I’ve gone to this exact same store and location multiples times. Every time I go, there is always a blonde girl that NEVER wears her mask right. All of her coworkers wear it correctly BUT her. We are literally in the middle of a pandemic and she has the audacity to not wear it correctly. Aside from that, she doesn’t banter and can be rude when interacting with customers. I hope that someone talks to her because I know for a fact that I’m not the only one that has noticed it.

After eagerly going there for the second time today, I was greeted with horrible customer service and employees that wanted nothing to do with me. I didn’t have enough money so I asked her to void a pair of sunglasses in order to pay for the rest of my items. She said because I had already attempted to pay with my debit card she couldn’t void the sunglasses without restarting the entire system. No problem yet, I patiently waited as she began to restart the system and took me at another register, despite the attitude she was already developing. Now at the other register, my card didn’t go through DESPITE the fact that she said no money had been taken out of my account from the last attempted purchase. After declining several times, I checked in my bank app and saw that the money had in fact been taken from my account even though the last purchase was never completed, I had not signed anything, and the employee said my money had not been withdrawn. Now, I’m left without the clothes I wanted (EVEN THOUGH the money has been withdrawn from my account), I’ve spent the last hour dealing with Brandy Melville Rejects, and I have no money in my account. The situation itself wouldn’t have been a big deal at another store, but the fact that they handled it so poorly, constantly rolled their eyes at me, seemed SO bothered by my presence, and made the situation seem like my fault is unacceptable. Nice one, PacSun. Keep up the great customer service.

Placed a order online for in store pick up, order took over 3 hrs to fulfill. I tried to cancel the order online and apparently there is no way to cancel online orders. I then called the location to get a update on the status of my order and I was told I have to wait to get a second email. I then asked the same employee over the phone if they can cancel the order for me, she said I had to do it. I explained how that wasn’t a option online. She then hung up on. Apparently this company is afraid to speak to customers. Horrible experience over the phone, online and in store.

I called to confirm they were open 2 hours before arrival, they said yes. When I showed up, they shut the doors for a 1 hour lunch. I waited around for the hour, and when I returned there was a 1 hour line! Waited in that to learn they didnt have the staple items I was looking for..

I called looking for some swim trunks I saw online. I spoke to Shelby and she was very helpful. She made sure to check the entire store including their back inventory. Even though I called 5 min to close she took her time and was very thorough with checking. Thanks shelby!

I bought The Young & Reckless x Faze rug and it’s was 🔥🤩👏🏻 it was easy to find the things I wanted and the store they where so clean and they where some nice workers so i like this store👍🏻😂ok bye👋🏼😴😌

This is my daughters favorite store. She goes in and browses for what seems like forever, just to go to another store to find something similar because she cant afford the $60 piece of cloth that I can only assume was a shirt. In other words, overpriced, go to Vans or Zumiez.
