Very rude and disrespectful customer service associates. Went out of the store and came in again cause we had a question to ask, the customer service told us he doesnt like us going back and forth. Imagine that coming from a customer service rep, little wonder the store has low rating and few customers. Please avoid this store.

Mike the manager was truly knowledgeable about my issue. I came in to do a warranty exchange and he made sure that I was able to get all my data off of my device. From getting to know him he apparently has years of experience and very knowledgeable about technology. I would come back and visit this location again. His associate Hussein also did a great job and is able to ring me up for my Exchange. They have the technology and the capability to do warranty exchanges here. They had adequate staff and were very knowledgeable about the phones I were thinking about upgrading to. They are conveniently located off of Roselle Road and have plenty of parking. I was pretty happy about coming here per tmobiles directions.

I wish there was a feature to put 0 stars. T mobile is the worst company to honor any committments.Last year in March i went to this store and traded in a line from AT&T. I was told that i can trade in my i phone 7 plus and will get complete $650 rebate in new i phone 11. I did so. However after months when i didnt see any credits in my account i contacted Store Manager Michael who understood the issue and said for the length of contract he will credit $25 each month to my account. And he did from July- Nov. Nice guy.!!Then suddenly he got shifted to other dept and my credits stopped. I tried contacting new store Manager Eric who did understood the issue and kept telling that he is trying. Eventually after talking to his district manager he said he can not continue credits and can deposit 1 time $150 to account. But said he can not do it and i need to contact customer care. After again taking months they next to worst customer service informed me it was their last store managers mistake and they can not do anything.They wasted total 5 months and end us telling me they cant help customer for a mistake which their store manager did.Absolutely pathetic from the store itself, district manager and T Mobile customer service itself.Just can not be trusted. I hope others dont get caught in this store and this company.Edit: 5-3 .. ***** owner contacted and asked me to contact at provided e mail. I have been trying but the e mail is bouncing back. So no resolution yet..***

Michael the manager sucks at customer service. Will not come here again, will go to one at golf road they are much better and knowledgeable.Before I used to talk to guy with red hair like John Legere’s, he was good not sure owner/manager changed. 2020 September 10.

The location is convenient. The staff are congenial and well spoken, theyre versed on T-Mobile products as well. The Pandemic has been hard on us all, ( T-Mo is no exception), in general, this store is a good one!

And now I know why so many negative reviewsJust wanted to buy a new phone, pixel, very easy,... NotThey included additional services and when did not agree to them, straight forward you can go somewhere else ... just a joke placeTheir positive reviews are very questionable? like saints are working there and still I couldnt find them (sorry, I talked only to one dude, forgot his name, maybe others associates are fine, thats why 3 stars, benefits of doubt)Bottom line, customer service training is a must for at least some employees, I was never been told before I made mistake because you are rushing me or u can go somewhere else No hard feelings, it was entertaining, I just waisted 20min, took employee advise and went somewhere else, and saved

Dennis, the new store manager, and Hussein were most accommodating. They are super friendly meaning that they give you full attention and listening to your issues. Im happy with their professionalism and excellent customer service. I swapped my phone from damage in no time. Thank you guys!!

The staff turned out to be more helpful and understanding than the manager in this branch. The manager was very unprofessional, impatient and obviously lacking proper customer service training. I had the worst experience with TMobile over my almost 15 years of being a customer with Dennis, the manager there today.

OVER PROMISE and UNDER DELIVER seems to be the story behind this retail location. I walked into the store at the beginning of December assuming it would be an easy switch with the current offers from T-Mobile. I was fully convinced to switch as long as the remaining balance left on my leased devices from ATT would be paid off. Luis the manager along with an employee convinced me that the nearly $600 total could not be given through T-mobile, so he would put $120 credit in my accounts monthly for 5 months as long as I contacted him at the beginning of every month. This seemed a little questionable to me since there was no guarantee Luis would be with T-Mobile for the next six months. Nevertheless, Luis stated he wasn’t going any where and had done this for several customers. When I received my first bill a week after I signed up I contacted Luis. He claimed he could give the credit at the beginning of January since 30 days had not passed yet and to call then. I yielded and called January 2. Interestingly, at this time a new manager picked up the call and stated Luis had been fired. She claimed he had been running this scam to bring in several customers who had also been coming in/calling to complain along with me. The new manager proceeded to take down my complaint. She then stated I would get a call from the district manager to discuss the credits promised. I have not received a call and plan to cancel my services along with filing a corporate complaint. This will also be reported to BBB. Avoid this store as this seems to be the way dozens of customers have been drawn in.

TRY TO AVOID THIS STORE BY ANY MEANS.The manager Denis i the most rudes and unprofesional person ive met.He sold my phone that was my insurance claim to another customer just so he makes his %.Never any follow up, clueless how to fix the problem .At the end he will just tell that he dont know what to tell or do.Shame for big company as T mobile to have such an indivisual as a MANAGER!!!!Go to another store to avoid being treated as garbage from person who is there just to make his comission and 0 tolerance to any one.Being Tmobile customer for 19 years and thats what i get in return.STAY AWAY.

The worst experience ever! Absolutely horrible! They are misleading customers just to get you switch to T mobile. The manager Denis has no customer service skills, this person is rude and does not take care of issues at all!!! Do not switch to T-Mobile and avoid this store if you want to save yourself a headache.

I was excited a tmobile opened close to home. I have been there twice and both times were a disaster. First time there changed to the tmobile 1 plan and added 2 phones. They dont have the machine on site to transfer numbers from one phone to another so I still had to go to a second store to have them transfer info. Our data didnt seem to be working right then next day so I spent an hour and a half on the phone to find out the store took the data off of three of our lines so they only worked on wifi. Then, a phone broke so I had to have a warranty phone sent to closest store. Took over 30 minutes to swap out phone came home to set up new iPhone to find out they never transferred SIM card over and I couldnt connect to Apple so that was another 40 minutes on the phone. It is an independent store not corporate, not sure if that is why service is so bad. I will never go there again and we have 6 phones and upgrade yearly.

This is the worst location for T-Mobile I ever seen I went there with my wife to trade my phone with a new iPhone x they give me phone which is supposed to be new phone but it was old phone without the original cover on screen not charging well when we went back to the store they refused to change it for us, Then they ask us to pay more to get another one even when it was under warranty hey folks avoid this the store
