its weird) but they literally put a pound lf mayo on it with their old stale bagels. And just looked at me when i wasnt going to eat it.Probably because noone in there spoke english. Never again......

I really want to like this place especially since my job orders from here all the time. But Im just so tired of getting our orders done wrong even on simple things like toasting a bagel! Or how you want your eggs. I also dont think that the bagels are fresh all the time since I have gotten stale bagels a couple of times.

Ordered egg sandwiches for delivery and instead of getting 2 small coffees and an oj they gave all oj’s. One of the orders was supposed to be on a bagel and it came on a roll. Eggs were supposed to be fried, they were scrambled. Was very disappointed and the girl on the phone had a major attitude.
