I started ordering 100% Pure products online in 17. Soon after, I started calling to have my orders shipped from this location, instead. The team here is just amazing! They always offer the greatest suggestions& answer my questions thoroughly. Then, I can make an educated decision before ordering. These products are the 1st ones Ive found that actually improve my skin quality& dont cause acne or irritation. Their Brightening Serum, Eye Shadow Pallets& 2nd Skin Foundation are among my favorites.

By far my favorite store in the mall. I absolutely love all of their products. The staff is super helpful-- they always make great recommendations based on skin type and explain the best ways to use all of the products. I also appreciate that you can test any product. I have been an online 100% Pure shopper for years. When the site was out of stock (for weeks!) of a product I needed I called up the Illinois store (closest to where I live). The woman I spoke to on the phone was SO helpful and friendly. She found what I needed, processed my payment while gaining my perks in the 100% Pure system, got it shipped that day, AND she did not charge me shipping because it had been so hard to get this item and I had recently done a lot of shopping on their website for black Friday. I was so relieved and felt so happy after having a conversation with them. I was so glad that I wasnt going to be completely out of foundation for the rest of the holidays. Not to mention the item got to me quickly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went in this store yesterday to buy the eye cream I sampled, and it was great! The girl who helped me was very friendly, and I love the product! I also love that they have no preservatives in their products.

Great customer service! Love that they are vegan, cruelty free, and their products are made with fruit pigments + natural ingredients. Favorite item is the Blackberry Mascara. Smells sooo good and is the most natural of mascaras Ive found that I would want near my eye. Would rate 5 stars if they recycled or had a program like Lush/Schmidts where you can give them the boxes/containers.

I was excited to discover there was a store 1.5 hours from Milwaukee. Im a skeptic to buying makeup and products online, so I drove down there to test colors and sample them. I have searched for a store that sells pure and organic products, instead of the toxic chemical filled products from department stores. I plan to shop again but online since it is too far to stop there often, and I hope to see some coupons or online only specials soon. The first thing I noticed was the exceptional service I received. Thanks for the great experience! Kudos to the sales lady...perhaps she will remember she helped the woman with 2 children from Milwaukee.

Just want to say hi to the awesome salesperson who had me last August 2019. I flew out all the way from Brazil to visit my sister-in-law in Chicago and, of course, get some 100% Pure products. And this young lady whose name I cant remember (I only remember she wear glasses and has long, long dark hair) treated us so well! We were very pleased with the service offered.
