Charming house, turned business. This place can be missed on such a major road…. Great staff. Large menu. We got a smoothie actually - and it was great, very fresh.

A good friend recommended this place to me so I decided to check it out. Had the blue tea & cheese danish, which were both excellent! Had the place to myself for a cpl hrs but it still felt homey & inviting. Host Darryn was super nice and kept checking in on me. Love supporting small businesses and will definitely be back!

Great local coffee shop in downtown Schaumburg! Parking is behind the location and its free. The Cappuccino was top notch and the Double Espresso was a favorite! They have a variety of cakes, sweets, and some savory snacks too. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating in back (facing the parking lot) or in front on the patio / porch. Get over to Kaffeestube for the low key atmosphere to relax, unwind, and enjoy a great coffee with your snack!

Love this place, Darryn the host he’s very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy with the feeling of community. Have different rooms areas to seat with your coffeeholic friends 😃. One of my favorite is the Schiumato coffee with cheesecake brownie. They’ve private music lessons by appointments and on weekends live music with local artists, very refreshing experience.

I came I here on accident. I prefer small private owned coffee shops over chain stores any day. I met Darryn the owner and he was very welcoming. Plenty of homemade treats for you to enjoy. I love the atmosphere. There are little rooms and its cozy. Darryn also hosts music lessons, yoga, meditation, and art. Ill be back!

I have passed this place many times driving up and down Schaumburg rd.Today my wife and I decided to stop in and check it out. It was absolutely worth stopping in, my gingerbread ice latte was very good! I really enjoyed the low amount of added sugar.The actual coffee was very smooth and mellow, making for a really enjoyable drinking experience.Darryn provided an exceptional experience, being very patient as we looked over the menue, drinks came out quickly, and he made sure that we had everything we needed!We decided to enjoy our drinks on the front porch, watching and listening to the traffic passing, it made for a very comforting experience.Overall very good coffee incredibly relaxing and inviting atmosphere, and a wonderful host!!Will be coming back and bringing friends!

We were searching for a small coffee shop for a quick cup before heading home from visiting the area for the weekend. And thats exactly what we found here. The man working was so friendly and patient. After we ordered and he made our drinks, he told us that if we wanted more of anything- ice, flavoring, or milk- to let him know and hed add whatever it was we wanted to our drinks. The drinks were perfect as he made them, and were some of the best iced lattes weve had in a long while. We also tried a biscotti that was delicious. It was not the traditionally hard as a rock biscotti. It had pecans and caramel and was soft enough to eat and enjoy without breaking a tooth. They also had alternative milk options which is always a plus for me personally. Highly recommend this cute little coffee place. You wont regret it.

Awesome place. Great atmosphere, artisan coffee. When will people finally realize that Starbucks coffee (except for their own fee artisan places) comes out of all-in-one machines. This place has so much better coffee. The pastries were also very tasty and not prepacked. The owner is very kind and friendly. I left with a better mood, than when I entered. What else do you want for the start into your day! Also great place to sit down, reading a book or work on a laptop. And they teach instruments in the same building, too :)

Kaffeestube is a haven to me - its a place to rest, unwind, and enjoy a drink among friends.For drinks, I especially recommend the Blue Tea Latte; Darryn really brings out the authentic flavor of each beverage.I also enjoy the taste of the homemade cheese pizza 🍕 It has a deep, authentic flavor that is unique!The live music events are worth attending also - come to listen to up-and-coming artists showcase their work! 🎸

Best Coffee place in Schaumburg and surroundings. Avoid Starbucks and alike and drink coffee made with love (and time). You will notice the difference.

I had a latte (very good) a mango smoothie (also very good) chocolate biscotti (my wife loved it) and I tried the cherry pastry (loved it!)

Found this place randomly online and decided to stop by today. It is the perfect place to come and enjoy a warm (or cold) beverage, read a book, or listen to the live music. I stopped by right after the live music was over, but can not wait to come back! The shop itself has so much charm, really a gem!

Lovely little shop for fanatics of coffee and music! There was an artist performing at the time, and that combined with the architecture made it feel as if I were inside an antique guitar. Also, Darren happily let me watch him prepare my drink (aspiring barista here). KAFFEESTUBE gets five stars from me!

Im not sure how I missed this place so close to my home, but Im glad I found it. A cozy little cafe with wonderful homemade baked goods and a decent array of teas and lattes. There was a group of people taking guitar lessons while we were there so it was nice to listen in while we were eating. Warm employees made us feel at home. Cant wait for our next visit!

Amazing coffee! I just had a French press black coffee, but my goodness was it good. Also, the people here are so wonderfully kind, I’ve travelled to plenty of coffee shops as I go all over the country, but this place really takes the cake as far as aesthetics, quality, and friendliness of staff!My next visits to Schaumburg will surely include this spot.I also intend to return later in the evening for some of their music and yoga events that they host!

