Very much enjoy this Starbucks - friendly staff & quick service make it a pleasant stop - the only downside is the parking lot. The way the drive through snakes around, if there are more than 5 cars in line, the cars in the parking spots are completely blocked in. And it gets busy early - I visited twice before 7 AM and had to wait to pull out both days. Other than that, a lovely spot!

This location has a location problem. If you can survive not getting your car hit to enter/leave parking spot or drive thru...you have to hope for a kind not snobby person to take your order. 50/50 chance so despite living near this location I often go to other locations

Once upon a time I loved coming to this Starbucks. I live right down the street so it’s very convenient. Over time, customer service has gone downhill. But today will be the last time I will ever go there. Not only was my drink served me and two cups because it was slopping down the side, the lid wasn’t on and leaking with the access mess, so I had the opportunity to wear my drink as I was driving! Nothing like a detour to go home and change clothes 🙄

I stopped by on 9/9/21 for coffee. Used the drive thru and was in a hurry, didnt taste the coffee until I arrived at work. Took a couple of sips and it tasted funny, it wasnt made with whole milk! I decided to leave the cup inside my car and drive back at mid morning. I parked and went inside, explained what happened and the lady looked at the writing on the cup and it turned out that it was made with almond milk! She gave me a new one and for free! I wanted to buy a lemon pound cake slice for my hubby and she didnt charged me neither! What a way to trea a customer! Go Starbucks team!!

I like to try out different Starbucks locations when I travel. The décor, flavors and over experience always change - and in this case, for the better. Inside this store is really nice, and the outside seating area has umbrellas for hot days. Staff was kind, they got my order in and done real quick. Café Americano was superb here.

I am giving 3 stars because I never have an issue with the morning crew. That being said, it seems every time I go in the afternoon, which is numerous times a week, my order comes out wrong. Today we ordered 3 venti vanilla sweet cream cold brews with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Before the drinks were handed to us we informed them that the cream in the coffee was obviously missing. He then questioned if we were sure that was what we wanted, we said yes and he added the cream. The order labels had it correct. But still it was corrected so no big deal. But then one of the three has some sort of clear syrup at the bottom.. just one. Its staying completely separated from the coffee and wont mix in. Didnt notice it until it was taken out of the carrier when we got back to work or else I would have just asked to a new one. Going to have to just stick to just mornings.

Good ambience but average food. Flavours same for 2 dishes ordered, planner tikka masala, was under seasoned paneer. Naans were really good, soft and fluffy. Overall a satisfactory but not out of the world experience for indian food

Customer service here is very poor compared to other locations. I had an incident where my drink was made incorrectly and I called the store and talked to the manager who said they would put my name on a list for a drink complementary the next day. The next day I arrive and I was treated as if I was being untruthful I was treated as if I was in the wrong I was insulted. It’s a shame because I’ve been going to this location for years and the service has just become less and less.

Ive always had a good experience here. All the baristas are friendly, drinks were made fast and accurate and hardly any mistakes to none. The manager here is lovely as well. But today was different. I greeted the barista at the drive thru window only for my greeting to be ignored. I paid for my drink and he ignored my have a good day. He looked at me and laughed at my face. He wasnt having a conversation with anyone around him. This was just so out of nowhere and rude. He didnt say a word as I awkwardly drove away in silence after just being laughed at for no reason.

Is every time I go to Starbucks I have a pleasurable time and receive the best drinks in the market. I will definitely come back and pay my homage to Starbucks because there is no other coffee and no other service so wonderful.

Very friendly environment. You can hear multiple languages at the same time. The place has a great study table in the corner, it felt like home. One drawbeck can be the place is kinda small for the demand. And parking lot is also a little small, not enough for people visiting the coffee shop. Well, thats all I guess. Will visit again for sure ☕👌

They like to take their sweet time if you go in and order as opposed to the drive-thru which they prioritize. Didnt appreciate the attitude either. I will say, Ive spoken to the manager (just in passing, simple conversation) and she was lovely. Sucks that other employees ruin that experience for the entire place.

I go here with my girlfriend almost every morning when were not running late and Karen takes our order the majority of the time, but she is SUPER NICE!! She makes our morning runs to Starbucks worth it. Thank you so much Karen, youre always nice and make sure our order is on point!

