I am very impressed with Chicagoland hearingI saw them for the first time in November. We discussed types of hearing aides and measurements. Made an appointment. But was asked to come in early so they are all about your life even come to offices near where you live. Instead of making you drive for hours.Follow up was great too.If you need a great place to get hearing aides, please give the a call, you wont regret it.

Chicagoland Hearing Aid Center is probably the best hearing center I have ever been. Ben Wright was very accommodating, professional and caring employee. He made feel at home right away the moment I sat down with him. He explained to me whats going to happen and he devoted so much of his time with sincerity, dedication and compassion as to the point that the whole process was done painlessly. Im so happy and glad that I went to Bens clinic . I regain my hearing back and to me that the best Christmas gift I have ever received this 2019.Thank you so much Ben. You are a great asset to your company and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to my peers, friends and relatives.

I had a great experience with Chicagoland Hearing Aid Centers. I went to the Schaumburg location. I first did the on-line hearing test and from there left my contact information. Chicagoland Hearing contacted me the next day and I was scheduled for an -in-person (covid precautions taken) meeting with Richard. I was given a free hearing test with immediate results and suggestions for hearing aids. As I had done a little preliminary research of my own, I knew I wanted the latest in technology, blue-tooth enabled with rechargeable batteries. Richard suggested a few and I decided to go with his recommendation. I soon got them at the Schaumburg Office and received guidance and tuning for them. I was called for a follow-up appointment about a week later and so far so good! They fit fine, they need no adjustment to my knowledge and I think theyll be great going forward. I feel confident in having gone to Chicagoland Hearing Aid Centers. I got great service. The Staff was all very knowledgeable and kind and I think going forward, I was assured that if I had any questions or if I felt I needed them adjusted at all to just contact them. I got the Phonak Paradise R-90 hearing aids. Theyll help me a lot with the soft sounds I can no longer hear. They came with rechargeable batteries and a pod for recharging. (Great not having to listen to the annoying low-battery sounds and dealing with teeny batteries!). I downloaded the MyPhonak App to my 7 year old Samsung Android phone and had no problem connecting them via bluetooth and using the app. It has a default mode, but can be switched to use other modes such as Restaurant, TV, etc, but so far, the default mode seems to be good enough I can also adjust the volume. You can also do this without the App. You can also answer phone calls by just tapping the hearing aid, similar to regular ear buds. Hope this is helpful!

I was informed of Chicagoland Hearing through my insurance company as they had a nice program and Chicagoland Hearing was one of the places I was referred to. Met Ben and he was very knowledgeable, even about the competition and I appreciate that. I have been there 3 times now, only wait time I had was when I arrived early to an appointment! Ben has been very thorough with my hearing aids and has provided adjustments as well as educating me on the proper care. In this world where customer service can be lacking I have found a bright spot here and highly recommend Chicagoland Hearing.

I knew my hearing was deteriorating; I could not clearly understand my husband during our conversations. I was referred to Chicagoland Hearing by my RX insurance provider. Both Ben and Cynthia were friendly and courteous. They spoke slowly and clearly. Ben gave me a computerized hearing test, and offered me three levels of hearing aids. When I received my hearing aids, Ben was thorough in explaining how I use them. After a week of wearing my hearing aids, Ben answered all my questions during my follow-up visit. I recommend Chicagoland Hearing.
