No one greets you when you walk in and shoes are like 75-100 more expensive then on goat

I had called this store to see if they were able to reserve a pair of shoes for me, the guy who answered said they would reserve them for an hour and I had arrived within 30 minutes and one of the heavy set employees (same guy who said only reserved for an hour) was rushing me to make the purchase when I just had walked into the store, he sold it to another customer that arrived after me and he told me that they really dont hold shoes, well next time dont tell a customer that you hold them for an hour and then give them a hard time.

When you look at the shoes you can tell their fake and not even good fakes the sticking is horrible last I checked Nikes Machines don’t have turrets but feel free to buy the new lemon 4’s 😭 Order off goat

Yesterday I only went to the mall for this store and was excited to shop. Once I arrive no one greeted you in the store. However after looking for a certain shoes size. I had to asked the guys for help and they barely want to answer any questions. The shoes was too overprice for them to be so rude.

Great selection of items, the employees don’t really want to interact with the customers. they offer items on the website that they don’t actually have in the store. good atmosphere, but prices are high. new store has lots of space and feels good to be inside and looks great

No interaction, no nothing, no hello, no hows it going, no oh wow nice kicks, I guess if you wanna be made out to feel like a pheasant, than this is your place to be, theyll be sure to make you feel that way. Quality over quantity is always good but it means nothing when you have mines controlling the atmosphere. Step it up guys this will be a grand closing soon enough once they realize they put more money into the store, than what its making. And Im sure that space isnt cheap...

I love this place so much. But the overall interaction with employees feels a little dull. It feels like they only want to communicate with people that have the nicer stuff and don’t lean more towards the casual sneaker enthusiast. I can go in with some nice Jordan 1 retros and a nice fit and I will be taken care of right away. But if I go in sweats and slides I won’t get asked anything. Still love the store though.

The new store has a lot more space and a much wider selection in sneakers and clothing . The employees are very attentive and knowledgeable of the stores inventory. They made sure I was happy with my purchase and didn’t try to push the sale.

Great shop, all the owners and workers are very nice and helpful. Not only is everyone there nice and chill but the store in general has lots of heat. Id really recommend coming and checking out what they got. :)

Very nice employees here, always ask you if you need any help or finding anything. They tell you information about the product that you’re buying, also the store is very clean.

Cool store insanely steep prices. If youre considering buying a high price item/shoe I urge you to price check with Goat or StockX. Youll end up saving yourself a ton if money.

My own personal experience in the store I had no issues. The staff were helpful. BUT reading these responses to customers complaints by the OWNER will alone prompt me to do business elsewhere. You are BUSINESS OWNERS on google arguing with google review writers 😂. If you’re going to be a big franchise, THINK big & let the small sh*t fall. If you have quality merchandise, your sales will speak for themselves. In no way, shape, or form will you going back and forth commenting on every negative post contribute to your success. Ijs this looks tacky and unprofessional as hell!

I called restock and asked to see if they had a size 10.5 or 11. They said “oh yea we do” I’m calling an hour or 2 before they close. I go the next day and I see if they have my size and sure enough they don’t. I live an hour away so it’s a bit of a drive for me. I called a few days after and asked the same question again they said “No we don’t but we are getting some stock in, in the next few days I can give you a call when it arrives” of course they don’t call back so I don’t even bother calling them anymore. I asked to trade a shoe for a different size and they said oh yes we can just have to ask Anthony the owner which is fine but Anthony is never at the shop and he is the only one that can make decisions. NO ONE ELSE who works there has the power to make any decisions which is sad. More than half of the shoes they have are on consignment so they don’t own them and they can’t trade or do anything. Poorly run shop. Owner needs to give his employees some power to do something then just sit there and sell a shoe. They have a great selection of shoes though.

Great selection with a good prices, good environment, and good intentions. I understand that they travel a lot to shows, but not having employees to back the store creates disorganization. I have had a few unanswered emails and calls and was mislead with different answers from different people, which lead to being treated as unimportant. Great store and definitely best in Chicago area, but could benefit greatly from minor changes such as organization.

What this store represents is a disgrace!!!!!!!!In the last several months I have spent over six grand in this store today I drive my normal two hours to come to the store and they stop me at the door and told me I cannot go in and shop because some want to be famous YouTube guy is shopping in the store so I asked for a manager. But the owner is the one that came and spoke to me and I figure cool the owner will fix this problem because as the he would understands that that guys money is no better than anybody elses but I guess I was wrong! He told me very politely that I had to sit there and wait for the guy to leave the store.. that is so wrong on so many levels I will never shop at the store again or bring any of the kids that I sponsor to shop here!!!

I thought they would be too but i had one of the most recognizable limited sneakers but instead of relying on PURE FACTS of sneakers, they just bs around because they didnt feel the need to be proactive because of my status which is fine... but be more effect in the work space with someone that is really hands on with sneakers and the culture...

Great shoe selection however when trying on shoes the staff seemed to really surround you, and it seemed like African american people in particular. We had 2 ppl helping us and 1-2 ppl observing. I dont believe we were doing anything but trying on shoes, and talking about shoes. We did purchase the shoes we wanted but had an audience the whole time while we seen others were allowed to shop without all the extra. Everyone spoke, and when we had a question they were right there to answer but it was a bit uncomfortable.

Cool store alot of expensive items from supreme, Jordan & yeezus as well as signed items, with alright customer service. only downfall? Cant try on ANY of the shoes

SUCH GOOD PRICES. The prices here on some Yeezys was insane! They also have a really good selection of Bape and Comme Des Garçon as well as every other hypebeast brand. I highly recommend you check them out because they will not disappoint. Also the guys there are the best and will keep you company while you look around.

The store is crazy. They never answer the phone. The owners dont answer when u call them in the store. The shoe prices are wayyy to high. U can find better prices on goat or stockx. The owners arent helpful at all. The store is wayy to crowded and need to let certain amount of people. The people working at the store dont know how to respect customers! This is one of the worst consienment stores ever. If u want to go to a place like this go to mag park or laced up. Wayyy better. These guys r just mean. Tge trip to LA is worth it. Rather than the 15 min trip. Just to get ignored by the foolish employees

Ive called to ask about multiple products so i dont just waste my time driving to be disappointed but its the same thing because when i call with a question who ever answers it its like they barely started working there an hour ago. Cause they dont know whats in stock they dont know what im asking for or how they can help me.

This place sucks. Failure to answer phone calls. Employees lack respect and integrity. I rather buy my shoes at DSW than this hole in the wall. Id walk a thousand miles on hot pavement than buy an overpriced piece of junk that Restock sells. I would think twice before trying to find this dump. Save yourself some time and go to an actual sporting goods store.
