Garry was great to deal with when we ordered windows and they actually came in weeks ahead of schedule and installed quickly. Very responsive to texts. Windows are awesome and made such an improvement in the looks and temp in the house, no more drafty windows. We will be coming back when we need windows.

Chicago window solutions was great to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. They finished a huge job of 14 windows and 2 doors done in one day. And they cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have known they were here. If you’re looking to do a project big or small you should definitely ask them for an estimate!

Andy and Gary where a pleasure to work with. They are professionals that will share with you their experience and provide options for your projects consideration. We also visited their showroom to compare our original manufactures of choice to their suggestion to use Marvin Windows and Albany Door products. Ultimately we went with their product suggestions and are very happy we did.The level of detail presented in their proposal is complete in everyway. They worked directly with our local building departments permitting staff without a single change to the original permit submittal package having it approved on the first review.They kept us informed every step of the way from material ordering, updated delivery schedules, and coordination of deliveries and installation. While some materials were delayed due to supply chain issues they promptly informed us of the issue. Once they received our materials in their shop the construction crew was onsite within the week.The construction crews were on time, knowledgeable, and professional in everyway.When the construction work was completed both Andy and Gary came out to our house and inspected every detail and addressed any issues immediately.The level of customer service we experienced was second to none.

Andy from CWS was a referral to us by close friends and he certainly lived up to the praise. He was extremely responsive, professional, and thorough in the bid and design phase. He communicated throughout the entire process and was timely in his estimated install date. On the day of installation, it was fitting that the lone installer for a 3 panel sliding door was none other than Andy. The quality of work was impeccable, not a detail overlooked. If I could rate them a 10 because that’s what they deserve. Everything about them from start to completion was 100% spot on. Andy and crew were absolutely fantastic. They answered any questions I had. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM. I had others give me estimates but they are all the big boys who advertise on Tv and there pricing was off the charts and dealing with the sales who I understand must make money as well but I prefer someone that’s actually going to be on the job means the world to me. I had a custom 5 pane bow window installed.

We used them for a number of projects, started with 2 new large windows in our kitchen, and those turned out great. We found out that they do siding, roof and decks as well so we quoted with them and the pricing was good and the work done was high quality. We did an entry door as well. Overall we are very satisfied and would recommend to neighbors (a few already hired them) and friends. Good communication, easy to get a hold of for questions which is great and they saw the entire project through and made sure we were happy throughout.

Andreii and team were very helpful and flexible, as I had an emergency during COVID and needed to start my project while being in another state, and they didnt blink and were ready to help. When they did the install, they were, clean, professional, and efficient. The experience was so great, that I hired them for a second job. I did full remodeling of my apartment and to order and install the windows was simplest part of it, because these guys took care about everything. I saw them twice: for their great window presentation and for installation. Everything was done in time, for reasonable price and I never had any problems with windows after they installed it. This was the best experience comparatively with all my other contractors. Highly recommend this company!

Chicago Windows Solutions did a fantastic job installing 2 outside doors and repairing rotted wood around one of them. The new doors look SO much better and we are really pleased with them. Highly recommend this company!

Rocky (salesperson) gave me great offer for 6 windows and patio door. It’s much warmer in my house and product itself is really high quality. Installers did a good job as well.

Recently had 8 windows replaced, never experienced better quality and customer service ever before. Salesperson gave me a good price (it’s nice to have 20% discount anywhere). Installers were super nice and super professional, explained everything they did and why they did it. Now I have awesome windows for myself with lifetime warranty

I want to say thank you to that awesome installers who did my sunroom. They literally rebuild my entire sunroom and replace all windows in it. It took them 4 days though but result was completely worse it!

These guys are great, I had a few people come out for estimates, but when Chicago Windows Solutions came out, Price was better on better quality windows, and install was done with in 3 weeks. Installed the windows in one day. Will always recommend!!! Thank You!!!!
