Well as soon as I walked in a sales rep was ready to assist. I had been there a week before upgrading my granddaughters device. I had a dinosaur iPhone. My daughter and granddaughter were trying hard to convince to upgrade as well but Im not into the new fancy stuff. Well while at work someone dropped my phone and shattered my screen but no one would claim who did it so I was back at the store and the same person that helped me the week prior was the one helping me again and she is amazing. She listen to what I was wanting and helped me with selecting the right device for me. So thank you for that and someone needs to give her a raise. She helped me and my daughter this time around

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! My brother had his phone stolen today and used a co-workers phone to call my mom. We couldnt locate the phone as the person who stole it turned off the phones location. We both went to the AT&T store where we met Briana and Taylor who were SUPER helpful and positive! They helped us figure out what to do and answered all our questions. We were able to shut down my brothers phone from being used any further ( thankfully his info is backed up on iCloud) and we ordered him a replacement through our warranty. Recently went to buy a screen protector. Customer service was excellent at this location. I was told about a current promo for purchase of two accessories and third free. I love free items. It was certainly worth my while.
I have been to this location many times for our phone needs and each and every time the service has been fantastic. I went in today for a new phone and had some questions and needed help and Taylor went beyond expectations. In an unfortunate turn of events, I broke the screen on my phone this weekend. On Tuesday I went to a store and spent over 45 minutes waiting and was still #5 in line. I had to go back to work so I gave up. After work, I went to this store and Kenya had me in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new phone nearly completely setup. Great service, excellent personality and overall 5 stars!!!
AT&T at Schertz provided superb service. I went to the store for assistance in activating new lines and transferring everything to new phones. Taylor immediately greeted us and asked how she could assist us. After knowing what we needed, in no time she explained what needed to be done and started the process. Thru the process she was telling us what she was doing and engaging in small talk when the phones were updating. Taylor is a great representative of AT&T with the skill and knowledge that quickly resolved our concerns. Job well done Taylor. Keep it up.
All I can say is this is hands down the best service I have ever received at any cell provider. Im not just talking AT&T, Im talking any of them, Verizon, T-Mobile, whatever, this store blows them out of the water on customer service and experience. Haley was a rockstar and made my visit about as easy as waking up and putting shoes on. I waited forever at another AT&T store and ended up leaving there to come to this out-of-the-way gem and I couldnt have been happier. Left with a new, activated phone all within a few minutes and was provided all the information I needed to switch all the things from my previous phone to the new one. I will never visit another store as long as I live. Kudos to Haley and team!
Thank you so much to Karen and Frank at the Schertz AT&T store. We came in last night about 20 minutes before closing and Karen stopped to hear about our negative 2 hour experience at another AT&T store which had happened just before we walked into the Schertz. We purchased 3 iPhone 11s from the other store and that store just told us to go home and make the phone to phone transfer which my husband and I really didnβt know how to do. Karen did the iPhone 11 for my one daughter and taught my husband how to do the other ones at home which made my husband and I more comfortable with the process. We also purchased 3 screen covers and 3 clear otter boxes. Karen took the time to Carefully and beautifully put on the screen covers on all 3 phones. She also helped me to look at my bill to see how I could save money. At the other store they said they couldnβt talk to me about my bill and that I needed to call the 1-800 number to get help. She enrolled us in automated billing and that saved us something like 10% on each line which was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. Frank was busy closing the store and still managed to participate In the conversation on how we could save money and he was very supportive of Karen staying late to help. God bless Karen and Frank. This was exceptional customer service. We will never go to another AT&T store again. This is the first post I have ever done on google review and so happy to do it for the great people - Karen and Frank.
We had a fantastic experience with employee Blake. Even though he was the only salesperson on duty, he equipped my mom & I with new phones, while simultaneously caring for what were obviously some of his βregularsβ (a few elderly folks for whom he patiently answered questions about their existing phones). He also kindly found us a way to save on our phone plan! Overall, Blake exhibited extraordinary patience and customer service. Thank you!

