This place was so helpful and gave me exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.

My husband payed $40 for a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries . I didn’t like them at all they were all wet and the strawberries were old too nothing fresh. Plus the chocolate was really hard I could’ve break my teeth. Not again. Don’t waste your money here please!

No STAR! Worst business we’ve ever dealt with! My mom had ordered an arrangement since she couldn’t visit from Canada & they NEVER delivered it! To top it off, she spoke to multiple employees who said different things and asked her many times if she wanted to cancel her order. Meanwhile the order was placed days in advance and she was even given the option to pick a delivery time. Would never ever recommend this business to anyone!

The delivery did not include a congratulatory balloon which was purchased at an additional cost. I could not reach customer service by phone after several attempts (a long recorded message even before closing hour) or by email (problem with the site message) to report the missing item. I will try again in the a.m. but am disappointed thus far. At least it was delivered on the correct date. Because these are difficult times for delivery services, I will give it the benefit of 3 stars but it is definitely not worth the cost.

My wife and I stopped in to buy something special for a clinic staff.The women were so helpful, considerate and so much fun. We had a great time selecting many, many fruit and chocolate sweets. They were all beautiful. We got one box for ourselves... super fresh and truly delicious! Loved our experience at this shop!

We ordered 20 arrangements for our wedding reception from this E.A. and they looked fantastic. The whole experience was a breeze, they were helpful in picking out the arrangements and accommodating all of our requests. Our guests loved them and said they were such a great idea for a reception instead of the flowers and gave our guests some extra dessert. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

The arraignment was OK and was delivered on a timely mannered, BUT the store screwed up on the name for whom it was intended for. The store got the first name wrong but the last name correct. This store totally screwed up my valentines day with my girlfriend on this mistake! I tried calling the store and left on hold for half an hour. I called corporate and was placed on hold for another half hour and no one answered at both store and corporate. Nice customer service Edible!

1st time @ this location, a little hard to find. I called ahead to ask a few questions and the young lady did not have white chocolate covered strawberries, when I told her they were my moms favorite and that today was her 75th birthday, she made some for mom. Very nice, thank you!

I ordered a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries and a happy birthday ballon for my moms birthday. They delivered only the strawberries and not the balloon. I found out only because my mom called right away when she got it and I happened to ask about the balloon. Not happy with the fact that they charge $5 for a balloon and didnt deliver it! I called them right away and complained and they said they can either refund or deliver the balloon. I told them to deliver it. Not impressed. So, if I were you, after you order, when the recipient contacts you to thank you about the gift, subtly ask if they received everything you ordered for them! Disappointed!

I ordered the night before at 11:30pm and it was delivered the next morning! It was delicious, thank you!

For each order I get three emails with promo codes and they never work.What was wrong with the today promo of 20%? Does not work but your site tells me that after I completed all the order information. What a waste of time.

I was very undecided on what to get my wife for our 5 year anniversary but the people there are very friendly and patient. Alishia didnt make me feel rushed even when the phone kept ringing. We ended up picking the perfect bouquet my wife loved it. So went back and got my in-law one too.

I ordered the Mothers Day Bouquet to surprise my mom. I was very disappointed in the way the bouquet looked. The sticks were showing, the cantaloupe and honeydew didnt have the ridges. My mom even told me some of the strawberries werent fresh anymore. This bouquets are pretty pricey and you would think that theyd be worth your money. Terrible experience.

This location is excellent, with nice workers willing to help with your order to identify what the best arrangement is for you, and fast, quality service.

I order a valentines gift for my wife. I didnt receive it until after valentines day. They said they attempted to deliver it but no one was home when my wife was home all day. I called and they said they were going to have it delivered the nexts day. It came the nexts day around 5 pm. Strawberry were not fresh at all. For the amount of money I paid it was not worth it at all poor service

I was sent an arrangement and the quality of the fruit was terrible..My friend that sent me them called and complained and they sent me another one..This one was different and again the fruit wasn’t that great..She again called and complained and they refunded her half her money and sent me a new one, again different from the one ordered..I’ll say this for them, the customer service was great, but the quality of fruit not the best..I’m going to just chalk it up to fruit not in season in Illinois in January..
