This place have very knowledgeable people. They take you step by step on the process and keeps you informed while fixing your truck. Cant even tell that my truck was ever in an accident.

Despite “the end of the world” pandemic going on, I felt safe using SCS because of all the extra sanitizing procedures they use to thoroughly clean my car and disinfect it.The body work is flawless. The paint looks completely original. It’s was very damaged, I am sure they had to cut off a good portion of the quarter panel. Looks like the day I got it.Aurora, who works in the office, was sharp as a tack and doesn’t waste time getting you all the information you need as quickly and pleasantly as possible. She is ready to go the extra mile to help you.The owner was very nice and aptly proud of the work they did. I would definitely recommend Ernie and his crew to fix all your cars body needs.

I was Directed here through my insurance after I was involved in a rear end collision. Just last week I was there getting a full estimate on the damages caused to my vehicle. I brought my car in for repairs this Monday and Just got it back today on Friday. This place is fast, efficient, and provides your car with a good quality service. Alex and Ernie were two of the guys that worked on my vehicle and had it looking new again. Alex kept in constant contact with me throughout the week giving me progress updates on my car which was helpful. Between the receptionist and the body shop workers, their customer service and craftsmanship is topnotch.

Aurora, Alex and the entire team here were absolutely wonderful to work with when I was hit by another driver and needed repair work done on the passenger side of my Jeep. They took care of making my rental car reservation with my insurer and had the rental delivered when I dropped my car off (so easy!), they kept in constant contact with me regarding the status of the estimates and repair work being done and they even took my concerns with the repair work to heart and followed through on fixing some things how I asked them to be fixed. What impressed me the most, however, was the fact that they really touched up a large scratch/chipping in the body panel of my car (that was unrelated to the accident but near some of the accident damage, mind you) without me even asking! And it looks 10x better than before!All in all, the quality of their work was very well done and they were great with both professionalism and communication. Though I hope I never get into an accident again, if I do I would certainly have the repair work done here. The Jeep looks great - A+!!

Recently I had my car repaired at this facility. The customer service was excellent. The work done was wonderful. They treated me with respect and they were very detailed about letting me the work involved. They finished the work in a timely manner. They went above and beyond as well. My battery was due fue replacement without my knowing and so that I would not get stranded they charged it to get me by so i can purchase one. I would definitely go back for any other work. Hopefully it will never be needed but they were wonderful and I am very grateful.

This place is truly amazing! The people in the office (Aurora,Nancy) are great people. They helped set everthing up from rental to getting the vehicle repaired and back to me . They were very transparent and helped explain and set and understand the expectations.The repair team was great as well you cant even tell the damage occured! Blending of the paint is amazing! I was really concerned about this as my 2011 Ford Fusion has only 11,000 miles on it. I explained to (Ernie) he told not to worry about anything he will take care of it as if it was his own. I took my car here to have the damaged estimated and repaired after a bad collision. Unfortunately they were unable to fit me into their schedule right away as they are currently very busy and my car needs A LOT of work done. But their friendly and courteous staff took the time to explain the damage to me and answered all my questions before I left for a different body shop to get an official estimate done. They seemed like very trustworthy folks. I wish I’d had the option to leave my car with them, but it’s very urgent that I get these repairs done right away. I certainly don’t hold it against them that they are too busy to tackle such a massive project at the moment. I’m hoping I won’t be in need of a body shop again anytime soon, but if for some reason I do, I’ll be stopping back at Collision Service Center before anywhere else.

Collision Service Center is the best place in the area to get work done on your car. I was involved in a head on accident in my brand new Honda Accord Sport in October. I called and spoke to Aurora who walked me through the process. They even scheduled to have my car picked up from my lot at work from a tow company. Customer Service was excellent as well as the work that was done on my car. They made sure that i was satisfied and for that I would recommend them to anyone.

I was backed into and tried this place out based on the reviews that I read online. I have to admit that I was initially unhappy with a couple of bits of the body work. They were minor issues that most people likely would not have noticed, but I apparently have a keen eye for minor imperfections. Rather than try to fight me on what I viewed as wrong with the car, the team there was highly responsive in making sure that everything was exactly to my liking, and then some.On top of all of this, I was impressed by the low quoted price of their service. Since my car was hit by someone elses, I did not have to pay it, but it was good to know that they have reasonable rates as well.I hope to never again need to go to a body shop, but if I do, I know that these guys will take the best care of my car that is possible.

Wonderful experience with Collision Service Center! This was our second time using the shop. My husband had a door repaired after being hit and I had hail damage on my brand new car. CSC did a great job on my 2013 Malibu. I would recommend them for any and all auto body work. I had rear passenger door damage with little dings, niks and scratches all around and they fixed everything. Now my 5 year old car looks as good as it did the day I purchased it. Show room floor clean!

These guys made the tonneau cover on my truck look like new. I had a spot about 2 feet in diameter that had the clearcoat/paint peeling off. I had a different shop verbally agree to do the work after seeing photos but then backed out once they actually saw the spot in person. CSC took my truck without hesitation and made the tonneau look like new.
