Its a great shop for buying mutton. I have been a regular buyer and always feel welcomed by the staff.Interestingly, I also wanna highlight some often confusing pound-ounce conversion. When the seller sells 1.7 pound to a buyer, it actually means 1 pound + 70% of 1 pound. This equals to 1 pound + 0.70(16 ounce)= 16 ounce + 11.2 ounce = 27.2 ounce. Therefore effectively, 1.7 pound = 1 pound and 11.2 ounce.I came across some great confusion about this in the shop so thought of capturing it here.Thanks

Beware everyone. They charge you for what quantity you order from them BUT they will give you less in reality.I ordered 3lbs chicken and the bill is shown below for 3.19 lbs priced at $2.99.I came home and weighed it again on my kitchen scale (and this is a precisely calibrated digital scale). The weight was just 2lbs!!!Thats 33% less than what i ordered but i paid for 100%.I reweighed at home because I did hear the similar story from one of my contact about this shop but I didnt believe him. Now I saw it with my own eyes.Plus the date of purchase in their machine is weird something like 2008 dated. This is a malpractice and they are fooling customers here. Scammers!

Yesterday i went to the store to get some ground beef this was my second time i go there first time was only one pound i didnt notice the change but this time o ordered 4 lbs and just by holding it in my hand i could tell its not right .i came home and reweighed and that is the result half pound less .i heard stories before but now i am sure they are definitely stealing your money and meat .you guys halal its not just about the meat the earning should be halal too what you are doing is totally haram . Shame on you .

Serious issue with weighting... As a good business practice always weight in front of customer, not in the back room... I paid for 2.5lbs, but checked at home it was only 1.2lbs with container, instead of paying $10 I paid $20... I call it one time deal,... besides food was good, but really overpriced, wont be back till u fix your weighting equipment / policy

Place changed names and management the former joint moved to a location on golf rd in Hoffman. Not sure on the meat (seemed over priced also) but stopped by to try their ‘wood fire charcoal grill’...menu items are overpriced for a take out place. The beef bihari kabab was good although over saltedthe chicken bihari was subpar and super off nothing even close to what was claimed.

Worst place to buy chicken so far bought 3pounds chicken and we check at home it was only 2 pounds something is wrong... People are complaining about the weight but they dont bother at all.

As far as weighing issue, I find two reasons for the customer getting confused.1. Raw chicken is weighed with the Skin & fat, but later those are removed during cut. So most likely about 30% of overall weight would be gone as waste(skin & fat).2. Confusion around converting fractions in Ounce(oz) into Pound(lb). Unlike Gms which is 1000gm into 1Kg, 160z = 1lb. So while converting oz into lb, Pls make sure it gets rounded as 1lb after 16oz. I made this mistake two days back and called them to complain but then finally learnt that my conversion was in-correct.So, pls be aware of it.

Just want to mention about the weight where some people get confused when buying the meat.If you weight the meat at your home scale it will tell you in pound and Oz like it’s 3.75 lbMy home scale tells 3.12 which is 3 lb and 12 oz which is equal to 3.75 lbDon’t get confusedBest place to get fresh and clean meat.They always have fresh chicken is vegetarian fed and Hand slaughter also there baby goat is really different then other stores it’s so fresh and feels same like back home taste and don’t even have odor like other stores have Highly RecommendedI just saw a person did a review that his chicken weight was less what he bought you must remember when you buy any meat chicken and goat it’s has skin and fat on it and when you get cleaned you will lose weight because most people don’t know about it

No doubt for the quality of the Meat. I have been customer for this place from the day it has opened. My usual order is either shoulder or a leg baby goat. At times I have received wrong order instead of the leg meat there has been rib or all mix for the price of leg. I ignored few times considering the fact it might be a mistake which might be unintentional.However after the initial report, I did received the call from the Manager and promised that they will address the issue.

One of the best places to buy fresh meat in Schaumburg. I drive for about 40 miles from my place since there is no other store that sells meat as good as this store. Never had any issues when placing an order over phone as they deliver exactly what was being told. Highly recommended for halal meat.

Ridiculously rude person, no manners, glad i canceled the order half way through and went somewhere where they treat customers with respect. I did not want to visit considering the bad reviews this place has got, but somehow needed to go there because i was in the same complex. I will never visit again and called my family who are regular there to try other place I usually go to buy meat. Good example of someone who learnt to earn american dollars but forgot about the american ethics and mannerism.

I don’t know if it is normal or not, asked the guy for specific pounds and he wrote it down, when checked my receipt he gave me extra half pound to one pound on all the meats I bought. Obviously it was not free, but if I asked three pounds chicken breast, I want three pounds chicken breast not 3.7 pounds. Place is also pricy. Not going back there.

