Wanted to stop for coffee and with none of the usual places in sight I found this gem. I couldnt help but buy a piece of cheesecake and it was divine. My americano wasnt the best but still quite good. The place is spacious, modern and has comfortable seating areas, tables and even a private meeting type room. Id definitely recommend checking it out.

I used to love this place but now it tastes like I am having super sweet weird cereal bowl. I don’t know why everything changed? Or owner changed? Disappointed in their shaved ice, not Korean and I don’t know what they are trying to do.

I got the peach bubble tea and it actually tastes like peach:) my boyfriend got the strawberry banana smoothie and added berryberries which he loved! The place is super cute so once they hire more staff I bet it’ll be amazing.

This place slaps. One of the best bubble tea places. I stop here weekly just to get their red bean bubble tea.

I come here a lot! They have really good desserts and I love their bubble teas. They can be a bit slow, but all in all really good service and value.

The desserts here are terrible! Sure they have a bigger selection and they look fancy, but they taste awful and are not very fresh. Got several items to try and couldnt eat a single one more than a bite or two. Went here off of the reviews, definitely would not recommend. Did not try their drinks or sandwiches, but based on the desserts probably not expecting much.

Super good environment, friendly staffs, but the green tea strawberry mini cake is not good much as recommended. I cannot finish it. Hope it gonna be better next time cuz i will be back again. Green tea latte is also good

Amazing place. If you need a place to go study or read, go here. (The music can be a little loud tho but the staff are super nice) it can get a little crowded at night since they do have really good menu items

Very clean and friendly establishment. The menu is increadible. So many options to choose from and they are just so delicious. 😋 Bubble Tea was so good and there were so many flavors.

I absolutely *adore* Knead! My favorite drink so far is the thai tea bubble tea (pictured) because I think they balance the flavors just right here!My go-to sandwhich is their egg salad, which I also like because they chop the veggies (carrot, cucumber, green onion, and I think celery) super tiny and the bread is god-tier.They are a bit of a drive from my house, but I make the trip fairly regularly because everything is so good its more than worth it!

This place gets 5+ stars from me. Nice place to get some work done or studying, meet friends or family for conversation over coffee and dessert. They have a huge selection of things to eat and drink, good quality products. The staff and owner are incredibly kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, but especially those who are looking for a relaxing place to get some work done! ;)P.S - They DO have free WiFi

I had a wonderful experience ordering lunch from this location. The young lady who took my order was extremely helpful and polite. I forgot her name but she had blonde hair. This place was very clean and their food was delicious. They always follow COVID protocols and that’s a plus for me.

Overpriced, and lack of common customer service. Will not come back.We ordered 3 bubble tea and one tiramisu cup. When I personally ordered my bubble tea, the cashier repeated it back to me and I saw her punch it in the pos. I pay for it, and wait.The 2 other bubble tea come out first and we are told that The store closed already so if you could leave... by the employees.I tell the employees that I was still waiting on my order, and the cashier that took my order says:I remember your order, you didnt pay for it. If you want to see the receipt, I can show you.Me: You repeated my order, and I saw you punch it in.Cashier: The computer shut down as I was punching in your order. You did not pay for it, so I cannot give you a free drink.Me: I dont expect a free drink. I think there are better ways to talk to your customers.Cashier: Okay I admit its my fault, but you did not pay for it.We left after this frustrating exchange and will not be coming back here. Their 3 inch cakes are $11 and theur 6 inch cakes are $30+. I do not think they are worth it in my opinion.

Coffee was good priced but I felt like the quality was pretty low

I ordered a caramel macchiato with almond milk. No words to describe how bad it tasted.

We were excited to try this new place but were disappointed. We tried two paninis, a bubble tea and a desert. To say the sandwiches were sweet would be an understatement, we did not like the taste and only ate half of those. They should have been savory. Bubble tea was ok but the bubbles were very chewy. Lastly the desert were not fresh and cake had a strong egg odor. The two stars are for the counter lady who was kind & welcoming. But other than that it was a horrible experience. Also they do not have high chairs for toddlers so plan to hold onto your toddler if you are bringing one.Lastly please buy a dedicated music service to play in the restaurant, the food is bad enough but then you have to listen to dunkin donut & KFC tempting you with their new sandwiches in the commercial breaks.

Idk what they put in there Egg Drop sandwich, but I think I died and went to heaven. Its seriously a party in my mouth and everyone is invited. I cannot recommend this place enough. Their smoothies and desserts are amazing too!

Unable to make patinas today, for some reason. Signage not so good stood in line a long time thinking we were behind people who still had to order only to find out that they were waiting for their orders. Will go back cuz food was good and now we know our way around!

We ordered 2 boba teas 3:53 pm and got it after 18 minutes. I guess we have to know the owner and staff to get our order faster. Oh by the way, there was no line just in case youre wondering.

