No one ever picks up the phone or responds to voicemails. I would not recommend.

Our windows and siding project was supposed to be completed by May 31, 2015, but wasnt started until July 9, 2015, was spread out, and is still not complete more than a year later as of July 22, 2016. The initial delay caused a domino effect of problems. The 25-year workmanship warranty Pride offers is worthless if they wont fix any of the installation problems, including the breezy ProVia entry doors and not being able to shut them in the summer heat without slamming them, and squeaking Sunrise patio door (see YouTube video); both the glass and screen patio door panels are skewed and the door latch doesnt engage all of the time. The first glass panel of the patio door that was installed looked used and had to be replaced. There is a gap underneath the patio screen door, which can accommodate a mouse. We dont have all of our Sunrise window screens either. This just scratches the surface of our experience. We held back some money for completion of punch list items as allowed by the contract, but that was ignored. Phone calls are screened and go into voicemail. This company will, however, send Past Due invoices with interest amounts accruing, before the job is complete. Cleanup inside your home after window installation is your responsibility.

I live in Schaumburg and needed new replacement windows. We went to their showroom and picked the windows my wife liked. We had the windows installed in Schaumburg at our home by the same company. The new windows are saving me money on the electrical compared to last year summer, and my wife likes the way they look. Happy wife happy life. Good guys to deal with.

Pride Windows Schaumburg were great guys. Will and Bob were there for us at every step. Windows installed and price was good compared to other quotes. Getting our aluminium siding done by them in a couple of weeks.

Replacement windows Schaumburg IL. Pride Replacement Windows and Doors came to our house and showed us samples. They installed the windows fast and they did it for a OK price. With the Low E windows it was a little more expensive but they showed us how they would pay for themselves in two years. Very nice local Schaumburg company.
