Enjoy Aveda products. The store is very nice in Woodfield. The staff has always been attentive and very nice. Rosemary & Mint products are fab!

I am a regular costumer and I visit this store every 2-3 months. Last time was about 2 weeks before Christmas and the store manager was very unwelcoming, like she wanted to get rid of me faster! It was a bad experience. I love your products and use them with pleasure. The other two girls working there are perfect . They are always very nice, kind and patient. Its a pleasure to shop when they are there. Also, there were dust bunnies on the floor right under the showing table in the very front of the store. One would expect from a store like that with such good products that everything in there would be sparkling clean. There are other locations of Aveda in the suburbs, so I am considering shopping there, because it is a shame a store with such image and quality products to be filthy and to allow such unpleasant customer service, provided by the store manager.
