Shane is great! He was informative and upfront about everything. Ive had my car a year and this was the first time Ive had to bring it in for service. Im extremely particular about my car, and was pretty nervous about bringing it in. Shane made me feel like everything was in good hands there. I feel much better about my next visit, just hope its not too soon.

Jose was honest, patient and very understanding of my situation… he was not pushy at all; which ultimately was what made me feel they were trustworthy and like they deserved my business. First of all, despite signs all over in the dealership, only about 50% of the people were wearing masks. Thats employees and customers. Then I feel we got Chevy quality service in a Cadillac dealer. Not impressed.Update: I tried to respond with details to the provided email but it came back undeliverable. So I went on the website and got in a chat with someone who had no idea what the proper email is.

If I could rate this place lower I would! This review has been a long time coming. I bought vehicle from them back in February. Coming from WI I has extremely thoroughly before even heading down there. Deal was done before we hit the road. In fact I couldve had the check in hand from my bank. The finance manager called and asked for the opportunity to beat the rate.. she did. That was the only thing good. The sales rep I had was knew and had no clue what he was doing. We waited for over 5 hours though was told everything is ready. If it wasnt for me saying I need to be on road back home for my daughter with in 20 minutes or Im leaving, it wouldve took another 2 hours. There was a lock on the tow hitch they didnt have the key for and was told they would remove it... that didnt happen! My plates were supposed to be customized....that didnt happen. Any time you try to speak to someone... you cant. Now trying to get new tires and find out there was a key that I should have and dont. Worst experience ever

Edit againPatrick Cadillac went ahead and reimbursed me half of the repair costEdit.It has been just under 2 weeks since i purchased this 2012 GMC Acadia, the check engine light started to flash and drive very bad. I took car to a local mechanic and they advised there are multiple issues detected engine misfire, airbag restraint codes, windows not programed. After calling the dealer i was told there is nothing they will do and its not their problem. when i went into the dealer i spoke with Joseph he made it seem like they would take car of the issues but after getting the call back from Jose the used car manager i was told there was nothing they could do.I purchased a used GMC Acadia Denali from Patrick Cadillac. When i called to see if the Vehicle was still avail they were more than helpful. I gave them the Payment i wanted and they advised they could make it happen. When I arrived at my set appointment they had the car pulled up and shining clean. MIKE VILCHIK came out to greet me. right off the bat he was pushy and seemed very rude. he rushed me to take the car out for a test drive while i was looking over the car. when we went on a test drive i had made a comment about the brakes he told me its not a nice car and this is normal. He made me feel like i was less important because i was not buying a Cadillac. After the test drive he gave me the total payment amount and it was way way over what i told them i wanted my payments to be. His answer was sorry you have bad credit. I then asked to speak to Joseph Marchi. I told him i had my own financing and that i did not need them to run my credit. Joseph completely turned things around. He was able to confirm my pre-approved financing got me a new sales rep. Jose Olvera was amazing extremely helpful. After i purchased the car Jose followed me over to a rental place to return my rental and gave me a ride back to the dealer. Above and beyond service. I love my new car. Thanks again Patrick Cadillac.

Excellent experience purchasing my SUV from Patrick Cadillac. Our salesman Mike was very kind and informative. The finance manager was extremely up front, gracious, and friendly. We love our new Cadillac XT5. Very smooth riding vehicle. Definitely a great price. Our closer Derrick was such a nice man. He went over all aspects of our contract and made sure we were okay with the entire process. Over all just a really nice dealership. I would highly recommend purchasing from the Schaumburg location. It was truly painless.

Bought a used car for my daughter from here back in March 2021. They needed a $500 deposit to hold it for 24 hrs. So I paid it with the understanding it would come back to me after they auctioned off her trade-in, which was worth more than $500 as it ran/drove fine. Nonetheless, after several months of calls/emails, they are flaking on honoring their commitment to their customers, at least me.It’s frustrating that this is how they do business, by promising and not delivering on such a promise.

When negotiating over the phone with the used sales department and was having a pleasant conversation with one of the sales associates about trading in my vehicle for another, JOSE rudely interrupts the conversation without even announcing hes listening in, and says, if youre not interested, Im not interested in selling you the car, then continues to try and berate me. What a joke this guy JOSE is for being the used car sales manager of 21 years... he claims. Looks like by reading other reviews, JOSE is obviously a problem and yet they let him continue to sell cars. STAY AWAY from JOSE GONZALEZ.