Bought 8 pounds of chicken and when I checked the weight after coming home, it’s only 5 pounds and their explanation was without skin and fat. It didn’t make sense at all. Would avoid this place for their shady practices.

Bought 5 pounds of goat meat and upon checking, it weighs 4 lbs only. Explanation provided: 5 lbs includes the fat which is not included and still charges 12.99 per lb for 5 lbs.

They cheat on weight, you get less than what you pay for.

I purchased chicken weighing 3.52 LBs and when I came home and checked the weight it was 2.53 LBs. And cashier asked me for cash payment for this. Be careful before buying it. Make sure you ask them to weight before u pay.

Ordered chicken online cut and deskinned and after picking up noticed that it was less by 1.1lbs than ordered. Called the store and asked them how could they reduce the weight by so much Just by de skinning and that is typical. I am not happy since this isn’t the only time they have done this. Not going there again!

We arrived at this spot for dinner. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was a winning. The staff members were extremely nice and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.

They surcharged me the price for goat meat, they promised me leg piece but when I got home, it was not a leg piece, very dishonest business, I would avoid them if possible.

Bought 4 pond ground goat meat but got only 3 pounds and their explanation is that 4 pound weight is with fat. I didnt ask them to cut 4 pound meat and then ground and give but I asked for 4 pound goat meat. Not honest

Please weigh your goat. For this shop for baby goat cut pieces when you buy apparently 20% plus weight loss happens.I never use to check weight, today in the shop a customer complained about weight difference for sirloin beef. That made me doubtful, yet being friendly with the owner decided not to ask for a weight check when I reached home I checked it and was different by more than 20%. As it was packed in two bags I thought it may have been an honest mistake as mine was a single order.Went back and learned this fact of 20% weight loss. Trust but please verify.

Ever since I started buying meat from this place I never bought it from anywhere else. Always got the best quality Baby goat meat, chicken, thr marinated leg qtrs and the boti kabab. My brother who lives in NJ gets surprised by the quality of meat and loved it here... Also near an Indian grocery store which is very convenient so got some shopping done while waiting. So glad to find a new store with good/friendly service. Chicken and goat meat is good, but every time goat lever and goat soup bones are rotten. Please check the produce for spoilage before you pay.....i am not happy with thier service

The beef prices increased from $5:99 To $8:99Which is a big jump. Even they did not notify me about the new price. I called another halal meat shop in Chicago and they advised me that they have a price increase from 4:99 to 6:40.... it is a big scam ... keep away

Great place to order meat, especially lamb/goat it’s best around here. And not to mention their great service, I always walk out with a smile.

I placed an order on their online system, and when I went to pickup, the cashier told me they dont have my order. I showed him the email confirmation and then he says.. ohh... Our online system is not working. How the hell am I supposed to know your online system is not working??? If its not working, bring it down and dont let people place orders there. And then he continues to tell me I have to place an order again, and theres a two hour wait. Pathetic!!!

Have always been given very good quality meat. The dishes we made out of that meat tasted awesome with the cooked meat, soft and tasty. They slice the pieces in accordance to your preference and gets all of this done in less than half an hour time, mostly they would take just 15-20 mins. Very respectful and polite to customers. We feel like going there to shop more. Currently they are making kebabs too and chicken tandoori and are preparing them as per orders placed. On the whole we’ve had a great experience buying meat there.

I’ve been buying our meat from here for about 4 months now. We’ve always been very happy about the quality of the meat. When you order lamb/goat there are other stores which will give you obviously bad quality meat (old/smells bad). At this store I’ve been pleasantly surprised that the quality has been consistent. I’ve told the owner this also. He’s a very pleasant man who likes our input on the quality of products at his store. This place should not be confused with the previous store that was here. Similar name. That place was awful!!!

My wife placed an order online and paid. When I went to pick it up they claimed that the online price was not accurate so I have to pay $5 extra for 4 pound ground beef ($1.25 extra/pound). It was absurd. I am also surprised that the cashier was neither wearing gloves nor masks, no cautions under such circumstances. I would not give any credit for such place.

This place looks very tricky and foolish in way of from walking through the door to the quality of the meat to steeling the weight of what youre charged for. Needs to be reported to the 1-health department 2-better business Bure for their shady business. Needs to have some health department to check this place our . Grond meat not fresh or any chicken. They are selling stale meat. I bought the meat yesterday. There was a dark spot on the ground meat. I did not pay attention as i was buying. When i came home and started to prepare all my stuff to make ground beef for dinner, i realized the dark meat laid down under the surface of the ground beef . I was shocked and i had to throw what i bought . I dont recommend anyone to buy meat here. They are poisioning people with stale and cheap meat

No accuracy in meat weighing behind the wall ! I got far less than what I baught, when I weigh the same at home. The explanation given by owner is the waste happens with cutting machine too on top of fat removal, which sounds like funny. Be care full when anyone buying here...
