Owner is super knowledgeable in hockey skates / gear. Does a great job sharpening skates too. Very happy and decided to drive past our local store to come here in the future.

Staff is super polite and super helpful. Been coming here for years and always had good service, they are under new ownership and have been here multiple times since the new owners took over. The place is a lot less cluttered now but truthfully I didnt mind or even enjoyed the cluttered look of the store before, but thats just my opinion. The new staff is also very nice and helpful. Last time I was there a customer was being fairly rude to the girl who works because they were sold out of a something and then were mad about the price of something else-dont like it shop somewhere else lady and youll find thats the price pretty much anywhere. What a female dog the customer was. I felt especially bad for the employee as she was so polite despite being treated so rudely.

I recently went into play it again sports to buy a snowboard for my son. We went in and learned the store was under new ownership. Jim was able to find one that was reasonably priced and we left happy customers. We will be sure to return in the future!

I really liked the place. I came to sharpen the skates and that was done in a jiffy. I could not resist to walk around the store to see what they had and they had a lot. I was limited on time yet picked couple of things such as some hockey sticks and skate guards and they were actually new and yet at a very satisfying price. They have pretty much every sports gear and even if you are not in a need to get something particular chances are youll find something there. The guys were helpful and nice as well

Took my son here to get a snow board. Nice store easy to find what you are looking for. Nice sales clerks. price was fair for used items. they have a lot of stuff. I got 2 golf clubs for me too.

Great customer service! Did not see a lot of football equipment on my visit. Prices are pretty low on most things. Would recommend if looking for some deals.

First off the staff was fine.The hockey pucks I was sold were used and scuffed up for a dollar a piece. I bought because I was close by and in a hurry but a brand new one can be bought on line for the same price on Amazon.This is the complaint I have had about these places in the past.They are selling very used stuff at new prices and its crazy

By far the most helpful staff here then any other Play-it-again Ive been to. My son started hockey this year and the gentleman that helped him went above and beyond as if it was his own kid. Then I went in to get hockey gear for myself and a different associate again went above and beyond to help me out with sizing and answering different questions. Personalized attention and genuine friendly staff.

Really good customer service. Joe and Kelly (?) spent time to help me find everything I needed and even helped load it into my car.

We have picked up some great deals....especially then you have to buy sports gear for 5 boys. Look at what youre buying and compare some items are new and arent that discounted. The staff are incredibly helpful we always get great customer service

Good prices.Almost friendly employees. I bought skating shoes for my daughters 4 years ago. But their counter young man had an abrupt manner. He should learn about service mind.

I drive an extra 15 miles to go to this particular Play it Again Sports. Much bigger than other stores in the area have better prices on both the buying and selling side, and theyre always very helpful. Tip: be sure to check for a Groupon offer before going.

Had four associates working - all behind the counter. I was never greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I could overhear them complaining about their work schedule. The young girl was bothered when I was checking out. Good prices. Terrible service.

Good prices when you really dont need to pay for new items. Their selections on older equipment is pretty good.

Prices were too high. In most cases I could find the equipment cheaper on Amazon. Some of the equipment labled as new was scatched and appeared old. Overall a fairly mediocre store. The Kenosha location has more to offer.

This place has some incredible stuff for low prices, some are used, others are new, offers discounts for first time clients, staff are so friendly. Loved it

Stuff are very helpful. Spent 1/2 hr. with me to pick right figure skates for my daughter. Prices are great and selection is huge.

Went to look for sport equipment for my son and the two employees were too busy talking to eachother and on their phones..unfortunately, I had the same experience in another location near downers grove..

Have alot of used sports equipment and excerise equipment at good prices.

Do not go to the store!!!rob who is the manager is an absolutely rude. I bought 2 golf clubs at the Saint Charles store and tried to exchange them for a gift card and he told me without any smile that I couldnt do it then he referred to some coupons Burger King to make his point. He told me that I needed to go back-to Saint Charles and tell them to change the way they do receipts . Nowhere on the receipt where I purchased the equipment did I say that I must return the equipment to that specific store. Buyer beware.

Ive bought a bunch of stuff here. It is fully stocked equipment in good condition and prices are much cheaper than new items.