Ive never encountered a single grumpy employee here in the several years Ive been coming here, and only once or twice has my order been wrong. And when it has, theyve fixed it for free. I only rate with 4 stars instead of 5 because when drive thru lines get long, their speed of service really slows down. Ive been stuck there with cars in front of and behind me for more than 30 minutes on more than one occasion before. And while I understand prices are set by corporate, upcharges for certain things shouldnt be as much as some of them are.

Great coffee, a little over priced, but last time I had a problem with the protein box...They sold me the box at the day it should expire (or the “best by” date), so, it wasn’t fresh at all...The carrots were going white, and the apples were getting darker...and they push the box to the front so you take it...Sorry Starbucks, but your food should be fresh.And to be honest, the employees and manager here are always nice and friendly.Update: I have called Starbucks Customer service and they apologized and resolved the issue...So, thank you Starbucks!

A bug in the drink.This is my go-to store everyday and it was quite alright. Today I found a fly in my drink. Did not spot it until I brought my drink to the library. I don’t know what happened to the store’s quality control.

Luis was my barista at the drive thru window this morning, and his customer service was impeccable. A great conversation set the mood for my day. He was friendly without being overbearing, and seemed like he really cares about the customers. Will definitely return to this location specifically because of it. Keep up the good work Luis, because customers notice!

I just ordered for the first time over Uber Eats and was super disappointed. When I called back the staff was extremely rude, even though it was them who did not have the ingredients to make my drink.

Dont ever come to this location. It has a super small lot and is very hard to manauver even for a small vehicle. It is also super packed at all times which makes the small lot even harder to get through.

When my drink was made wrong the first time, Sim was so helpful to make my drink the right way. I’m very picky about my ice coffee and she knows how I love it made! She remembered that I am someone that comes to the drive thru. This Starbucks always has great service and coffee. They just updated their tables and seats, and I love the change! The parking is pretty limited because it is in a weird spot. However, you can usually park next door if no spots are available.

This is an interesting rating. While Im a huge fan of Starbucks and the way the company conducts business, Im am not a fan of this location. I have ordered a handcrafted coffee at this location 3 times, and never once received it. The staff is poorly trained, cleanliness is an issue, and their send to be a morale issue with the workers. This last time, I waited 10 minutes for the manager to tell the other workers to start my pore over. I was given a refund and a gift card for my wait. I wont be returning to this location, ever.

I am a Starbucks lover every morning, plus some day the whole family. I have hear from by brother that they don’t make his order to his taste in more the one occasion. I didn’t want to believe be but on Sunday 11/24/19 I went I order two drinks and a pastry. The firsts drink come as well my pastry, as the second drink they took to long and on top of everything they made the wrong size. I told them I have order the biggest side, they weren’t happy about it, but they made a new drink, (well I think they made a new drink can’t see from my car). Once they handle my drink I went on with my day as soon as I took the first sip, I notice it was something I didn’t order. I was upset enough to go back and changed it. I feel like the drinks from here are expensive enough, for them to make the order wrong. It never happens but it has happen to many time not just this location. There was another one where I order a more expensive drink then they charge me and after. The barista say with don’t have the drink at this moment they change for a cheeped one and I never got a refund.Something I get survey to fill out but what is the point of it if things don’t improve.

Fantastic place to sit during the summer and get some work done. The staff was friendly and I got my drink pretty fast. It could get busy during the semester. This location is also modern looking and kept clean.

DO NOT VISIT, THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY. I would hate to think that because of my skin color I was treated in such a manner, because other people that are caucasian were not treated the same. One star is too many, if youre hoping to hang there do not take advantage of the refill policy because they will be the rudest people ever. They do not know the refill policy at all. KAYLEE stated refill policy was only on the same drink you ordered while MARIE pretty much kicked me out of the place. I was with a child and the way MARIE spoke to me was appalling. They then said the district manager was there and I was sitting outside, it would have been great to speak with him. I visited this location for the first time 2 days ago and had no problem with the refill policy. I ordered my drink and while waiting they were talking about me on their microphones, beyond rude. I cant believe that Starbucks employees behave in this manner. Considering the lack of parking they should be glad people stop by to their location, and instead they treat people like garbage.

