This target is one of the worst in the area. Barely stocked, especially in the baby area. And if youre gluten free, dont bother going there.

I love target from the best places that I like to shop clean refreshing there clothes is so nice and the home section have a variety of stuff when they have sale the prices is so good you will buy everything even if you dont want it hahahaha

Rude customer service in the beauty department and lack thereof with helping find products. You might as well skip order pick-up unless you want to wait 1-2hr for the order to process and another 20-25 mins in your car for them to come out. Extremely disappointed with this location and would rather drive another 20 mins for better customer service.

So...I was just in this store and got racially profiled by Target security. It was so obvious. Soon as I walked thru the doors they started following me. Im so feed up with people. I felt like that I was in that episode of Dont Be A Menace While Drinking Yo ..... Some on. I expect it from the beauty supply, now Target? cuz Im black. Just disappointing. Whateva...!

This Target 🎯 Store does not answer there Phones 📞 in any Department, I’m Immunosuppressed and just had a Heart Cath and Biopsy done Yesterday !!! And I was just calling to see if they have the Squishmallow Cressida in stock like there webpage said and if they had it I would get payed for over the phone and have my Big Sister come and pick it up for me. I’m very upset right now I’ve wanted this one particular Squishmallow since my Birthday in July, I’m Heartbroken 💔 about this.

Nice clean store with big aisles. Convenient location. The biggest drawbacks are that this store has THE WORST electronics department for a store this size that Ive ever seen. Not only is it spread out weird they have hardly any selection that you would expect for a Target. This is also an issue with the paper goods section being totally separate side of the store than the Cleaning supplies. Which makes ZERO sense. Who planned the layout? Why is this layout different than any other target??

I always love Target. Theres something so zen about walking through. Even on a busy day its somehow quiet and I never feel cramped. The layout makes sense as well.

We came here to buy coffee creamer,wrapping paper, and browse the Christmas section.I liked that the target carries organic fruits and vegetables. I liked that the Employees are helpful and friendly. Another thing I like is how you get five percent off when you have the red card.Best thing about target is how they are willing to price match thier products.

The review is for the Ulta not target portion. The Asian girl working in the Ulta gave me a dirty look & did not asked if I needed help ( which I did ) completely ignored me & just walk past me . Just went to another Ulta .

Only visited one department today, but we were helped immediately and our question answered thoroughly. We were even informed that Target still offers price matching, which I was unaware of, and this will come in handy when I am next in the market for any electronics - if you can find it super cheap on Amazon, bring the ad to Target and apparently thats what youll pay for the same item right there in the store! (Screw you Black Friday, my Christmas shoppings gettin done in July!) LOL

I love shopping at target for my family & pets.

Target in general and at this location too, has let many customers down with their app to buy and shipt to your home. Don’t get that service. Nothing you Can do with customer service they just keep passing the ball. I wish they would get it together for those who can’t go outside due to other or disability. This is the 4th time I reached out to Target and no one takes accountability.

Its not clear how this Target manages to be so completely awful as compared to the surrounding Target stores. Shelves throughout the store are poorly stocked. The environment is chaotic. If it wasnt for the same red Target markings, it would be difficult to imagine that this place is a target. I am not in the habit of giving negative reviews. It could be that this store needs greater help from the corporate office.

Really like this store. Employees are pleasant, check out lines go pretty fast and love the fact that you can get all your groceries here as well.

This Target is the worst in the Schaumburg area. Never enough help, only 1 or 2 registers open during the busiest times forcing you to use the self checkouts which always have a few not working. Of course none of that matters because there is nothing to purchase - all of the popular food items are always out of stock. Let me stress this is not a one time thing - this is a daily occurance. The Target on Barrington rd is much better but is difficult for me to get there

Prices are accesible, items are well placed and employees always help you.

Target has the best (and most) selection of Neutrogena products AND the lowest cost. I can always count on Target to have whatever I need, Neutrogena or otherwise. The area I was looking for this specific product was in progress of being relocated to the newer expanded section where the shelving was being arranged similar to other Target stores I recently visited. The newer look of merchandising the beauty section is very attractive and much easier to move around in. Well in this store, not all of the Neutrogena products had been moved so I had to look for where it was previously located only to find they were out. But along the way I noticed there were several end-cap displays that appeared thrown together and also several boxes opened/unopened of various other products that were not set aside properly so customers could walk around them safely or at all. I saw another customer, older and walking with a cane, who was literally walking in circles searching for a product like me except she could not maneuver past the boxes as I did. Outside of the experience I had in this one area, I was able to locate and purchase the other items on my list. Target is usually 5 stars for me, but not for this particular visit to this location.

