Well my story is Huge after the bad experience at that location.. I ended calling Corp and Someone So Nice Her Name is Katherine she did treated me so nice and she really help all the way to the end .. amd I mean this she helps me to contact Eduardo the MG of the Armani E store.. after talking to Eduard on the phone amd also in the store .. The way he result my exchanges for the items that I was looking for Was Way more than Amazing.. Eduard Thank you so Much .. And Katherine you are an Angel com down from Heaven .. Thank u so MUCH.. I Sooo Hope that Corp read this and Reward you guys for the way that u guys Help othersEduard and team and Katherine U Guys are The Best .. Love u guys ✌️God Bless u

The clothes are nice, just not the custom service. Every time we go in here we arent greeted or even ask we need help unless we find an employee to ask a question.

This is my favorite store - I know the Staff by name. Jaz is the best Store manager I have Seen(and I shop a lot) she runs a clean store with great customer service. I have my personal shopper who I can contact literally whenever I need a new piece. Edward goes above and beyond and contacts stores in other states if this home store doesnt have what I need. If my go to person is not available, Rafael and countless other staff members are fully engaged and ready! thank you all

I liked a card holder and wanted to buy it and they say there is no barcode on it so they cannot sell it to me. They cannot find a barcode for a product and they are running a store so ridiculous

This store cannot take returns from online or from the outlet store. This coupled with the 14 day return policy makes me want to pull my hair out. My first time shopping at AX and I will NEVER shop there again. Save your money and go somewhere else. This business is satchel of hidden hoops and made-up BS.