It’s an ok place. Great for studying and coffee lovers. The area is pretty big so lots of space to have to yourself or to bring a large group of people. They have couches with coffee tables and regular tables with chairs. Where I sat there was a lack of outlets and it was terribly cold. Not a super cozy atmosphere like you’d expect a bakery to be and they were low on lots of their dessert items. It’s a decent place but not one I’d visit again.

I always love coming here whether its for inside dining to enjoy a pastry and coffee ☕ or relax outside with my beautiful dog. The owner is very friendly and welcoming to all her customers and during the summer she was especially generous offering wonderful 2 for one specials with smoothies or cup of bingsoo shaved ice 🍧 specialties.Now inside seating has again been restricted by our Governor here in Illinois so I spent some quality time outside with my dog to enjoy tiramisu in a baby sized cup portion and a good hot chocolate with oat milk. Im glad they have so many other options besides just traditional dairy milk because I prefer the taste of oat 🥛 milk and I think it tastes sweeter. I appreciate how cleanly and well organized 👌 👏 everything is kept here and I truly hope dine in returns sooner than later because its always so relaxing and welcoming here.There are so many drinks to choose from and many pastries, cakes and savory pastry. This coffee shop is well worth the visit.

Both employees were wearing masks and it was clean inside, they made our drinks quickly and even gave us complimentary cookies and masks! Very welcoming and professional place.

I was hoping they would have something nutritious after my workout in the same mall and they did. I love how they have lights that look like kneading. The only discomfort was the credit card reader was too close to their side of the table. It was hard to reach and press the buttons they may want to check this out. They also have conference rooms if you would like to have meetings, however this might work.

I know there are a lot of Korean bakeries and cafe in Schaumburg area, but this place deserves more recognition. Ive been here several times for pastries. Had bingsu (Korean shaved ice) and bubble tea delivered from Grubhub recently, and they came with a small pack of ice cubes. None of them melted. I love how their bingsu has that milky flavor to it instead of just plain shaved ice.

Their bingsoo is delicious! I tried a few flavors, and I think green tea is my favorite. I also love their cakes and bakery items - I find different flavors every time I visit! Calm atmosphere, good for dessert or coffee dates, or get together with friends. There are a few outdoor tables available now!

So delicious! The cafe is spacious but cozy, has great drinks and delicious pastries. Went here with some friends and they loved it as well, it’s a great spot to hang out or have a chat over coffee and dessert. The bubble tea was flavorful and fresh, and prices were not too high. Employees were very nice and positive.

THE CUTEST BAKERY EVER!!!!! it was wonderful. The customer service was so polite and helpful and made sure our orders were right. The variety of sweets is mostly cakes but everything looked beautiful😍 . The macarons are a little smaller than expected but they have such a great flavor to make up for it. 100% recommend this to any cafe and bakery lover!

I like coming here because its a good place to have a food or drink and study. Its calm and they have delicious options. Its a nice place to do homework, and hang out with friends and family. Its rarely busy in the mornings and afternoons, but its the perfect time to sit back and relax. i recommend this place!

The best Bakery and Cafe Ive ever been to! The employees are so sweet and the management is excellent. They have such a beautiful aesthetic. It is perfect for studying, socializing, and just enjoying some mouth watering pastries and incredibly crafted coffee. Came here for something yummy to give a friend. Beautiful tiramisu mini cake, I ordered the almond puffed rice coconut florentine for myself. The florentines were perfectly crispy and my mouth waters thinking back to them. The staff was super cool and helpful, I was pleased with their suggestions. Im sure everything here is good, Ill be back. Thanks!

Very clean and family friendly environment. Service was a little slow today but based on the reviews I’ve read that it’s not the typical situation. Lots of choices for kids delicious coffee and espresso as well as tons of bakery goods with Korean inspired heritage.

This place is not worth your time, I ordered a bubble tea, and it was nothing but ice filled to the brim. I literally drank whatever amount of bubble tea was in my cup in two sips.

The restaurant is very cozy and the food is so good! The food feels very luxurious, and the bubble tea is amazing, far best than any bubble tea Ive ever tasted. The cakes are also very nice, not too sweet, and not too plain, just the perfect amount of sugar. They are both very creamy and delicious. There are many tables in one corner, and comfortable couches in the other for you to sit and enjoy. There are also small meeting rooms for people to eat and talk together. It is very bright and cozy there, and I would definitely come again!

The bubble tea was horrible and bland tasting. The mango mousse looked great, but tasted like chemicals. Would not recommend. There are better places on this plaza to get bubble tea. Their interior design was nice.

The beverages are tasty, the pastries are also good and have interesting flavors to choose from. The ambience is modern and clean, a good place to meet up with friends or do some work on your own.

Omg THIS IS THE BEST BAKERY AROUND THE AREA!!!!!! I knew the existence of the bakery but I’m so mad at myself for not going to this place sooner!!!!! One night I got the pear and oolong mousse chocolate cake and it was phenomenal!!! What I love about this place is that it has a wide variety of cakes!! As a plus, they have a lot of tea flavored cakes which I love!!! There was a jasmine one too so I’ll definitely try that one next time I go!

