I had a great experience at this shop! Shirley Silva helped me out, she was so knowledgeable and helped me navigate their online repair service. I had to go to another location in the mall to get a watch battery Fossil did not carry and one of the store owners heard rumors that Fossil was no longer at Woodfield Mall- rest assured, as of June 2021, they are still up and running with great customer care!

Went to store on September 29 with a black screen on my hybrid smartwatch Katrina sales associate was very helpful and left with a brand new watch very customer service oriented

As a woman of color, I did not receive any customer service. There was an associate asking everyone but me if they were finding everything okay, and when I tried to approach them, they would go to the back or another way. I just found it really strange. I bought the bag I was looking for, but customer service wasn’t great. Great sale tho!

Very pleasant staff. I bought a watch online and i took it for re-sizing. It was very difficult but it still they were so patient and tried their best. Unfortunately, it did not work but they offered me to replace it with a new one plus free express shipping to my house. Great customer service and great staff!

I just wanted to give kudos to this store, more specifically, Alison. I called last week asking if they have a tech in the store I could talk to (I couldnt get my smartwatch to link to my phone). I live in central Wisconsin and this was the closest store to me. There was no tech there but Alison took over 30 minutes of her time to help troubleshoot my problem. Mind you, I did not buy the watch there. I ended up getting my watch to pair to my phone. Ive been dealing with this for over 6 months. Thank you so much Alison for going above and beyond your job expectations to help me!! Im beyond grateful! And when its time to upgrade, I will be taking a roadtrip to Illinois!

The staff here is very knowledgeable and super helpful. We needed a smart watch fixed and found out it was under a warranty so we got it replaced with the newest edition

Amazing customer service by far. I had an issue with a watch that I purchased in Australia in the Fossil store not a problem for Emily Wright. She took care of it without a doubt and helped me through it one step at a time. Thank you so much Emily, because of you I’ll be coming back to the Fossil store.

The employee Katrina made it easy for me to purchase and had great knowledge on the products. She also was very friendly and made it a comfortable experience. Because of her I bought my first Fossil Watch and love it!

Really helpful and informative. Went out of their way to help me with a problem with my watch band. Knowledgeable about all the styles and help guide you to your interest. I have had Fossil Q hybrid for years and very happy. Fossil service is excellent, and this location is no exception.

I had to go in on a warranty issue and I have been putting it off because I didnt want to deal with it. After the service I received today from Ethan I realize I was foolish to have wait so long. Ethan was very professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service to me.Update 12/9/19 I stopped into Fossil Saturday morning and again received excellent service from Katrina and Ethan. While they were taking care of me they also were taking care of several other customers, answering questions, showing different watches and replacing batteries . They were efficient, friendly and were giving everyone the attention they needed without making us feel rushed or making us wait.

Had a broken watch under warranty and I got the full price i paid off a new watch!! Manager was super helpful and let me know about their free engraving!!! Super helpful and compassionate. Love this location!!

I came in with a water damaged watch thinking the worst. However the staff were super helpful and friendly, especially Emily. My watch was still under the 2 year warranty so they legit just gave me a brand new one. Thank you Emily for adjusting my watch 9 times over and for setting the time and date, god only knows if id posses that ability. 10/10 would come back in a heartbeat.

Had such a great experience buying a new smartwach at this store. The sales person went out of her way to make sure I understood how the watch worked and offered to pair it to my phone. The store its self was well thoughtout and very well maintained. I would highly recommend visiting when in the market for a new watch.

Staff there are courteous, helpful and amazing. This was my second visit and I was looking for couples watch and the crew there helped me out with their collections online since they did not have what I was looking for.

Manager is terrible!!!!!!!!!!She doesn’t even know, how to interact with customers. She will ask you irrelevant questions about your shopping(watches). And she argues with customers.She is the worst.Suggestion: You will find better deals and good customer service at any another fossil store

Changed my watch battery in 5 minutes, so nice!

Place is super busy on the weekend. Had two watches serviced and had to wait. But that is normal. Nice selection on watches and wallets.