Steve the sales mgr. and Derrek in finance couldnt have been nicer and a real pleasure to deal with. On March 16, 2021, I brought my car in for a routine Oil change and filter. I also needed my navigation checked as Patrick Cadillac had replaced maybe 1 to 2 years ago and just recently it was not working properly. As luck (or not) has it my Fab was not working correctly even though I brought it to Heritage Cadillac to have the battery replaced. Upon arriving at Patrick Cadillac I meet the service advisor who must have been having a bad day. However, please do not take it out on the customer. I asked the advisor a question and he replied rudely and snubbed me as though he could care less. I drew his attention to it and he just dismissed it. You really have to upset me to get me to the manager and that he did. The service Manager Andrew came and talked with me and handled the situation so professionally I felt it necessary to write this review and give him and the new service advisor Shane the recognition they deserve. I told Andrew I did not want to work with the Advisor that belittled me. Car dealers are a dime a dozen I could go anywhere to be treated poorly. What differentiates the dealers is plain and simple SERVICE and HONESTY!!!The service advisor who was rude did come and apologize which I appreciated immensely. But a big thank you to Andrew the Service Manager and Shane the Service Advisor for turning a bad situation into something positive. I hope Patrick Cadillac gives them the recognition they deserve!! Thank you again for your honest and helpful assistance.

Just traded in my 2018 xt5 for a 2020 xt5. Alvaro Guzman was my salesman. He made the entire experience easy as I was still somewhat doubtful about purchasing. He demonstrated various cars in colors I was interested in and helped me narrow down my choice to the best value. Zero Stars! Patrick Cadillac is by far the worst new car dealership I have dealt with in my entire life. Customer service is terrible. Started when I bought the car, had to come back in 3 weeks because they sold the wrong vehicle - totally unprofessional. Next, when I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, they damaged my aluminum rim - worse yet they claimed I did it! I would not recommend Patrick Cadillac to anyone. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else for your new Cadillac - it will save you a lot of headaches and frustration. STAY AWAY FROM PATRICK CADILLAC!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !!!! I bought a car and didnt receive my title and plates for over 8 months after I purchased it. They continued to make mistakes when filing the information with the Secretary of State (they admitted to me these mistakes). I couldnt drive my car for 5 months after my temporary tags expired (3 months). They continued to just blame the Secretary of State though. They wouldnt offer me anything for compensation. And, when I contacted Cadillac corporate, the only thing theyd offer me is 1 oil change. Come on!!! Stay away from this dealership.

I purchased a used car from them on April 6th. It had a single key fob, but they promised to rectify this by getting me another one and have it coded and sent to me in 3 days. I even signed a document regarding this promise. 3 weeks later, and absolutely nothing back from them about it. Not the biggest thing, but a promise is a promise.They also said that they would update the navigation in the car to the latest, this didnt happen. I had to pay out-of-pocket locally to get it updated (was maps from 2017).I live nearly 3 hours away from the dealership, and communication during the sale was great. Afterwards not so much. Being so far away, and buying a hybrid car, I asked that they fill the tank and charge the battery. Both were promised, but they didnt charge it. Thankfully only driving on gas was fine getting home.Finally, and maybe this is partially my fault, but they gave me zero documentation on the day of sale. Traditionally when buying a vehicle I get a duplicate of all signed items and my license registration card. I received nothing. To this day, I actually dont have any physical proof that I even bought the car. Talk about scary! And when I contacted them to get this remedied? They will look into it . . . right. Like I trust that now.TLDR; Avoid this dealership like a COVID infected toddler on caffeine. They are one of the worst dealerships Ive dealt with, and I have dealt with many by now.

Called to come in for a recall. Brought the car in and had the service done and got an oil change. Less than 100 miles later a noise appears. They claim nothing they did would cause a noise and followed up with $185 just to take a look. Horrible customer service! Planned on looking at new cars but they just lost a customer for life.

Doesn’t really feel like a luxury brand service department. If you’ve owned any other high end vehicle and have visited their service department you will definitely be disappointed with Patrick Cadillac. From the time I entered to the time I left I felt like a third class citizen. I would say that this might be the norm but since I have dealt with other service departments such as (Lexus, Audi) I know this is not the case. Some do it right and you get what you pay for and some do not.

I had such a great experience at Schaumburg Cadillac. Alvaro met us out in the parking lotAsking us if we needed any assistance, and we didn’t even have an appointment. He was so patient and pleasant to work with. (We had our baby with us) After working with him we were them sent to Nicole in financing, and she is one of the greatest people I’ve done business with. Once we brought our vehicle home I noticed that there were some scratches over the vehicle I hesitated on calling, but when I did Alvaro and Jose took care of everything. They provided me with a rental and my car was ready and pristine within a couple days. My mother lives out of state but is waiting to come in town just to buy a vehicle from this facility due to their customer service. I would highly recommend going here.

