I switched from AT&T to Verizon. I also wanted a new phone in the process. Vick walked me through the whole thing step by step and all of the prices he told me were accurate. He helped me pick out what phone I would need based on my usage and even told me which screen he used on his personal device. The level of customer service he provides is phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend. Won’t shop anywhere else!

Just like other reviewers stated, this store salesperson, Isaac, added charges (device protection) without my consent, wiped my old phone before my new one was even set up so there was no way to even activate my new phone and I was left without ANY phone service leaving the store only to be told “that’s an Apple thing, I can’t do a return until tomorrow when the manager is here” when I wanted to cancel my whole purchase the same day same hour and lied. He was about to ship off my old phone with the SIM card still in it and it wasn’t until I realized that HE wasn’t very thorough or knowledgeable about anything but simply ringing up a sale that I went back to the store to get my SIM card.He clearly only cares about making a sale since it’s commission-based, therefore, that’s probably why he supposedly couldn’t do a return that day. I was told my phone would be bought/traded-in for a specific amount and that my monthly bill would go down which is what made me get the phone, then come to find out, after calling Verizon, that is not the case and it is based on the appraisal of the phone when Verizon receives it at their facility. Not what Isaac, the salesperson, said or even mentioned. An extremely frustrating, fraudulent and shady experience and I will never go back there, will report it, and will warn others about this franchise’s business practices as they clearly do not represent Verizon in a positive light at all. I will never go to a franchise store again and maybe not even Verizon anymore. Be warned to only go to a real Verizon store not an “authorized retailer.”

My wife and I went to this Verizon/Cellular store out of frustration and bad experience with the Verizon store at the Olympia Forum location. A young man by the name of Vic assisted my wife with her phone. He got her phone activated which the store at the forum would not due. Even though we did not buy the phone at this location at Schertz Vic was extremely helpful. He even got my wife the right cover for her phone which the other person had given her the wrong one. Then Vic put the protective clear shield on for her. Vic went that extra mile to make sure we were happy. We have gotten two other phones at this location and I don’t know why we went to the Verizon store just to be treated bad by an employee who didn’t care. Check Vic out. We highly recommend him with you cell phone needs.

I purchased a phone at the Verizon Store but due to COVID concerns they refused to hook it up simply referred me to their site. I checked with this store who I have had prior experience not only did they welcome me their representative sat me down and spent her time. Jennifer was Kind and professional she was able to get my new phone operating. Jennifer would not let me leave until I was totally happy. The amazing thing I did not but the phone in their store. She did this all for no charge. This is what I call extreme customer service.

I dont actually know why there are Verizon stores at all. I had all of my services through their third party company. I went in for a phone during a domestic violence issue and received not only no help I lost hope. I will never do business there again. They also lie steal and cheat and admit it. I have all their names as well if they would like them on display. Oh and they made me put a star because I would place negative 😂 🌟
Added device protection and cloud storage without my permission after declining the services.0/10 would never recommend such a dishonest store.
The sales rep was very helpful and we have had absolutely no issues with the cell phone service thus far. The part that was disappointing was the amount of fees charged by the store to include a $35 per item set-up fee that was not ever explained until after I paid the bill and noticed those charges in the 4 pages I signed. Foul on me for not double checking what was on my bill but also foul on the rep for not telling me beforehand. I purchased 4 new cell phones which came with 2 free watches (you have to pay taxes, activation, set-up fees, and data charge). All summed up, I spent over $1,200 in 4 days for all these devices and service as Verizon sends you the 1st bill within 24-48 hours of service connection. When I called Verizon customer service about the applicable discounts I qualify for, the military discount isnt retroactive. Once again, this is disappointing as Ive had virtually no chance to complete the discount verification before the 1st bill. Why cant this be verified in the store? Let me reiterate, I had no problem with the sales rep as he was patient and helpful and the cell service has been great. The rep just didnt tell me everything up front and the rapidness with which Verizon sends the 1st bill is not good. Would be 5 stars with some simple fixes.

Sales Associate, Hunter, was amazing!! We were having trouble at home with an online order, called the store and explained the problem, he told us to come in to the store. I liked the fact that the salesman was super helpful, and actually ended up walking away without a sale, due to the fact that my folks are from a sales tax free state, and would have had to pay a sizable chunk for tax had they upgraded their phone.In this day and age, it is rare for such honesty to be out there, and it was much appreciated. Given the chance, I will come back here for future business.