I went in on 5/20/20 to upgrade my sons iPhone. Blake was very helpful assisting us with trading in my sons old phone, explaining how the credit would work for that, and getting me set up with the new iPhone and setting my son up on my existing iPhone. Blake was thorough in explaining the installment payments for the new phone and even let me know about the new financing plan available for accessories. In addition, he let us know about an in-store promotion we were eligible to take advantage of. Blake was very patient while setting up our phones and made sure we didnt leave until my son and I got our phone set up properly. He was the only associate working at the time and he did a great job helping us and one other customer that came in while maintaining the required social distancing and Covid-19 protocols.
Blake and Frank are AMAZING! Both were extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable and experienced. Every question was answered and thoroughly explained. They informed me of any βsurprisesβ that I might not have otherwise expected so I wouldnβt be caught off guard when my first bill arrived. They didnβt push me into anything but definitely made sure I understood all options available to me so I could make an informed decision that was best for my family. They even unexpectedly saved me $50 a month on my current bill and improved my ATT services!! FYI-Iβm not benefiting in anyway off this review, I just want to share my good business experience so others in the area know who to trust!

My iPhone 11 was dropping calls and wouldnβt allow texts to non iPhone users. Failed messages had undelivered beneath in group threads with non-iOS users. I called AT&T on FM 3009, spoke with Hailey and she told me we will figure it out and to come in. She explained I needed a new SIM card. We changed the card out and that fixed everything!!! I no longer drop calls and my texts to non-iOS users go through. Thank you, Hailey!!!!

I went in today around 5:20 (the store closes at 6) and the sales associate did an amazing job helping me set up my new phone after my other phone stopped working. He was helpful, informative, and even stayed an hour after closing because the new phone was taking a long time to set up and do the updates. He was amazing and did a great job!
This was by far the best customer service I have ever received. Have you ever seen a magician do magic? Well let me tell you it was very similar to watching the work done by Frank and Blake! Every question I asked was answered, every problem we encountered was taken care of, and even our small talk ended with me wanting to join the AT&T team. Watching Blake attend to his customers, myself included, was like watching Kobe shoot a free throw: effortless. This is my favorite AT&T location by far, because of the phenomenal customer service. Store representatives Frank, was very helpful being that he was very knowledgeable of all the current promotions on all available devices. He explained all service charges through out the process to eliminate any confusion. Being that Im a new AT&T cell phone customer this was very pleasant experience becoming a new customer.

She wasnt pushy at all and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. We got a new and better plan, and all of us got new phones. My husband and I needed to start a new plan with just the 2 of us. We shopped around between another at&t store and T-mobile. We received terrible service at another at&t store and decided to try another store. I must say, the employees at the Schertz at&t store are life savers. We got a wonderfully priced monthly plan with 2 new phones. I will 100% recommend everyone to come to this store and have these wonderful people help you. They will do everything to get you the best prices plan and have the best customer service while they are at it!

In spite of Sabrinas sweet attitude, the service is far from professional. On June 27, a technician came to my house to install U-verse in order to reduce my bill. As soon as he left I discovered the TV was NOT working, and I called the technician directly who said he could not return without another ticket. I called to reschedule, and received a date of July 5 as the soonest possible. My appointment came and went without anyone arriving or calling. When I called I was told my appointment was still pending. No one came, so I am now rescheduled for July 10. I am very disappointed and feel they are taking advantage of senior citizens.July 19 and I have been stood up a total of SEVEN times by AT&T customer service technicians!!! The lack of service is astounding!!Buyer BEWARE!

I went into this store to port a phone number back to my AT&T account and it went badly. The folks in the store seemed helpful but they didnt have the access needed to fix my problem.If you have anything other than just a simple new activation, go to the corporate AT&T store at The Forum. They were able to get everything fixed for me.

