Enjoyed working here would love to come back. Manger was screwing with my checks not paying me right. Also manager made it a hostile environment. She didn’t obey with my doctors notes. She never communicated what needed to be done when it came to putting the order up. I know Once I reopen my claim I am going to show them the proof. I screen shotted all my schedules and paystubs shows what I was paid. Also I was never paid my 5 hours of sick leave I had.

Now I see why the reviews are so bad. Had a great experience with Dan, had about 400 gallon of oil and 80 gallons of propane delivered....paid everything on time and everything was smooth until i realized they filled a quarter of my propane tank at $1.40 a gallon and then 4 days later they filled the rest of it at $2.10 a gallon!!! I understand a small increase, but 70 cents more in 4 days?!? Ridiculous will never do business with them again.

Head a life-and-death emergency had to be away from my home for a week and a 1/2 came back and the oil was just above. Call And let them know it was an emergency Whats put to the 3rd degree. Told that I hadnt used them in 5 years and that they didnt know when they could come and I would need to have an inspection on my tank. More than anything the rudeness, uncaring unfriendly made me feel like they didnt need nor want our families business. I told them this is why we switched 5 years ago.

Asked for tanks that I do own to be picked up as we just bought the house. The previous owners already notified them of this. They said their crane truck was in the shop (this was a week ago) The sales rep said that they couldnt pick up when the old owners called because the crane was in the shop.I said thats fine can you pick up the smaller tank then...a week later its still sitting there. My home owners insurance company is now requiring the tanks to be removed since i do not own them.I called the office on 11/19/2020 to be told they dont know when they will be picked up or when a phone call will be retuned until I was rude with them and someone got on the phone to tell me they would be there at 7am on SATURDAY to pick up the tanks.We own and operate mobile home parks in the capital district and Ive done business with plenty of companies throughout the years. This company is very unprofessional, rude and snarky. Simple date of pick up or a time for a phone call would of been the solution here instead they chose to be rude and nasty on the phone.

Terrible service. Called on Monday for a no heat call. Took day off as they could not give me a time window. Waited all day. Nobody ever showed. No call. Nothing. Called Tuesday morning. They said they were very busy and couldn’t come out til after 4pm and there would be an extra charge for off hours service. Whatever. Cancelled a dr appointment to be home at 4. Waited all night and again no one showed. No courtesy call. Nothing. I had informed them that I had a 2 year old in the home and that if they didn’t think they could make it, just say so and I can try to get another service company to come. I have a two year old and no heat and STILL have not heard from them. Cold hearted, unfriendly company. Never again.

Had tanks delivered mid September. Told someone would come out and fi them. End of October and still hasnt been done. Out of propane and was promised they be here today. Last call my husband was told if not tonight then tomorrow. Worst experience with a propane company. Time to look for a reliable propane company. I m not worrying about running out of propane this winter.

A surprise around ever corner with these guys, if they make mistakes in billing or delivery it’s put on the customer. Constantly trying to lock you into a year long contract.Would not recommend.

We are a multi fuel customer and we have had nothing but the best service.

Took two days off from work waiting for Bill to come out and give me a quote the inconsiderate SOB never shows up. LOUSY COMPANY.

I experienced VERY, VERY rude delivery driver.

Unauthorized delivery of 215 gallons of heating oil. Also runs your credit before giving you a price quote-probably so they can make the delivery before you get the prices.
