The owner, was great. He was the first guy I called. I wasnt really sure what happened but I knew my garage door was not opening and closing properly. I described to him what was going on and he understood what the likely problem was without even seeing things. He told me he could fit me in the same day. Best of all he sent me texts throughout the day letting me know where he was in his schedule and when he expected to arrive. Finally, the price was fair and his workmanship was excellent. Hopefully I wont need his services again anytime soon, but when I do hes the guy Ill call.
