Its Haagen, they can do no wrong. Staff is friendly. Same guy behind the counter for years, be nice to him and hell be nice back, just like all humanity should be. Oh, and try the raspberry sorbet, its the best tasting thing thats almost good for you... almost.

The one and only place to buy ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet and cakes as well as sundaes and shakes is Haagen-Das on Spencer Place in Scarsdale Village. It it expensive to buy a tiny cup of sorbet or ice cream? Yes it is! However no one is forcing you to shop there! Over the years we’ve purchased many delicious ice cream cakes and if you are looking for a house warming gift that will be devoured with glee, why not bring a pint or two? Today we treated ourselves to a cup of strawberry sorbet! We wanted to buy something healthy-ish! And it was delightful to eat on a 90 degree summer day!

The quality is ice cream (🍨) is good but the servers are not great. They are rude and try to cut corners while serving. There has been instances when I didnt get the points even when qr was scanned. May be it was not scanned properly...

It’s currently 8:57. They close at 9. About 6 people waiting outside. Doors are locked. I looked at the people inside, knocked on the door, and they only look at me. They cant even open the door to speak to one of their best customers and get him and his friends some ice cream when he very much wants it and they should not be closed yet. Very upset with the customer service and my experience here.

People are lazy and slow. I asked for a cake and he told me to check my self for the flavor that I wanted.

Terrible customer service. Ismail is extremely rude. My son (5yo) was debating between two flavors and Ismail didn’t want to wait and chose one flavor and put it on the counter without saying anything. We were the only customers and nobody was waiting. Avoid this location!

Great neighborhood ice cream shop. Ismael is always courteous and friendly to our family. Sure, place could use modernization/wifi/healthier choices but it’s a local staple and survives in a town where most don’t due to astronomical rent.

The best ice cream Ive had in a while

When I got my ice cream it was dripping when Ismail gave me the ice cream. It got all over my hands and credit card. I denied to take the ice cream and left. Ismail was very rude and the prices are over the top.

Family of 4, We love hagan daz, after driving to couple of addresses we got here. 3 sundaes and 1 shake.It is sad that stores do.not.maintain the quality or the way suppose to make the sundaes or shake.The large shake was very poorly made, with pecans on the bottom, a total waste of money. It was also slightly expensive than what we pay for same in great neck and fresh meadows.Hagan daz corporate should check randomly or have a revised training periodically to make sure that the stores maintain the proper standards.

Often divulge here when necessary. Haagen Dazs was the first food chain type of store in the village. It is a family favorite. It goes back many years. It is small but clean. Kids come at lunch from the High School. Known for its great tasting ice cream, it has great shakes, cakes, cones, cups, birthday cakes and more. It is centrally located in the middle of town. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place. Dont miss this treat. We owe it to ourselves. Is there anything better in town?

Extremely expensive for what it is. More importantly, the server, Ismail, I think is his name, is beyond rude. Frankly offensive. Doesnt do his job properly, clearly hates his jobAjob (or customers) andtand pushes back offensively when called out. Love HD ice cream but avoid this location!!!!

Amazing ice cream and great staff. But, it is so overpriced and you have to pay a lot for extra toppings, sauces, etc.

Its over priced, even for Scarsdale. The employees dont seem happy at all.

While this is the best ice cream you can get, the store is often not that clean. Sometimes the staff are good, sometimes not so. They have a lot of teenagers who work here and they often close early. This is not so good when you come out to get something to eat and they are not there. I wish they followed their hours

This was the only ice shop that had tiramisu ice cream. My wifes and I favorite. Will return next time.

Never too crowded except for free ice cream day, which is nice. I live their vanilla and coffee. They have indoor seating and a been outside

Häagen-Dazs ice cream is tasty. There arent really any better hard ice cream shops around. Youd have to go pretty far to a Ben and Jerrys or something to get any better. Staff is always friendly.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Ordered a custom cake, only to go to the store and be told by the manager that they sold the cake to someone else (in a laughing manner). Terrible service, terrible customer care, overall a joke for the the franchise.