As a result of moving, closing an old account, establishing an account for wireless service and one for TV, then trying to combine them, I got double charged for TV service by the AT&T billing department. My attempts to resolve it over the phone by calling a toll free number did not result in success. So I went to the local AT&T store in Schertz and was assisted by Blake and Frank. They both reviewed my bills. Blake made two phone calls to the billing department for me, and both he and Frank were able to explain the issue to the billing department. The billing department employee detected the error and approved a refund. With that approval, Blake and Frank were able to initate the refund for me. If it hadnt been for Blake and Franks persistence and patience, I would not have had the positive result I had. Blake also initiated an incident request regarding a refund I had coming on my cancelled account. These gentlemen were very professional and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend the Schertz AT&T store. These guys care. Thank you!

WOW this store did an amazing job with our new account and setting us up! Frank was awesome! Very knowledgeable about moving phone numbers from different accounts so we could keep them. He is excellent at fixing mistakes made by online and phone customer service staff (we will NEVER use online or call AT&T again) we will always go into a store, SCHERTZ AT&T is the best! Frank was also able to get us set up with discounts that we qualified for, helped me read the old billing to close it out, bundled our internet with phone service for a discount, insured that my new phone was set up properly (I moved from Android to IPhone). Great customer service, happy to help & they know their stuff! Great job Frank and staff at Schertz AT&T store!!! 5 Stars no question.

This store definitely could use a shot of enthusiasm for its employees. They do the cursory Welcome to AT&T yet when they get you they go so fast like they have a check list to go through and its like you dont exists as a client, more a number. Slow down and appreciate your customers they are the reason you have a job in the first place.

If I could rank this store 0 stars I would!!!! Dont ever go there!!! A bunch of young kids Which clearly no training. They walk around playing on their cellphones, and then when there actually is a customer they just tell them to call AT&T corporate To correct mistakes they make when activating phones or setting up billing. Absolutely embarrassing. If you cant do the job then you shouldnt have it.
My sister and I went in not to long ago and Sabrina, the manager, was a very big help! We walked out very satisfied with our 2 brand new iPhone X and our 2 brand new apple watches. Not only did Sabrina have a great attitude but she was very kind!!!

BEWARE WITH AT&T!!!!!THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME!!!!I went into the store at the Forum and said I was going to pay less for my cable if I would bundle them up with my cell, home internet, security. They did us so wrong. Total bill for all should have been $390.00.Well guess what?!?! My cell phone bill alone is $360.00. I tried to talk to them at the store...no help! The 1800 no help!! Im so screwed its not even funny. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Ive had at&t cell service since 2010 and this has been the best store Ive ever been in. Ive been wanting to buy a new phone for about a month. Originally went to the store at the Forum and the staff inside couldnt seem to be bothered to greet or help me, despite being available. The store next to the Cibolo Walmart was okay, but wound up not having any phones in stock. At all. So I made my way to the 3009 store and Frank was fantastic. He found me the perfect phone and accessories. He was knowledgable and friendly. He made the whole process a breeze.
Horrible! Walked in with family all really to get new iPhones but not a single worker greeted us or told us how long the wait would be. Waited a while, they continued to ignore us so we left and went to another store. Workers should be trained with some commun courtesy. So unprofessional and rude! They missed a sale all because they chose to ignore us, we had no problem waiting but they didnβt even acknowledge us.

DONT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS STORE!!! My wife bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 here. When she started using it she noticed the battery would only hold a charge for about 3 hours, so we took it back for an exchange 4 days later. They confirmed the phone had a problem, but they would not honor AT&Ts 14 day buyers remorse period, nor would they offer to do a warranty replacement. They tried to send me to a place in San Antonio that does warranty work, but I called them and they did not even have replacement phones. Finally I called AT&T and they are sending me a replacement. I found out you have to buy from AT&T rather than an AT&T Authorized Retailer such as this one if you want any decent customer service.

I purchased U-verse and 2 iPhone plus. I will never do busy with att again. I was not told about all the extra fees I would be charged. The store employee told me I had 30 days to return the phones and I spoke with a phone rep they said 14 days. The waste phone company in the world. Please run dont buy anything from this company.
