As soon as I stepped foot in Donaldsons Subaru, I knew this was going to be the place I purchased my Crosstrek. I had been looking at other dealers and everyone else seemed pushy and just looking to get a sale. We sat down with Ashley and she was absolutely amazing. I told her my must haves and nice to haves and she gave me options based on my budget and what I wanted. Going from an 04 to a 2021, I definitely had my fair share of questions about leasing and all the different things that come with the car. Ashley took time to really explain and answer each question which made me feel so much more comfortable with the whole process. After that meeting, I was set on a Crosstrek and couldnt wait to close the deal!We ended up coming back the next day to test drive the 2021 Crosstrek Limited. My Mk6 gti had been off the road for the past 4 years. I brought the car in for a tune up and inspection. There were a couple of issues that popped up (as to be expected after sitting for so long). Luckily many of the issues were under extended warranty. Awesome service, good price. Got everything done in an afternoon without an appointment It felt good shifting through the gears after a long hiatus.

Donaldsons is great and Holly is the best. She is always very helpful. I have gotten two Subarus through her and when the time comes for a new one I can only hope she is still there. I have been going to Donaldsons since 2015 and will go back again.

I can not say enough about the incredible experience I had! Michael Chiofalo went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and get me the car I wanted. Yes I said enjoyable, there was little to be done but a few signatures. I have purchased new cars in the past but I have to say this was a whole new experience. Inefficient service. I had my car there for a month for them to change the Reverse. Every time I called they said that they just have to put the transmission back or that they were waiting for parts.