Good little Starbucks with quick service and a friendly Staff. The parking lot is tiny due to it being situated on a prime piece of real estate but the drive-thru was my weapon of choice for my caffeine loading that day. =D

Pretty good place!! If you are just looking for a coffee or drink this place is good! But in the mornings it can be very crowded! So, I recommend coming on the afternoons (if you want/can) Also I recommend getting the Carmel Frappuccino because it is really good! So overall this place is very good!

Good: People are great, good, family like atmosphere, good coffee.Bad: Parking!!!!! They have a limited number of parking spaces. But...guess who always has a parking space? ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES!!! I guess its not their fault but corporate should think of something ...soon! You guys are losing money and discourage business. If I have to drive around 2 times ( which I often do) and find no parking I will take myself to another coffee shop. Happens a lot, even though this is the closest Starbucks to me.I overheard other people complaining about it many times. If you are outside and cannot find a single space, you would think the place is full, but as you walk in you see that the place is almost empty with only 3, 4 people inside. It belongs to the employees.

Second time that I order a GRANDE n they don’t even fill the cup half way!! I’m tired of pay $6 an not receiving what I paid for!

Every single time I come here, my order is made incorrectly. In my most recent visit, the cream in my iced coffee was all solid flakes floating all over (definitely gone bad) and they tried convincing me it was normal (I literally get the same drink everyday- this was not normal and tasted horrible). In another visit, I was unfortunately spoken to very rudely only after asking if a drink I was ordering was already sweetened. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks location.

Great drinks, fast service, and convenient location. However, I have found that there is never enough parking, and people like to just park anywhere so if you want to go in to the store first off good luck finding a parking spot, and second once you find that spot good luck getting out because someone has probably illegally parked behind you. All in all its a good place, but they need a bigger lot.

Staff at 6:00pm on a Thursday not efficient. I just sat in the drive through for 18 minutes. Unacceptable. Or should I say the staff from 6-6:30 because that’s how long it took to get through the trap of a drive through.

As far as the coffee is concerned: its a starbucks. You know what youre getting.Whats better is the atmosphere. Cozy, compared to the larger and more industrial of its ilk, with just enough seating for you not to worry if therell be any left. Staff is super friendly and the regulars are all pretty chill. Bathrooms are unisex and always clean. All in all, its a good place to drink spicy bean water and stare at a laptop.

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks ever! I literally wait a minimum of 10 minutes when I go in and even longer if you do the drive thru. It’s the only one on my route to work so I’ve stopped there a few times in hopes they will have improved and nope they never do.

Wish I could leave no stars. Drive through girl was extremely rude for no reason and literally almost threw my coffee at me. Will go to Dunkin thats a couple hundred feet down Golf from now on. I understand that being a barista might be your life aspiration, but drive through girl is not your strong suite....

Reasonably convenient for the drive-through. Theres a parking lot but its small, maybe 10 cars? and the inside had seating but not very much. The staff are great! Id say this location is not really a destination, more of a commuter grab-n-go.

Great coffee, the only reason I cant give 5 star to this location is the lack of parking.

Friendly staff, quick service, almost 100% order accuracy. I get the same thing every time, and always ask that the drink be stirred really, really well, because the extra ingredients I add require a good stirring to give it the flavor I like so much. Seems theyve never actually given me the wrong drink, but approximately half the time, they just dont bother stirring at all. I just learned that it helps to always request a stopper while at the window so I can stir myself if necessary. Otherwise, location is convenient, service is good, and coffee is overpriced as always. LOL. But, thats Starbucks for ya. And thats why I only go once or twice a month when I can justify basically throwing seven bucks into the toilet. I mean, thats where it winds up anyway, right? If their drinks were 1/3 the price they are now, Id be there every other day, Im sure. Then at least itd be cheaper than my Red Bull habit.

The vibe of this place is overall, to me, untidy and disorganized. My family and I have had terrible experience with a particular barista here who speaks very faintly and simply provides poor service. Ive gotten several wrong drinks. The music is played rather loud and it does not give off the mood of a typical Starbucks which is to me, relaxed and cozy. Will be avoiding this Starbucks when possible.
