Excellent customer service and knowledge. They also had exactly what I was looking for. Answered all my questions and they now have a regular customer out of me. I’m someone who looks for the owner or employees to be trust worthy and good help. The Man also saved me 20 bucks. I can’t say enough good things about this place considering other retailers similar were just rude and no help. At least give it a shot.

I was just there to pick up the protein powder I needed, asked the person who seemed like a manager there a simple question about the flavor I could t find and got a sarcastic response from her which I did not like. Also, after paying the product, she just turned and walked away without thanking the customer. No wonder the place was empty and will not shop there anymore. Bad Bad service!!

Shopping at the Cycle Gear up in the same plaza doing curbside pick up and the employee of this Vitamin Shoppe was standing outside of his store staring at my boyfriend and I. We parked the car and he continued to stare at us making us feel very uncomfortable. We were parked across the parking lot and he walked outside of his store to stand on the sidewalk to stare at us. It almost felt as if he was trying to keep us from coming in the store by intimidation. We were very confused by the entire thing and had plans to stop in the store after our pickup at Cycle Gear but the older male employee made us so uncomfortable we decided against it. Wouldn’t recommend this store.

This store is my favorite! Store manager Toni keeps on top of newest info, and will spend time with you. Her staff is knowledgable too. I moved further away, but always manage to come back here to shop.
