Great service and the staff was very nice. Ashley helped us and was wonderful. My daughter loved her energy and I loved her watch. We were just browsing but she was great and helped us find a great mothers day gift. We would shop again based on how nice and welcoming she was. Even told us the watch we purchased from Macys can be sized there, how awesome!

Return policy of this store is very bad. Even though the receipt says that a full refund will be provided if the customer is not satisfied with the product, this lady, Lorronda, refused to honor the return. She said she would do an exchange but cant take the return. Her reason for not taking the return was very silly. She said she wont be able to take the return because we had her remove the links to adjust the size because of which she wont be able to sell it in the store. So my question is how is she able to do the exchange in that case (without taking it back from us)?The Customer Service offered to help me so Ill still be a Michael Kors customer even after this bad experience at this store in Woodfield mall. I always buy Michael Kors from Amazon and never had any issues so far. I wouldnt recommend this store in Woodfield mall. They are good at sales but their customer service sucks!

I had real bad experience today at this store trying to get a product fixed which was well under warranty. I got this sunglasses less than 5 months ago and it’s temple broke. Calling customer service they said I have to visit the store and I did. Two staffs in store they decided to convince me saying they don’t do sunglass repair. First they declined they can’t consider this under warranty as it’s temple broke probably me sitting on it, when I kept telling them this happened when I had sunglass in my bag. Then they said they don’t do repairs of sunglass in store.I usually visit other stores and never had such bad customer experience. All they encourage wen you visit this store is if you buying any new product. They don’t encourage much if you say it’s for a repair.Even if it’s bit travel time, you could save ur time and effort trying to get stuff done in other Michael Kors stores

Xiomara was absolutely amazing!!! I went there on Wednesday and had to return for more things on Thursday! She gives the greatest advice and super sweet! I will definitely be returning!! Thank you for such a memorable experience!

I ordered and returned the order because too small. They did not return the money one month and a half after I returned. They said they issued the refund 15 days after they received the returned shoes. But the money did not reach the account. I wasted so much time writing calling and chatting with them. Still nothing. Hope I get my money back and will order never again.
