This evening i was looking to buy my girlfriend a few gifts for Valentine’s Day. A few items appealed to me but was rudely being rushed for some reason by a manager by the name of Warren Bradd. This isn’t my first time having to deal this type of service by him and last time i let it go. His approach and behavior was disrespectful and uncalled for. If i could leave a no star review I would. I’ve been a client here for many times but his attitude was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I really wanted to buy something since i work all day and i don’t have the time do any personal stuff. If someone can teach this boy about customer service I’d gladly appreciate it!

This is hands down my favorite store ! Wes and Mat are very attentive and well respected, I have a family of shoe heads, Wes and Mat always find the shoe and five different sizes I need ! Thank you again Wes and Mat for always meeting my families shoe needs 💕

Great store of course, love all the shoes and the sports apparel. If only they had more sizes on store available...they never seem to have the size 12 my soon is looking for.

Only place in the mall I could find tinker 3 in my size they were amazing even offered to hold them while I looked around the mall for a better deal ... of course I couldnt and bought them

Came here at 630 on Sunday web says they close at 7pm they did not let me in because they claimed they close first at 6 and then he said 630 .....and I called over and over and nobody answered... Bs becasues we drove over 40min to get there
