Ordered on-line for years, these are the best steaks ever. Their boxed steaks arrive frozen to your home, and they have some fantastic deals. Here is a photo of a small sirloin I prepared in the crock pot. It was fork tender and fell apart. The meat was tender and fantastic taste. Lifetime fan of Omaha steaks....best steaks around!😊I also like their ground beef, perfect for one of my favorite dishes crockpot meatloaf. (see photo)Their veal, calf liver, flat iron steaks, and marinated salmon, lemon dill salmon are good also 😊 I have enclosed a photo of my dinner tonight.....flat iron steak with garlic sesame green beans. Yummy.

From the time my husband and I arrived to the Schaumburg location of Omaha Steaks, we have fantastic service from Matt. He held the door open for us to enter the store, recomended a couple of items, held the door open for us on our way out after our purchase. He was very efficient! Thank you!

Great food and even greater customer service! We come here all of the time, as I give many of my clients gifts from Omaha Steaks. Weve met pretty much every employee and manager and we love all of them- Super helpful and always full of great ideas for us! Just yesterday one of the sales guys recommended we try the lobster mac and cheese, which turned out to be one of the most delicious dishes weve ever eaten from Omaha :) Im 100% surprised to see any negative reviews on their staff, because they are EXCELLENT.

I just called them a few minutes ago. The female who answered just says hello ?, like i was calling a residence or something- I said is this Omaha steaks ? and she actually hung up on me . This is a business ? Might be a thought to answer with thank you for calling Omaha Steaks * or hello you have reached Omaha steaks, etc. I double checked the number and called back, got the same female - I had indeed called Omaha steaks- not that youd know it by the lack of phone etiquette . Very unprofessional. Ill shop somewhere else. Meh

Employee at the store embarrassed my wife during recent visit. I understand the times we live in are difficult with restrictions, but common sense and courtesy should always be practiced when your a business selling a product. My wife and I walked into the store and were greeted by a male employee that was busy with another customer. He advised someone would be with us in a moment. My wife looked into the freezers, looked not opened and this employee made it seem the world was ending. He even pushed a table in front of her.

Good selection in stock. Theres usually a good sale going on. The staff is friendly and usually can get you the biggest bang for your buck. And all of the food is delicious.

Ive been shopping at Omaha Steaks for 20 years. The quality is always great and since they closed the city location years ago, this store has become my best option. The staff, is always friendly and Zach was very helpful.

Slightly above average, nothing special as far as Im concerned. If you need products to be shipped be prepared to pay about 30-35% more for your order.

Extremely rude sales person. I asked to see the content of the box and the sales person kept saying there is nothing to see . When I asked again to open to box so I could see the meat his realm even was “ what about nothing to see in the box do you not understand “ this is the first Omaha steak store that will not open the box to show the meat !! Never returning to this place .
