These people are so helpful. When they dont have what you are looking for, they go out of their way to set you on your way to finding it, even if it means you will go elsewhere. They are good-humored and patient.

Purchased a ($95) sensor, I believed I needed to solve a check engine light, also purchased a new gas cap; the gas cap (seemed tove solved my problem and I wasnt allowed to return the sensor I didnt need. I will probably look for an alternative automotive parts store in the future or make sure whatever part I need from them is returnable if necessary.

One of the employee took seriously helping me find a cord to charge a jump starter. Everything worked perfect.

The store had the brand of windshield wiper fluid I wanted (Rain-X), which my preferred grocery store no longer carries. Staff was properly masked; store had sufficient physical distance markers.

I broke down with a really really really bad battery, it was cold and after 7 pm and the lady here went out of her way to find a mechanic who came to the store, they all worked out side freezing, changed my battery and even the battery bolt things..sorry. If your kid works here he will fall in love with the girl at the counter at the nearby pizza store. Its always inconvenient to have your kid being in love, but it is good for the gene pool.

Bought a store brand car battery here. It didnt last long. Ended up buying a battery in Walmart for half the price - its still going strong. Strange but true at least in my own experience. Otherwise the store is perfectly fine for typical car parts.

They were nice, but only minimally helpful when they didnt have the exact replacement part. I had to go to the competitor down the road to find a simple vacuum splice.

Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and, very helpful. I had a bad battery they tested it before they would replace it and in less then ten minutes I was on my way. Which is huge because I had my two children with me and we all know how patient they can be. So I would highly recommend them.

I was looking for a special type of connector for electrical on a car, and while they didnt have one exactly of the times that I wanted they did have something which would get the job done perfectly.

We went in to get wipers for one of our cars. 3 people on the phone looking up parts for other people. We waited 10 minutes along with 4 or 5 other people. No one helped us or even acknowledged our presence. Dropped our items on the counter and left. I might add, not the first time its happened to me at this location, but it will be the last!

I went in today to get a new wiper blade. The staff here are very nice and installed the blade for me. The whole experience was very positive and I would certainly come here again in the future.

Called to see availability of part; was told if ordered today they would have it tomorrow @9:00. Showed up to order and pay for item. Sales person attempted to substitute more expensive item and when he finally got to original item he stated the item would be available in 3-4 days. I’m tired of this bait and switch routine. Went to AutoZone: no games item available tomorrow @ 3:00. Guess where I will buy my parts from now on.

Staff was friendly, they couldnt match the online price for a new battery so I just ordered from my phone and picked out the battery off the shelf. They also let me borrow their tools to install the battery in their parking lot, although I was surprised they didnt offer to help as they advertise free installation. Regardless, I preferred doing it myself so I didnt press the issue, Im sure they would have had I asked.

Other employees are helpful but lady did not accept my return for no apparent reason claiming she followed company policy. The policy was right in front of me, no reciept=store credit. Will be reporting this to corporate.

Ive never really had a good experience here. The last time I was there the ear piercing voice of a screaming and swearing female employee from the back of the store cause me to grab my 7 year old daughters hand and go to AutoZone..

I showed up shortly before closing on a Sunday. The staff simultaneously helped me and a family who needed a battery. I got help in diagnosing a headlight problem; the customer service man showed me the wiring part Id need, the tool necessary to install it, and told me what to do. When I was confused about whether the part he thought was the one I needed, another customer service guy came outside to look at my broken part. As it turned out, I had taken apart the hughbeam; not the broken lowbeam. Removing the light is done pretty much blind in my car due to the location of parts that block the view. He knew my car well, so immediately knew what I had done. Rather than make me feel stupid, he explained that everyone who works on lamps upside down are likely to do this.

I went to AutoZone before hand in search of a pack of bulbs to replace my burnt out third brake light & they gave me the totally wrong bulbs, not even caring to make sure I had the right kind or anything. So I ditched the AutoZone idea and went to this Advance Auto Parts. With this being only like the second time I went there, I quickly found the correct bulbs and was checked out by the very helpful coolie dude who helped me find my license plate bolts lol. I think Id rather just get my parts from Advance Auto Parts from now on, plus theyre cheaper in my opinion.

My car started having trouble last night, shaking and smelling like gas. I brought it over to Advance Auto Parts and they checked the code and asked me what exactly was going on. Aaron had a lot of experience working with the engine in my car (Corolla/Camry/Celica) and knew what the problem was immediately.Its fixed now and everything is looking good! Thanks!

I went into the store to buy a battery for my car and I stood there for 15 minutes then one guy said what you need very rudely I said I need a battery suddenly he said give me a minute he walked to the back for like 5 minutes having me stand there yet again finally came back before I could say anything he said we dont have your battery I said but you dont know what car I drive he said we dont have it I asked to speak to a manager he said well Im the branch manger want can I help you with Im like I want a battery for my car you asked me if Im hard of hearing and he cant help me then he walked away telling his co worker why all these brown people act like we owe them something I severed in the military not for these brown people to act like they own the world Im like wow I cant believe what I was hearing I just walked of never to return I made sure I got their names Josh and doug Im so shocked I will be taking this to the media and lawyer this is racial discrimination again Indian people ......
