I needed some help removing a stubborn OEM radio from an 05 VW Beetle so i could put in an aftermarket unit myself. Needed to get my Viper Smart Start installed since Bestbuy appointments were a month out. We were able to get an appointment within a couple days. The guy was super nice. The install was completed in about 35mins and he charged a reasonable price. Would highly recommend and plan on going here again if we need anything done.

Started to hook in my double din stereo wanting to try and learn and install it myself. I got in little over my knowledge base.I brought it to Chuck at Sportsline Accessories, let me observer where I went wrong and how to tie In two separate wires. Company is very knowledgeable on its products and provides great customer service. I had a remote start installed along with the smart start, they installed it fast with no issues! I had my wifes remote start put in here a little over two years ago and when something stopped working on and I called them up they asked me to bring it in when I was free next. Chuck installed remote start on my lexus at dealership, later I’ve got suspicion that remote start was draining the battery, I brought car back to him, where he checked everything for free, at the end it was just a bad battery.Definitely recommend this service.
