Had nothing, but problems with the sales associates at the Chicago Ridge Mall location. They were not friendly, not helpful, super rude, took forever, did not let me try the shoes on, ultimately sold me the wrong size, and did not give me a receipt. I decided to go to the Woodfield Mall location, to exchange the shoes in hopes for better service and the experience was VASTLY different! Jaisen was very helpful, listened to the problem, got me the right shoe straight away, and handled the return expediently. I was in and out of the store smoothly and quickly. This guy deserves an A+ for customer service! Will go back to this location for sure.

Went to footlocker wanting to buy a new basketball shoe, I walked around for a good 10-15 mins to find something I like, I found a lot of appealing options but no sales person to help. So I decided to walk out as a young, blonde, ears pierced sales person here stops me and says if I found everything okay, I told him yes but I didnt get any attention so touché, he responds saying: “do you want a like on instagram bro” not only is that rude and disrespectful, but also ruins the whole point of your commission based job selling shoes. So I went to Champs Sport and got a pair or KD’s that I liked as the staff over there was so much more welcoming, helpful, and friendly.Thanks Markita, Nathan, and Beyonca for your amazing help!!!

Manger profiled me and thought I stole a pair of socks when in reality they were already behind his counter waiting for me while I was looking at shoes 🤦‍♂️ Terrible service and he didn’t care about how he made me feel as a person that doesn’t steal and has always paid for what I’ve gotten. Manger wasted a good opportunity on a good $500 by profiling me stupid 😂

Terrible customer service. I went in looking for a pair of shoes I wanted but they only had them in mens, I wanted to try on their smaller sizes but the employee completely embarrassed me saying they wouldnt have my size at all with out letting me try anything on. She was talking very loud letting everyone hear the conversation. I was very embarrassed being in the store I felt my face turning red and heating up I left and havent came back since. Champs needs to set their employees straight.

Nice as soon as I walked through the door they greeted me and asked if I needed help I asked for 2 pair of shoes they brought them right out and e en offered a discount.. the employees are sneaker heads and know what they talking about

Terrible customer service, stayed on the phone for like an hour waiting for someone to pick up no one did. Also employee Alexis M. does not have the patience or kindness for customers. Henceforth, no one does their job too caught up with the music and running around store just to get a size that later on they tell you they don’t have. Very little communication in there and teamwork between employees. Foot Locker that’s right down by Champs has remarkable customer service and they’re very polite and get the job done.

Awful customer service... looking for shoes for my son and I can’t find anyone to get his size... I go to the front desk. There’s 4 people. Two of them are chit chatting & giggling. One of them points to another employee and says “he’ll help you”... guy says “I’ll be with you in a minute”.. as he was already helping someone. So I stand there waiting.... staring blankly at the wall just irritated. Same woman points to another girl cashing someone out “she’ll help you” and then continues playing on her phone and playing with tape on the counter.... the cash register girl goes to get the size. They don’t have it but can order it... no thanks I wanted to walk out a long time ago. Made me sad my son really liked the shoes, too. Oh well found a comparable pair at Foot Locker a few stores down. We greeted at the door “hey how you doing today” staff was amazing there. Was relieved to spend my money elsewhere.

I came into Champs to just look around for shoes. When Christian offered to help me find some shoes, I will not forget that moment. Christian matched my energy and hype to find shoes and ended up recommending me a pair of shoes that I could not not buy. Awesome service overall.

We were able to find the Sonovan Spidey shoes here in a size 11 mens. 2 thumbs up.

Purchased a bunch of cloths for my kid. We got home and found a security devise was still on one of my sweatshirts that cost $70. I called them and the manager told me to “bring it back and we’ll remove it”. I live in Northbrook and don’t get out to Schaumburg that often. He tells me to go to Footlocker in Northbrook and they’ll remove the security tag for me. I go to Northbrook the next day to find the store closed two years ago. Complete waste of time

So today I came here to return these shoes my boyfriend literally got delivered to him today. Some 350s boost, well he tried them on and they didnt fit. Literally just did a walk through around the house, didnt go outside nothing. Had the confirmation email that it got delivered today an all! So we were going to the mall regardless so we decided to return them in store. Well let me tell you the cashier KASSIE was a complete you know what from the moment we stepped up. She saw us waiting cause the other girl was taking care of someone and she just stands there ignoring us while we wait to be helped with our return. Then she finally decides she ready to take us after like a minute of standing there. She gives us a dirty look and calls us over, no hi, how are you nothing just a HUGE attitude right from the start, which blows my mind if you dont like the customer service industry or your not a people person than take your butt behind a desk or somewhere else that doesnt involve being the face of a company. So anyways she opened the box gave us ANOTHER dirty look and was like these were worn. And my boyfriend was so thrown off cause he just got them and hes super nice, Im the more aggressive one, so he was like I have the email that shows they were delivered today and all that so he pulls it up and holds it up to her. this girl rolls her eyes and doesnt even look at his phone that hes tryin to show her. She was just so completely rude. I was blown away.Looking like we were trying to pull a fast one or something. At this point shes acting like shes not gona take them back so I step in, and she calls a manager over Taylor who handled the situation very well. She was very friendly and super nice. But at this point Im annoyed cause this Kassie girl is holding the shoe up like its some bums shoe with the nastiest look on her face. So I grabbed the other shoe and wipe the bottom of it with my sweater and Im like omg this is ridiculous they are perfectly fine. It was like dust, nothing like pebbles from outside or anything. And Taylor was like its fine dont worry and took over and gave us our return.So thank you Taylor for stepping in and handling the situation like someone should.Kassie on the other hand definitely needs an attitude adjustment. I understand people have bad days but the way she looked at us right when we stepped up and the way her whole demeanor was, was like we were the scum of the earth bothering her.Definitely wont be back.There is way to much competition out there to be having unfriendly people working for you that make you lose business. Smh

Manager is a jerk. When I tried to order my nmd’s for the first time I asked him for a size and he talked into some microphone and I never got it so I had to ask someone else. Then when I returned a shoe wanting my refund he just placed it on the back counter without saying anything.

I bought two size 12 pairs of timberland boots and the box was completely broken both times and only one pair of boots came with a tag please shop somewhere else I can say you will be displeased and disappointed if you shop at this champs