Always a winner/no fail....AGAIN!!! Regardless of time of day or whats going on, it may get hectic and hard to find someone. But once I do, they go out above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer. Ive watched as they with so many. They are not bias to anyone. They truly show and believe we are in one race. HUMANITY...#BeKindBeHumbleLoveAll they truly have been amazing thru me having a broken leg to being fine to my ribs breaking and back out. They are always extremely kind. I come here regardless and feeling great now thank God. But targwt truly never is a let down, I go for a couple things and leave with a cart full. I find so much I like and little cute hidden gems. Today I went to return an oculus VR headset that I bought back in March of 2021. I didn’t realize it was past the expiration and thought due to Covid they would return it as a courtesy because of the pandemic, but no. I would have returned it sooner, but of course everyone in my house got Covid and we got it pretty bad, even hospitalized. We are fully vaccinated now, so I went to return the VR headset, mind you it’s only been used once or twice and then I was too sick and didn’t have the time or energy to use it. When I got there, the associate said it’s past the expiration, so no. I told him I’ve worked in retail so I totally understand return dates, but come on, there was a pandemic that killed so many people so I would have hoped that Target understood that, but no. He got his manager, his manager said “yeah that’s fine, just tell the other manager and it’ll be fine”. I said thank you so much I appreciate it. The other manager that was supposed to come took a while to come, so there was someone behind me and I told the sales associate to just help them while we wait for the manager. He helped her and then the other manager never came. The same one came back and said “oh he never came?” The associate said no. The manager asked me “you never used this right?” I said “I used it once or twice” which is normal. He said “oh well since you used it, we can’t return it.” I’m extremely upset and disappointed in the customer service I received. So you’re telling me no one has ever bought anything and didn’t try it at home? You can’t schedule when you get Covid in order to return an item. The item is brand new. I can understand if it was 1 year later, but no. if I would have lied, then I could have gotten my money back?! I’m sorry but I don’t lie, and I thought there would have been an understanding since I was courteous enough to not come when I could have spread Covid to everyone in target. So basically what I learned from target is, lie and you’ll get your way. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t shop at this location. Also, I contact the customer service phone number, spoke with Tim, no help either. He said he can give them “coaching opportunities”, but it’s up to that store. So what’s the point of an escalations department? I asked if someone can contact me back after this gets escalated, he said he can’t guarantee…this is horrible customer service coming from Target.

AVOID THIS STORE!!!! I called the store and asked if they had this suitcase available because I was not able to buy it online and they said yes we do but it shows on our website its $109. Theyre big liars because on the app it shows around 2 bucks and not just that if you read the policy for matching prices it shows that they would match the price in the store and they didnt so I will make sure I NEVER EVER EVER WILL WALK IN THIS STORE AGAIN. One crazy thing about this is the manager told me he cannot match the price well maybe he needs to read the policy again for matching prices.

Today at about noon or so I was checking out . There was 1 cashier open with all the self service open. A senior citizen was attempting to check out was having difficulty with no one around to assistant the customer, finally someone came over by this time the lines were long. No second cashier opened what is goi g on at this Target always backups at checkout, will go to another Target sad to see this .

At 830am I walked into Target. I was told to come back by a Target associate because this hour (from 8 to 9) was for the Seniors to shop. Understood. As I waited 30 minutes in my car, I saw several customers who were NOT SENIORS, allowed to walk in and shop. When I walked in for the second time at 857am, the store was full of all AGE GROUPS. As a loyal customer I waited but PLEASE BE FAIR TO ALL.

Quality of products is always amazing. The guest service is never less than exceptional.

This Target is hit or miss, mostly miss. Especially when it comes to the groceries. Many times when I go here, the milk is completely gone. Like tonight. Always check expiration dates. There have been 4 times in the last few months where the toddler yogurt packs have been expired. They seem to not have a handle on proper stocking and food rotation.

Check out is fast and helpful staff . The store is very well maintained. Usually I stop during off peak hours to avoid crowd at closing times or early times.

Always understaffed and shelves are never stocked.

Its a good store to shop. Clean, you can find employees who are helpful, there isnt pallets of product blocking up isles or employees getting annoyed because youre trying to shop and theyre trying to stock the shelves.

I wish I can give this store Zero Stars! The customer service is horrible! No support for the rep even after she had called for help about 10 times. So many people were in line. I would have left but I was next in line. After about 20 minutes of waiting in line, someone finally came to support! Never stopping at this Target again in the future!

Couldnt find Cajun seasoning even though it was listed as Available in Store online. Staff was very helpful and tried his best to search for it but I guess it wasnt in stock. One other time i couldnt find chicken thighs there! These are pretty basic things!

The amount of times that I go into this store pales in comparison to when I have to ask for assistance. Seems like every time I go in there to get what I need the employees come off as super judgment. I will take my business to other targets then. Thanks for not helping me when Ive asked for it or acting like Im trying to steal stuff or walking away when I ask questions. I can not believe corporate lets you operate like that!

