Went in there for an Exchange and one worker out of three there was polite and helpful. Worker with name “Yaya” (on Nametag) needs to work on greeting customers or at least be more polite. Clearly looked like she was not trying to work, doing the bare minimum. Don’t work a customer service job if you’re going to be rude.

They had a sales rep Ryan, extremely knowledgeable. He took his time and explained why what shoe would be better than another for me getting back 8n to running, even made a reccomend they did not carry at the moment l. Extremely personable the kid definitely deserves a promotion!

This Footlocker has a House of Hoops in it and I love it. This one is in Woodfield so of course it will be a good one. My girlfriend also went with me and we both bought a pair of the habanero foamposites. We also bought the sriracha t-shirts that match the shoes. Pics are attached for those who have no idea what shoes Im talking about. I recommend this House of Hoops. They have a lot good stuff, not to mention all of the new stuff that just got released. Happy shopping.

Poor customer service if I could give them a zero I would. Another store in Rockford checked their computer for a shoe, it showed the Foot Locker in Woodfield Mall had 3 of them. However when we called to confirm and put a pair on hold, over a 4 hour period the store in Woodfield would not answer their phone. They finally answered 20 minutes before closing. We drove from Rockford to a Foot Locker in downtown town Milwaukeet 1 1/2 hours away to picp the shoes, when we could have driven 45 minutes to Woodfield Mall. What a joke Foot Locker. Shame on you!

Came in wanting to buy a new basketball shoe, I walked around for a good 10-15 mins to find something I like, I found a lot of appealing options but no sales person to help. So I decided to walk out as a young, blonde, ears pierced sales person here stops me and says if I found everything okay, I told him yes but I didnt get any attention so touché, he responds saying: “do you want a like on instagram bro” not only is that rude and disrespectful, but also ruins the whole point of your commission based job selling shoes. So I went to Champs Sport and got a pair or KD’s that I liked as the staff over there was so much more welcoming, helpful, and friendly.Thanks Markita, Nathan, and Beyonca at Champs Sport for your amazing help!!!

Honre the store manager is by far the most knowledgeable and the most helpful manager I have met. By far the best customer service Ive ever had. I was there on 09/12/2020 to exchange some defective shoes that I had purchased in May of 2020. Which by the way was no fault of the store the store sells shoes not make them. Honre the store manager went completely out of his way to make my transaction as smooth as possible. I will be shopping at this store for the rest of my life. Thanks Honre.

Allen the store manager is an absolute gentleman! Truly I believe this store is successful because of him! In this store you will find friendly and helpful staff along with great items! In the last week I have spent over $900 at this location. I was having trouble with one of the Nike shoes I purchased and Allen took care of it right away! He did anything necessary to make sure I was taken care of! Thank you Allen I’ll be back soon for some more shopping!

Chris the assistant manger was extremely helpful. He picked up the shoes I was looking for from a different foot locker in Riverside since it was not in the store. This allowed me to have the shoes the same day instead of waiting for 3-5 business days. Great customer experience!

Got a notification from foot locker app that I could get the Space Jam Jordans from my local footlocker.I stood in line for 1 hour to find out for some reason to my surprise my shoes were not there and my name wasnt on the list.My foot locker called wood field malls footlocker and they had a extra in my size and I was sent to there.The manager Maggie was so great she kept them for me and got me in and out of the store very quickly.Maggie saved my day!!! She was very nice and accommodating and humorous thank you Maggie!!! Dont believe the hype she ran that store the way it should be ran

Really huge store (for being inside a mall). The workers were very helpful and happy to answer any questions or concerns. About not even 15 seconds after an employee helping me went to go get my size in the back, a different employee made sure I was being helped.

Came in to originally buy 1 pair of kicks ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes the employees here are on point!

I came in with money to spend and I was looking for a certain type of shoe and when I asked the first staff person he responded very coldly and like he didnt want to be there. He did check for me if the shoe was in store but it wasnt. He then called at me without using my name and apparently everyone there thought it was funny and laughed. And he wasnt really kind to me or try to explain where the other store was he just told me the location and just made me want to leave. Basically he treated me like a kid because of the way he talked and acted towards me. But I am thankful he helped me find the shoe location, just wish he was kinder.

Store is ok prices are higher than other places, the person who helped me was rhe laziest one I could find just to see him walk made me feel like leaving the store. I hate shopping so when i go to a store I want to leave as soon as possible a 5 min purchase turned into a 30 min i didnt have to try anything on i knew exactly what i wanted. Next time i need anythibg from this store i will just do it online.

I came to store and the manager was rude and not polite to me. Her name was maggy and for being a manager she should not respond to a customer with this attitude. I just wanted to change a pair of shoes that i bought two days ago that where broken and I asked to Exchange for a pair of shoes that are not broken to maggy and her responds was the pair of shoes where used definitely and i can see the part that is damage. This stire is a bad customer service I ever been.

I had a really bad experience when every helper was attending more than one person at a time.I had to wait almost an hour to get a pair of shoes because they would attempt to help me and make me wait while they helped someone else.

Their phone doesnt work so instead of one easy phone call to see if they have the shoes you want you actually have to go all the way to the store just to be disappointed