Patrick Cadillac employees, Shane (assistant service manager) and Peter (service manager) were extremely professional and assured me the service was covered under warranty. They provided outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend you to give this place your business as I can guarantee you your vehicle will be in good hands. They also do not try to push unneeded service and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Even the porter, Jordan, did an outstanding job at getting me my loaner and explaining to me everything about the vehicle prior to me leaving the service bay. Avoid this dealership! I sent them the vin number, for a car I found on their website, 3 different times within a 24 hour window, and also made an appointment to see the car within the same 24 hour time period. I arrived 10 mins early for my scheduled appointment after a 30 min, one-way drive to get there. After waiting for the sales guy to find the key, he came back and said “unfortunately, that car is no longer here, but I have another car for 4k more”. WTH! I believe that kind of business practice is called a ‘bate and switch’.BTW, the nonexistent car is still listed on their website a day later.*update* 3 days later and the nonexistent vehicle is still listed on their website

I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic at Patrick. Salesperson was Mr. Mikhail Vilchik. Awesome experience. Car was near mint (2008 Honda Civic with 60K miles) and Mikhail was great. Not pushy or overbearing like some/most salespeople can be at car lots. I am tough to please and would NEVER write a positive review unless I truly had a great experience. Although I didnt get the car for what I was asking, the dealer seemed reasonable and fair. Took the car to my mechanic next day. Said it was the cleanest 2008 Civic they had ever seen.Even the manager was great.I highly recommend this car dealership. I dont think I have ever recommended a car dealer before. The steelerships as I usually call them normally try to screw the customer for every last dime they can. What happens? They dont come back next time.It seems like Patrick isnt like the rest. They make a reasonable amount of profit on a sale and the customer gets a quality automobile at a reasonable price. Imagine that!Cant speak for new car experience....I bought a used car.

I originally had a 5 star review here because after several sour encounters with my local Cadillac dealer over the past 20 years, I found my last Cadillac purchase via Patrick Cadillac and first few years of service a breath of fresh air in comparison and I was glad to drive the extra distance because of it.However it is time to buy a new Cadillac and my last service encounter with Patrick was a very sour experience, so I am now realizing that when dealing with a car dealership, one is just about the same as another, so I might as well go with whichever one is closer.

Made a appointment as directed to see a used car. The sales manager showed us the car we test drove it and made a deal on price. All went well till deal was struck. I told them I was paying for the car upfront and no financing. After that we waited standing in lobby as there was nowhere to sit for 1hr and 45 min without any direction from manager as he was nowhere to be found. I was the only customer the whole time I was there. Finally got a hold of a sales manager and he got upset when I asked him what the hold up was. I guess if your not financing they don’t really want your Buisness. At one point he said you don’t have to buy it if you don’t want to wait. That is no way to treat a customer. I finally got help from a salesman that heard me and saw me there for now over 2 hrs. Hew brought me the plates and papers for me to sign and I was on my way. I figured I was going to a reputable dealer and was not going to get the run around but I was very wrong. Would never go back or recommend to anybody I know.

BEWARE!I recently bought my 2016 Honda Pilot here all was well until I took it in for some repairs. My kids left Bluetooth headphones, movies, and other tech trinkets when we dropped the car off. When we got our car back all of these things were missing. The manager Jose Ortiz did nothing about it. I called several times and he said that there was nothing he could do about it. If you ever come and service your car here please take all of your valuables out of the car. Don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.

Like the service guys they are very helpful. My car is not to old not to new and still take care of it no matter what. These guys must be professionals because I take my car for service. Cadillacs are very complicated to be fixed and these guys handle all the pressure. The reason why I rated a 4 star and not a 5 was because the female that works in the service are not to sure what her name is but she works in the desk behind the service guys in the service office and she seemed to be laughing at me after a service guy asked me something . Rude, but other than that this place is great.

We are car people. In the last 2 years alone we’ve adopted 7 cars and can say that working this dealership was an absolute joy! They were responsive (even via email) and worked diligently with us on making the deal happen—to the point that it was well worth it for us to drive 900+ miles and buy from them. We’re so glad we did! The car was in great shape and they got us all done in about an hour. So I brought my car in with an appointment at 900 in the morning to have a brake fluid flush and a general checkup because I just bought the car from another dealer. I called them at 300 to ask status and they said they have not looked at it yet!! The excuse was waiters take priority over vehicles left. Bad practice in opinion what have an appointment then? On top of that I was told I have 3 bent rims. I dont feel any vibrations or noises so this could be a lie. Im actually glad they could not perform the brake fluid service because they wanted to charge me 189 dollars for it where I got it Don at another cadillac dealer for 115.00. Never going back there again!!

I had unexpectedly gotten a flat tire on the highway while I had my young children with me. I was able to change out the tire for the spare myself, but unfortunately the spare was low on air. After speaking with one of Patricks Cadillacs porters at a nearby gas station, I pulled into the Patrick Cadillac service drive and was courteously assisted by Jordan from the service dept., who helped me fill my spare. I cant say thank you enough. This is the type of business that we want in our communities, and the type of business that anyone would recommend to friends and family. Thank you to the helpful porter, thank you to Jordan, and Thank you Patrick Cadillac.

