Ordered several pulls for our cabinets, and then had to change the order and their people responded in minutes, fixed our order and we got them in a couple of days. Then had to add another order which we got the very next day. They respond quickly and even gave a discount no one else would give. Great company and people to work with.

We ordered handles for our kitchen remodel. The selection was fantastic, with many styles and finishes available. Prices were definitely better than you find in the big box stores. Handles were delivered quickly and well packed for shipping. We will definitely look here again if we encounter another project needing this hardware.

I dont believe Ive ever shopped online with a company that only communicated by email. Having said that, the experience was better than a store with a phone. The response time was immediate with every email; the help I received was phenomenal, and everyone was extremely nice. These qualities are hard to come by these days. They have a huge selection of door and drawer pulls and the style I decided on are beautiful. They are substantial and well made. It was hard to tell by the pictures but the staff is there to answer any and all questions that once youre done, you just know youve made the right choice. Im so happy to have shopped here. I selected two knobs I thought I might order and wanted to know the base diameters. I contacted KnobDepot & was pleasantly surprised when I received a quick response. I placed an order immediately & it shipped the next day. Received quickly, but one small problem - short 3 knobs in the box. I again contacted KnobDepot (6:34 PM) and again received an email really fast (1/2 hour)! Apology and shipment will be made tomorrow. The knob I ordered was on clearance, so a really good price for a nice product!

Sorry for the misleading reveiw! Should be 0 stars ( wouldnt let me ). Paid for 2nd day air ( over $50.00 ) on 14 handles. First off that is an astronomical cost for that size of box. Second KnobDepot shipped my order regular ground.Since my order didnt show up I called to find out why. KnobDepot doesnt have have a staff you can talk to. Their calls are answer by a answering service. My first call was responded to hours later with an email giving me my confirmation and tracking number ( which of course I already had ). I tried another call later that same day. Requested a call back now 24hrs later still no call.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND .DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU CANT TALK TO A HUMAN AND THEY WONT RETURN YOUR CALLS DONT BUY!!
