Great store location, plenty of parking. This location is well organized, well stocked and very helpful staff.Very happy that Sallys finally changed over to a free beauty rewards program. Just need your phone number or email for them to find it.Im always surprised at the amount of products in Sallys, I dont know why I dont go there more often. Best place to buy hairdye, and they carry beauty brands you cant find at other stores.

Friendly, helpful staff. Small location compared to others but stocks what you need. And for a smaller space, it is the cleanest and best laid out one I have been in.

This store does racial profiling. I am a middle age African American woman who visited the store on 3/18/17. I was greeted by a sales associate which made sense. However, she stood by me the whole time I was shopping. While I felt uncomfortable, I made the assumption she was hanging around since other customers were in the area. What made me to realize I was being profiled was a white male asked her a question as I was walking away, she answered his question and walked away from him while she kept following me. I decided to walk around the store again to see if I was as being followed. In fact, another sales associate asked if I needed help even though she saw her peer was with me. I told her that while I appreciated her customer service, I felt it was disingenuous because she knew her peer had been with me the whole time I was shopping. She said the had to be careful with customer bags. I didnt realize I was holding my bag in a suspicious way until she brought it to my attention. I told her I felt I was being singled out as a potential thief because I was black. She said no and she was doing her job. It seemed innocent but it was clear I was treated differently. They must treat everyone the same and not stand by me like Im going to steal. Im a longstanding customer who spends a lot at Sallys. This is the second incident in that store. The last time I called Corporate to deal with my issue.If youre of a person of color BEWARE. Theyre very insensitive and racial profile. Id avoid going into that store until they fix the problem. Treat all customers the same and not make bad assumptions based on race

Bad customers service!!!! If you are helping some customer, fine, but call someone to take care of the other one, who is walking for buying a thing for so long, not mention with a baby on hands. I wanted just buy one thing and leave. I left without spending money. I go to different location. Never go back to this one, at least you hire people who understand business.

The people who work here are always friendly and have given me some very good recommendations. I really appreciate their great customer service!

I was there today at 7 pm there was a guy who was helping me to choose a color then i was confuse then after 15 min i ask a girl can u help me she said she dont anything about it then i ask her to call back that guy she sajd she dont know where is he so she was q very very rude person i ever seen in my life i would never go to this place just bcoz that girl was so so rude
