Friendly knowledgeable staff were so patient while we picked out the perfect gift for my mom’s birthday.

Staff member was very pleasant and helpful. Went in to pick out a Valentines gift for my wife and she helped me out tremendously with a smile on her face the entire time (despite my lack of idea and indecision). Then she gift wrapped it and sent me on my way.

Bought a $30 ring there. Yellow gold type paint came off in the first couple of weeks, no biggie. But a piece of the ring actually popped off. Took the ring back to store. They sent it in to be fixed and I waited weeks only to get a call that the ring was discontinued. They would not refund me or substitute any ring or compensate in anyway for selling me junk. They simply offered to dispose of it for me. I realize $30 isnt a huge purchase or just costume jewelry for some people, but I was really disappointed. Dont be fooled by the shiny store, they dont stand by their product.

Great store and service. Staff are wonderful. I am a frequent shopper so get invited to special events and sales.However, I was there yesterday, and purchased two of the leather bracelets with a magnetic closure. I bought three charms for each bracelet, and wore one of them out of the store. About 3 hours later, when I got home, I realized that I did not have the bracelet. Looking in obvious places (car, purse, coat pockets), I did not find it. I am very sad to have lost this, and think perhaps a stronger magnet may be needed.

The first time I entered this store to shop I thought the sales associates were having a bad day. However my other experience, and my current experience has not been welcoming at all. This has been the all time Worst, Rude, Hostile experience in customer service from a store I’ve ever been to.

My favorite store by far! Staff is extremely friendly and make you feel so welcome.

The assistant manager, Trish, looked at me and my HISPANIC wife and walked past us to help the white lady that walked in 5 minutes after us. Ive spent hundreds here before, but this will be my last time. We waited 30 minutes total to be helped. We were there for an exchange because an earring we had bought there had broken.