A very unwelcoming place! As Im approaching the door to open it a lady rushes to shut off the open sign. Mind you their business profile on google says theyre open until 1130pm and this is happening at 1054pm. This is not the first time Im going to this place and also not the first time Ive felt unwelcomed! They have bad customer service on the whole. I wouldnt waste my time or money here. Ill stick to coffee haus! Change your business hours!

Surprisingly disappointing? See below for my experience on drinks, food, and the weird atmosphere.Drinks: cashier was helpful in ordering. There wasnt a sign for if they had dairy alternatives to milk or what flavors for their lattes. I added tapioca boba to an iced latte. They were kinda hard and tough to chew. I wasnt going to say anything to them and just drink it anyways. After a couple minutes a worker came up to me from the back saying how the boba is kind of hard, and asking me if i thought so too. I told her i agree, but insisted it was fine. So they knew the boba was bad but served it anyways. After 10 minutes i couldnt really finish the boba, as they became harder.Food: i ended up getting some cookies to take home since it seemed easiest to carry. Each cookie was $2.75. I feel that price is too much for the quality of them. In the bins they were in, most cookies all looked very different from one another in size, very uniformed. The flavors seemed interesting tho so i still bought 5 of them and tried picking out the good ones. Either the cookies (by flavor) were thin as paper or 1/2 thick. I found the thicker ones, no matter the flavor, were all very dry. The oatmeal butterscotch flavor one was tough and dry, with crunchy oatmeal pieces. Which typically oatmeal cookies should just be soft. I would say despite the cookies seeming large, although some are super thin, the price is still overrated. $1.75-2 would be a fair price based on quality.Atmosphere: there was a table at the front where a middle aged guy was sitting while on the phone, who just stared at me as i went in. Despite the large cafe, it was empty besides one girl and a male customet who came in right after me. As he entered, an older lady came from the back and was talking to him. Im guessing an owner. As they went to the register the cashier had to keep asking if she was suppose to charge him or not. So it seems the owners friends often get free items. The owner lady then went to sit next to the guy who was on the phone. Assuming he might be an owner too. When i got up to leave, the older lady also stared at me and it was weird. It feels off putting to have managers or owners sitting upfront staring and guests.The cafe is also surprisingly full of tables and chairs. Not much walking room from table to table. Makes it feel cluttered.Instead i would highly recommend either handsome bakery, or tous les jours. Both which are less than a mile down the street.

Interesting eclectic menu

Keeps losing quality.Have been visiting since day one - had friends in the original team.At this visit we were offered the wrong tea. I corrected on time and was made another wrong tea instead. Had to remind not to have it in paper cup. And the spoons are for soup - very hard to eat cake with them...

Horrible just stopped for a sweet treat and everything looks great on display and old when I opened the box, my cake has old brown strawberries on it and little petite for cake is rock hard and bone dry crumbling apart probally worst bakery i visited in my life and iwould never recommended it to anyone ..

My friend recently got a job here and she has done nothing but gush about how amazing the team is here. Its very important to us to know the establishment treats their employees well wherever we shop and this place goes over and beyond for their employees. So if you appreciate that in a business as well, look no further. Their cakes are so light and fluffy, yet amazingly full of flavor. I ordered the matcha latte and it is THE BEST matcha latte I have ever had. This includes Starbucks and it was no where near as much price wise(Their medium is a large Starbucks btw). Im definitely recommending all my friends and coworkers(I work two jobs) to come here. The atmosphere is so calming and theres plenty of space for a whole group of people. Im just in love with this place!

Omg. The coffee is sooo good!!! This place is quaint and quiet. We had the tiramisu and cheesecake and it was so good.

Came here because the place looked so good from the outside and even in the inside the presentation of the baked goods was very appetizing. I got a chocolate cupcake, chocolate chip cookie, tiramisu, peacan muffin, iced coffee and and hot coffee. There was not one thing that I or my three other family members could finish. The tiramisu looked so good in a clear cup, but it was actually soggy and weird tasting. The cookie was as hard as a rock and any chip ahoy cookie tastes better. The cupcake had no taste and the texture was horrible. As for the coffees, I would prefer my Keurig at home any day. I asked for liquid sugar for the iced coffee and was told that one pump would cost extra. This was after we just spent $20 on a few bakery items. I have no problem paying $20 if the baked goods are really good, but this wasn’t even close to good. A complete waste of money. Don’t be fooled by their presentation. I don’t know who wrote the rest of the six reviews, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s their own staff or family. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone.

Great ambiance, live music, amazing coffee, quite spacious

Walked in for the first time at this location. And the cashier was very unfriendly. We didnt feel welcome because of her attitude, so we left.

Service was very slow and took 13 minutes to make my bubble tea drink. The tapioca was hard on the inside which you can tell either they didnt boil it all the way or they are old refrigerated tapioca.

Tried the bubble tea for the first and last time. I wasn’t even able to finish it. I plan on never going back.
