It is casual and yet upscale, a great place to hangouts.Tried their signature red velvet which is super yum, pasta mushroom tagliatelle so good, delisioso its bring back the memory when You eat pasta in Italy,strawberry juice is fresh,es kopi local taste like ordinary ice coffee nothing special,during my visit I’m on waiting list for about an hour,do make reservation before so You wont experience to wait for too long .Staff is helpfull.This throughout store is following health protocols.

Tried the doughnuts and they were great as you all already know, I believe. Friendly men staffs. The girl ones are not that talkative. The location is quite okay tho it is not that spacey but surely it is comfy.

Order their whole cake Dark Choco n stout for my friend birthday.. Try this flavor instead of red velvet coz this is the new flavor. As choco lover she like it very much.If you want to make it a gift suprise please mention not to send the info to the recipient, otherwise they will send it (the cake pict, cake flavor, the greetings) by WA to the recipient.. Lovely cakes! They even added cheese variation for their famous red velvet. Their coffee tasted awesome as always. And we tried their singkong soto which was awesome, crispy outside fluffy inside great soto seasoning. Never disappointed with the food and beverage served by the Union group. However I don’t know why when we came to this one, the service was not as warm as other branches of their group.

Union Made is Well Made indeed. We ordered a lot for dinner of 4 pax plus takeways and absolutely everything from the kitchen/bakery was on point. Cocktail needs to be a tad stronger couldnt really taste the zing.Kudos to tasteful decor and great service too. A new classic from Union Group has arrived.

Food is great here. The menu is Indonesian-western fusion, and its done well. The service staff was also great. They know what theyre doing and was quick to change our cutlery based on what we ordered.Price point is considered expensive, about $25 - $30 per person for a main course, a drink and a shared appetiser.

Best singkong fries soto flavor in Jakarta

This place always crowded, love the ambience it might be the reason this restaurant so famous. The food was great. The striploin was fantastis. The view also great.

Occasionally, I buy cakes from this branch of Union and sat here once for a slice. The setup is really nice, no question about it, but I personally dont see myself sitting here for 2 hours, talking with friends and feeling relaxed. Its such a place to see and be seen and, if you can be self-conscious like me, it disrupts the dining experience. Still, the cakes and pastries are worth coming back to every single time.

We tried Unions sweets. Red velvet, chocolate pudding, dadar gulung gula melaka, and es teler ice cream. Very balanced, not too sweet. My personal favorite is the dadar gulung.

Always have a good time when i want to enjoy my cheating day with red velvet. For sure i will go to union then dont ask me why? Its the best in town. Yumm

Best red velvet cake I’ve ever had!Great size of the slice for the amount paid. The balance for each component was perfect: the nut icing, the cream cheese, the sponge. I was so happy! The service staff did forget an order for my friend if not it would have been a perfect tea break.

I ordered chicken steak. Really satisfying coz its not just an ordinary chicken steak.Love the skin which crispy yet soft at the same time. The meat is tender. What can i say? I love it sooo much.And i choose tea with mint and berry, so refreshing.Will absolutely come back to try other menus.

Good food. Menu is not as extensive as the Union at plaza senayan but food is still pretty good.

The second outlet of Union Group I have tried. Located in lower ground floor Senayan City. In here they have mix Indonesian and Western menu like Bakwan Scallop and Es Teller Roll. I have tried both and Union Burger Beef, taste were yummy. The staffs were nice and the service was great and quick. Nice place and cozy atmosphere.

Had the most moist duck with their signature red onions with chilli called sambal bawang, garlic rice oh!!!!!!! Soto Fries sauce is good tho, but its hard to bite :( I can feel the Fries is really plain and not warm (hot from pan) as they serve in the table.. the price is ok for large portion.. 2 meals cost around IDR 190k after tax

Gotta love the foods and the desserts ( array of cakes selections) Kopyor cake is my fav if you fond yourself not overly sweetened for dessert. The steak was great choice as well (as its high quality of meat). Overall its a very decent place to treat a guess or just simply for hanging out.

Great ambience and excellent food. Not suit for those who looking for halal food as it doesnt certified as a halal restaurant. Dont forget to try their famous red velvet slice cake, the best in town! Great place for dating not suit with toddler.

Great place to hangout with friends or family. A lil bit overpriced for local menu but it’s delicious. You should try their red velvet cake.

Used to order red velvet cake but this time, tried Chicken Bitterballen turns out it’s quite delicious on decent portion. Gotta hang out there more often. Lovely ambience though it’s in the Lower Ground Level but they have nice decoration and ambience. Also their staffs are accommodating and friendly.

Ill just share what Ive experienced on my visit:1. When you are in the waiting list, theyll contact you through phone call so you can still explore the mall. They gave us 10 minutes to get there after receiving the phone call.2. They have a disposable tablecloth and change it everytime the table is used 👍3. They prepared a hand sanitizer to the table when you want to pay the bill.

Bought the usual red velvet cake. The staff told me it had rhum on it (maybe because he saw me wearing hijab). Wow jujur baru tau, makasi ya mas! Then i tried the wheat toast, it was one of the best wheat toast i had. No bitter-y or fiber-y aftertaste

Used to love the Red velvet cake here, best in town. However, just recently bought it and disappointed with the taste. It was too sweet and very different with the old taste, the sponge texture somehow different. Not sure if this happened only in Senayan city or other outlet as well. Or maybe its time to move on from the Red velvet and go for another cake.

Food i great, no doubt. Place is cozy to heaven, and thr service is totally good.But again, the taste is inevitably good. I mean it is too good for a cake and bread, you know 🤨The only thing that makes it 4 star, (not 5) is the price. I dont know what the baker put inside but.. thats too expensive tho

LOVELY AND ROMANTIC CAFE! BEST RED VELVET SERIES! The architecture of all Union Cafes is extremely quintessential. Such a lovely place to have a teatime or dine. My fav: red velvet cake, red velvet cheesecake, red velvet doughnuts. The cakes are at IDR 70k, big slices. The doughnuts are at IDR 15k each, 80k/box of 6.

I like its variety of choices. The only place, so far, where I can order side by side tasty steak together with pacar cina coffee.I like the way the waitress guy explained and offerred Unions menu, even though he failed to explain accurately one of the dessert. Fortunately, it was much better than what he had explained.😀😀I like Unions open space and bright concept. Nice. Am looking forward to go there again.