The staff was extremely helpful in checking in with me if I needed any help with finding something or answering any type of question that I needed to be answered. The staff would try to help me save money in any way possible which I really appreciated. When I was asked about the 5% off credit card opening, I did not feel pushed to open one but actually wanted to open one and felt like I could actually get good use of it. Usually in those type of situations at other places, you feel forced into it and end up stashing the card into the bottom of your bag and forget about it, where as the target one, not only did every single question I had about the card was answered but was also extremely informed about the multiple benefits about it too. Thank you!

The last few years, this location has went down hill. As of lately, the store has been filthy. I’ve ran across a few food items that was well over the expiration date. Customer service and Starbucks staff are rude. But, on a positive note, they have a wide selection of items and some great deals. I just avoid purchasing food items and no longer purchase from Starbucks. I also try to avoid customer service, if I can.

Had a target employee be rude to my wife and I was about to go up there and check him. Thankfully she got the issue resolved but he was about to get fired up.

Shelves are stocked even on Sundays. The store is neat and the staff is friendly and helpful. There’s ample parking available.

Not recommended. This location is just too big, parking in not convenient if you are coming from south east (cant turn left). There are much better target options.

Target has great value on the goods that they carry, with a great store environment that emphasizes exemplary customer service.

Always kind workers, clean, returns are easy

This is one of my least favorite Targets. One of the main reasons I still go to this one is so that after I am done shopping I can get a pizza for either myself or my kids to share. I come up to the counter about 5 minutes or so after they open for the day (also, they need to open earlier than 11) and place my order and 9 times out of 10 the girl gives me some snarky remark about nothing being ready because she has only been open 5 minutes. I’m sorry but if I went to McDonalds 5 minutes after they were open there is no way they would give me this kind of attitude; they would happily make my food in a timely manner. This has happened on multiple occasions and honestly I’m just starting to feel like a bother to this lady (same lady every time) so I don’t think I will continue giving my business here.

The outstanding and professional service I received from Hader this afternoon. My problem was complex and involved changing SIM cards from one Doro phone to another. The phones were purchased from Consumer Cellular but the original SIM card was quite old and would not easily fit into my new Doro phone. The transfer took the better part of an hour to complete successfully. In no small measure tanks to Hader who demonstrated coolness and patience.

A little shopping for supplies with the daughter, also a visit to the candy isle is a must.

It’s very quick and easy to do target pick up! The cleanest app on the market I’m INLOVE!

I am here at least 2 times a week, love my Cartwheel app and Red Card. Usually pop in to get whatever I need on my lunch or on the way home after work. Sometimes it can be a little crowded and they wont have enough registers open so that gets annoying, especially since they tend to plop random displays in the middle of the aisle right in front of the registers so its impossible to cut through to the other side of the store without having to walk in back and around but other than that I havent had any issues.

I dont always have an awesome experience here but Im a target lover regardless. Today though in search of pieces to put centerpieces together for my daughters baptism...Alice was so helpful and genuinely kind that she made me feel loyal to this location. There may be more than one Alice so Ill describe her as best I can, shes got long white hair with bangs she wore glasses and an Irish ring (I think). Thank you Alice for being a guest advocate!

Have tried calling the store 7 times within the last 24 hours however no one wants to answer the phone.....

When checking out, the cashier, Lilly, took the time to explain how to use my Target app for discounts. She was very patient and friendly. She answered all my questions and actually showed me how to scan the items, etc. She saved me money and now I know how to do it every time I shop at Target! Thank you, Lilly!!!

Always a pleasure going into Target; clean and bright, too. The cashier was so sweet with my little guy, too. After she rung up one of his baby food pouches, she gave it to him to eat (yes, it was okay with me).

Im a big fan of Target, always get good service and great selection and variety of things I need for the home. I can typically get most things I need in one trip. I dont rate this location 5 stars because their fresh produce section is quite small compared to other Targets Ive been to in the area.

Its really nice when employees help themselves to the new rare stock. Ask customer service about quantity of an item and showed 12 on the floor but not on the pegs. After 2 hours the item was sold out. Lovely employees

I prefer the slection of goods at Target to the other Mart store. The Target stores are generally cleaner, and neater in appearance. The quality of their products is Superior to the Mart store as well. I still would like to see customer service be more of a priority in these chain stores.

Had an amazing experience at Target. Just the other day, I was shopping to go back to school and was helped by an amazing staff and was assisted throughout the whole process(whenever I needed help, that is). They actually have great sales on clothing and a bunch of school accessories

Great location. Easy access on 3 sides. Target always a go-to store. This one not full service in grocery area but still fresh options. Starbucks inside & also on perimeter. Huge selection of clearance in Womens clothing, must be a designated clearance center for local Targets, found things here not at others.

Love target in general, as this is my home store I find it easy to find what I want and make it in a out quickly finding everything with ease. The target website and app are also helpful with finding out if the products are in stock. Returns are easy and the staff are nice.
