They didnt have the flavors I wanted. They were supposed to but that machine was turned around. Not as many sauces as they used to have. A little pricey for what you get. My boys only ate the toppings. I will go back but only with my daughter. This time just wasnt as good as pre covid.

Love this place. They have a wide variety of toppings to add to your frozen yogurt.If you havent tried it, I prefer caramel on top of strawberry frozen yogurt with gummies and some strawberry juicy pop balls.

The kids and I are really feeling the frozen yogurt sweetFrog has to offer. Bunch of different flavors to choose from. I am an chocolate guy myself. Their chocolate is on point. Plus they have a huge sselection toppings. Beat the heat with some frozen yogurt from sweetFrog!

Machines were down and it was one of the more common flavors...still enjoyed the treat.

We take our daughter to Sweet Frog occasionally she absolutely loves it. The amount of sugar consumed in one serving once the child finishes putting 17 lbs of candy on it makes this both an expensive and unhealthy place to go. The concept is great but most children will wind up with a belly ache.

Many flavors the employees are so friendly and helpful great for kids and very clean bathrooms. My personal favorite is the cheese cake flavor

Its frozen yogurt! Who can say anything bad about frozen yogurt? I had basic chocolate and vanilla with mixed nuts and caramel and whipped cream. Yum!

My daughter and I went here for a sweet treat-after dinner date. We wore gloves (and masks of course) and there was no inside seating. We still got to choose our own flavors (they also have pickup according to the posted signs). Friendly staff! Great flavors! We will be going again!

Lousy...frozen yogurt was more like semi slushy. Hot fudge was watery, help behind the counter were too young to understand what good customer service is all about. They were more interested in their cell phones & chatting with each other than fixing issues. Will not be returning! 😑

Great place to go to get some frozen yogurt. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have many different flavors of yogurt. The toppings are always fresh and full. If something is missing you can ask and someone will refill it immediately

When this place first opened... I absolutely loved it... it was new to me and I enjoyed it when I came here every other week...These days... the quality has gone down significantly...I remember last time I was here... some of the toppings were looking old/expired...I’m not saying that I’ll never be back here again...but it’s rare when I do come here now (once or twice a year basically...)

I wish they would turn over the flavors more often. This is one of the only yogurt places that allow you as much samples as you want which redeems them for their slightly lower quality yogurt. The place could use a good scrubbing almost every time I go there.

Worst website experience in my life! Wanted to decide on my sundae and have it delivered. Try figuring out what toppings are available in this store. Forget it.

Great place to take kids to make their own creation. Plenty of flavors to choose from and make your personal combo. They have little cups to taste test flavors before adding to your cup. The topping bar has something for everyone. Best time to go is when they have specials and you pay a price no matter the weight, otherwise it can get pricey.

It should have a server serving toppings during covid

The gentleman waiting on us on 2/12 at 8pm was incredibly helpful and courteous. He was also quite funny! A perfect staff member to make our visit pleasant.

Nice variety/choices of toppings! It was a full house when I arrived needless to say, everyone was in a GOOD frame of mind eating yogurt from Sweet Frog. Actions sometimes do speak louder than words. Keep up the flavorful work Sweet Frog. I even bought a tee shirt... it was cute!

Sweet frog is a great place to buy froyo. They have so many flavors and also rotate them out so every time you go chances are that there is at least 1 new flavor. Their toppings bar has a wide range of candies, toppings, and sauces. I always enjoy my trips here with friends and family.

Expensive and small portions sizes. they charged my 8 bucks for a 16 oz cup of nothing. Also the guy behind the counter looked nasty.Also I dont like that they ask for my phone number checking out. I dont wanna touch that nasty tablet. Overall Id rate my review a fat goose egg if theyd let me.

This place is awesome! I wish there was one in Saratoga. The homemade waffle cones are the best. I will definitely be going here everytime I go through Schenectady.

Just showed up at 9:30pm Friday night, the sign on the door says they close at ten. Employees were standing inside with the doors locked and looked at a group of 5 people and then walked in the back and turned the lights off. Excellent customer service.

This location is very rude and inconsiderate. They leave chairs on the sidewalks for people to sit outside and eat. These chairs block the sidewalks and make them impassible. Sidewalks are not suppose to be blocked and used for people to sit and eat on. They are called sidewalks for a reason as people are suppose to be able to walk on them.

The no sugar added frozen yogurt is delicious.

Does anyone know if its out of business? Stopped at 3:15 on Sunday and it was closed. No signs or anything to give an indication it closed for emergency situation. Lots of people going to the door. Cant imagine the business lost.
