Never had a problem with boost mobile.. highly recommend this service

How is it you sell Boost products - solely their products yet no so little about what they actually are? Talk about ripping your customers off?! I called Boost directly and had issue resolved within minutes! Brush up on your product knowledge base....if you want to have repeat customer base.

Nobody can fix anything. Cancelled after 3 days. Not worth the hassle

I took someone there to buy a new phone. It took 2hours and the person was the only customer.

Liked the original people now new people own it they dont seem too knowledgeable and I bought a phone two weeks ago the screen went black called them and they were not helpful. Just kept blowing it off by saying charge it. They didnt have me come in with the phone or offer to replace it and they dont give receipt s

I visited this store to try and get a decent deal to switch my service. It actually looked liked they where closing or something to me. AND Not much of a selection. Also, the deal they offered me was not very good. Certainly not enticing enough for me to switch services.

Well deserved 5🌟 The 2 staff there took care of my needs in a timely fashion Id personally say was quicker then I was hoping for and they were both very nice and pleasent to be around. Also there shop is very neat in the business that more businesses in schenectady should do. But all around that will be my goto shop for my boost needs :)

The woman that works behind the counter is great she will help you with all your phone needs..The prices are good

Never open! Hasnt been open in months!!! There are no Boost mobile stores open when they should be!!! Time to overhal district managment and remove all stores untill there ready to have them and feel like hiring working in Schenectady! Also, not understanding selling products that have nothing to do with phones or tablets!