This place is awesome! Coffee is excellent. I had the chili for lunch and I enjoyed it very much. Family had the pizza and ate every crumb. There was music outside both times we have come and we really enjoyed it. Try it! Great place!

This coffee shop is absolutely stunning inside and outside. Its an old house with beautifully decorated rooms inside and of course wonderful coffee drinks and delicious deserts. People who work there are absolutely nice, caring and friendly. I would highly recommend this place! And the gorgeous Sculpture park is just 3 min away from Kaffeestube.

Awesome awesome bubble tea! Taro has such a sweet and unique flavor! Other great options are Green Tea, Coconut, and Mango bubble tea! Honestly, they have a lot of flavors to pick from, highly recommend this place!

This place is a hidden gem in the suburbs. Its quaint, artsy & friendly vibe paired with the hardwood floors and vintage building are a great atmosphere. 1000 times better than any franchise competitor. Their spinach puff pasties ARE AMAZING!! Like a handmade chef prepared them. Lattes, coffees, teas, drinks & bobas available. Always a happy greeting upon walking in. Live outdoor music in the summer. Definitely support this small business. They deserve it.

Such a cute little coffee shop! They’ve recently extended their hours and are now open M-F until 1:00 PM. If you’re looking for a little European coffee break, this is your spot! Loved the iced lattes and gorgeous espresso machine they have behind the counter. Don’t forget your cash, though! They don’t take cards yet.

The Blue tea latte!!! Definitely glad I gave this drink a try. She could t really describe to me what it tasted like but with all the great reviews I decided to go for it! So perfect. Light yet creamy and just the hint of sweetness. I agree with others, my blueberry muffin was just so-so. Would have been better maybe if I was warmed up. But let’s face it, you go here for the charm of the building and the delish tea and coffee... I went mid afternoon soI didn’t have the pleasure of hearing music but looked like a great place to visit again when they have that as well. Would definitely stop in again.

The owner is very friendly and welcoming to all her customers and during the summer she was especially generous offering wonderful 2 for one specials with smoothies or cup of bingsoo shaved ice 🍧 specialties.

Decided to stop by on my way back home and immediately wanted to become a regular. The coffee was clean and full bodied. The shop also does live music during certain days of the week which I hope to experience soon. Thats how I got to know of this place. Because of these classes and encouragement of well being the atmosphere at this shop is so peaceful and relaxing. Very quaint, to say the least. A little gem in the suburbs of Schaumburg that holds maybe 20 people spread out in the main floor.went on a weekend when the offices were closed upstairs, but was informed that they have music up there certain days of the week, just ask. Coffee and tea are well made and made to order. And the pastries have a homely taste to them. The menu is not huge and overwhelming, and the atmosphere is comfortable if you want that home-kept vibe. Highly recommended for and afternoon cup of tea or coffee thats decently priced.

I have never enjoyed a coffee shop this much. I tried the blue tea latte only to find that it is in fact very blue and very tasty, the most delicious drink that Ive EVER ordered at a coffee shop. Not only was my drink wonderful, but the cupcake I had matched as well! Very quite with many little sections for each type of visitor. I was able to set up shop and get a great amount of work done in this cozy little shop that deserves so much praise!

The coffee and atmosphere is really the star at this place but do not think your going to get 5start pastry or cake. The cake/pastry is mediocre at best. The atmosphere is super good though very relaxing.

I’m so glad they found something to occupy this building. I love the soft music being played by a live musician and his acoustic guitar. It’s a great place to just hangout for coffee with a book or friends. I felt like I was in a scene of Gilmore Girls.

Live music (local musicians), comfortable atmosphere (used to be a house), and simply good coffee. I had the coconut macchiato and a slice of carrot bread. Glad I used Yelp to find something other than Starbucks!

The place was very nice and the staff was friendly. I had to grade some papers and the quiet atmosphere with fun background music was just what I needed. I will be telling others to make sure they visit.

Awesome! Love, love, love it! O had the Blue Tea latte. Hubby had caramel macchiato. The coffee was on the bitter side -- per expectation since they use Seattle roasters -- and tea was lovely. Space is lovely. Planning to come regularly for business meetings. And join in on jam sessions. :)

Cute cafe. Had a caramel frappuccino which was delicious, not overly sweet. When I went there, there was a person playing guitar. Owner is very nice and provides piano lessons after the cafe closes. The cafe is cash only but will be accepting credit cards soon.

Was there Saturday am with friends. Love the old house and the woodwork. Looking forward to the end of Lent so I can try some othe delicious looking coffeecakes and other baked goodies.