The maintenance of the vehicle was fine. It was the detailing of the vehicle that I was NOT pleased with. Residue from the products used were leftover in certain spots of the car. The car mats were in the trunk instead of being placed back into the vehicle. There were paint chips in the front of vehicle as well as on front right/left side.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jeff was great to work with. I did research in advance and asked Jeff to confirm pricing and interest rates in writing before we got there. The car was in front waiting for us to test drive and I knew if we liked it, we would be buying it that evening and we did!

I brought my ATS in for an oil leak issue that was created from another dealerships lack of quality. The service department at Patrick was great! They got me in and were able to get everything fixed including a recall issue in a reasonable amount of time. I will be coming here when its time to purchase a new Cadillac.

Buyer / Lessee BEWARE - Patrick Cadillac installed aftermarket Vogue Rims on a 2015 ATS which I leased as new. After the first year the chrome began peeling. By 35 months the chrome was off the entire inside of the rims. The face was still good with no driver caused damage. Rims were a manufacturer defect. Vogue discontinued the rims and offered a prorated warranty. They are wanting $600 to repair the rims. Patrick Cadillac did not stand behind the product that they purchased and had install and the car warranty which is 4years 50,000 mile warranty does not cover aftermarket items installed.BEWARE of the aftermarket items installed on your new car. It is not covered by GM and Patrick Cadillac shirks responsibility leaving the owner/lessee responsible for excessive wear and tear on a manufacturer defect item. Vogue Rims

Bought a used Lexus 2011, when we got home there was dog hair in the back compartment that had not been cleaned. In addition, I was preapproved for loan from another company and it should have only taken a couple of hours to purchase at the most, the whole process left us in the dealership for over 4 1/2 hours and there was only one other customer there. We drove from out of state in Iowa, the registration which was paid at time of purchase included in preapproved loan took over 7 weeks to receive plates and registration. Temporary is only good for 1 month. So we could not drive new vehicle for 3 weeks illegally. We reported to our Iowa Dot/Linn Co treasurer which called the dealership Patrick Cadillac and 2 days later the Iowa plates and registration was overnight mailed sent from Patrick Cadillac.

This dealership is everything! I went there and was treated well. My salespersons name was Rogers Summer! A very great guy! He was very patient and nice. He went through all the details that I needed to know about the car that I wanted. He was very friendly, professional, and understand my situation. I end up going back after a few days to purchase the car because they gave me so many options that I didnt see elsewhere. I gave them a 5 stars because they really deserve it. Rogers is the guy, whoever that want to go there, please ask for him, you will not be deceived. I will definitely do business here again.

I have been hesitant to write this review for quite some time now, in fear of making my situation with Patrick Collision Center worse. On March 22nd 2019, 3 weeks after I had my daughter, I was hit while driving my Cadillac that I lease from Patrick Cadillac. Thankfully, the only that was hurt was my vehicle. I shouldn’t say thankfully because, since then my car remains at the collision center. My daughter just turned 5 months old!During the past 4.5 months, we have been told everything under the sun about why we still do not have our vehicle. First it was a part that was on back order, then it was a paint issue, then it was an assembly issue. Finally, my boyfriend and I had had enough of the excuses and went to Patrick Cadillac to see if we could get out of our lease and into another vehicle. Patrick Cadillac’s response was to get us into another Cadillac that was $200 more than we currently pay. Luckily, we got a call from the collision center that our car would be ready at the end of the week. That was six weeks ago and we still do not have our vehicle. I have been contacting the collision center every week since then and continually get the same response that our car will be ready by the end of the week. Latest, the beginning of next week.At this point, we have exhausted all of our resources trying to get our car back. We went into Patrick Cadillac today to see again, if we could get out of our lease and into another vehicle. And again, their response was to offer another Cadillac that was more expensive but this time, we would need to put $5000 down in order to get the car. We can not afford that. Did I mention that we are still paying $450 a month for a car we do not have?Today, I was told that there is yet another part back order and there is no eta to get the part or have our vehicle back to us.I have called Cadillac customer service multiple time, contacted the insurance company, visited and called both the Patrick Cadillac and the collision center to no avail. So, now I’m turning to social media. If you have any tips of how to best handle this situation, please let me know. Although, it pains me to continue to waste energy on this situation, I will continue to call and write everyone until this is rectified. Wish me luck that this all comes to an end soon!

Ive been leasing for 5 years from Patrick Cadillac. Ive always had great experiences with the sales people, although I cannot remember the guys name. However, service wise, no doubt Pete deserves a medal. I mean over 5 years into my lease and no matter the issue, no matter whos fault, no matter how snarky I got, that man found a way to help while being respectful and professional. A ++ for the entire service department.