Absolutely horrible customer service. When I walked in I was greeted reasonably. I explained that was shopping for a new iPhone. The salesperson pointed to the back wall and said they are over there. He then proceeded to tell me about how much better Android phones are and that he wished he hadnt got an iPhone.After this he went to sit down and play with his phone while completely ignoring meme, even though the store was empty. I guess his iPhone was more interesting than he let on.I looked around the store for about 10 mins. More than half the phones were dead and without power cords. After being ignored and given the clear lack of interest in selling phones I decided to leave. Maybe Best Buy or another store can actually explain and demonstrate some of the available phones. Given that I plan on buying 4 new ones it should be worth their time.
My experience with Mr.Spencer Ramos and Mr. Joey Hernandez was exceptional, I recommend anybody to come in and see these gentleman. They provide nothing but the up most professional customer service. Im honored to be a part of the Verizon team and highly recommend this store! These guys are great!
Came in due to my microphone on my device not working. In a matter of minutes fixed the issue with my device. Steve the sales rep knew his stuff... he is awesome! Even got me set up with a HUM and connected my truck! Very well done Steve!
Andrea was awesome and very helpful. She explained my new phone and my account to me in full detail. She set up my phone and explained what she had done and showed me how to use the new features and apps. This location has improved 100 percent. I will definitely tell my friends and family to come to this location.

The guys here only work on commission, no salary, so they are moved around between stores to try to equally distribute time at slower v. busier stores. That makes it hard to finish an action if it doesnt work out smoothly. No one else wants to help complete work for someone elses commission. We added my parents to my account while they were visiting & they bought five new devices, so pretty large commission. We made an appt with the salesman so he could focus on just us & we still spent close to 3 hours in the store the day we initiated the action & another 2 hours on a second visit with still no resolution. It took us a week & a 1/2 from initiation to actual switchover and ability to use the phones & other devices they bought. They left for home without even having been able to get help switching things from their old phones to their new and without cases for one phone and one tablet. Incredibly disappointing. I was on the phone with customer service to remove charges added to our bill when the guy added three temporary numbers as placeholders while waiting to Port their phone numbers over, which accumulated an initiation fee and a partial monthly payment for each, on top of those same charges for their actual phone numbers. I wasnt even able to remove all of those extra charges because even the customer service rep couldnt fully understand the new bill. Also, when we first searched for their address on the Verizon site, their old address was still given so luckily my 8yo saw it as we passed it on the other side of the highway and told us how to get back to it. No one bothered to tell me that these changes to the account would completely erase our previous account history and require brand new logins so now we have no access to information about our account previous to this because of course we had gone paperless. But at least I know not to bother going in to the store to get help, because it wont be available since I wont be spending any money there.

Stephen Beckham was absolutely wonderful in helping me upgrade my phone to the LG G4. He walked me through every step of the process and was very amiable and incredibly patient with my questions and had no problem repeating how the pay plan and other things worked. He made sure that I understood everything as he understood it instead of hiding things that would come back to bite me in the butt later like some salesmen would. Stephen made me feel like he was looking out for me as a customer in getting me what I needed and not being pushy. That to me is customer service done right.
So I called in before I came here and I spoke with Cory because I saw the BOGO offer on my Facebook. He explained that I qualified for it and what it required. I came into the store and he was waiting and ready. I’m very satisfied with my service I received and couldn’t be happier. My husband has a new phone and I now have a new phone. I have a billing problem that the automated tech in the Chat with Us feature of the was unable to solve. Actually thats putting it nicely...what really happened on the app. was that my info tech ghosted me after I had just spent 20 minutes in a chat with them explaining the problem. They went to look at my historical bills and then didnt come back.I went to this location to attempt to solve the descrepancies in person. Customer service was good but ineffective in.solvimg problem...so is the person he called. Now Im waiting for a manager to get back with me because Verizons first, second and third people couldnt.Recently my Verizon app has been freezing or just refusing to open also. Verizons customers pay the overpriced fee so they can have the best coverage and service. This appears to no longer be the companys motivation.As for the store and service...it was fine. Completely unhelpful...but courteous while failing.

If you are a Verizon customer and you would like to receive stellar service and time is of the essence? Then this location is where you should go. This verizon store has the friendliest customer service I have ever experienced . I was greeted with an open door and a warm smile! These customer service reps are very knowledgeable and experienced. They arent happy until youre happy. They want to know what you want instead of trying to push a plan or phone on you. They look at your needs and advise the best fit for you. They go above and beyond their job to make your visit the best it can be. I would highly recommend using this store for all your verizon needs. I can only rate a five star but they deserve a ten star rating.

I walked into the Verizon Cellular Sales store in Schertz, TX in panic mode. The Apple Store entered my husbands number into my new phone and hadnt realized it until a couple hours later. He was out of town at a conference and needless to say, his phone was not working. Andrea, the sales rep, kindly and courteously, got everything switched back within a few minutes. I highly recommend Andrea and her store to anyone.

They were running a promotional, giving away an ellipse 7 tablet. You pay 100 bucks and they credit you back the 100 you paid. I have yet to see it. That was back in May. In addition, i purchased, or so i thought the insurance for it. Apparently, according to them, ididnt. So i am stuck with a unit verizon wont repair or replace. Nor can i get it repaired by another business. To cancel service is 155.00..thus being out 255! Soon as Contract ends, I am gone.
The store manager Spencer and the employee that helped us, Dorian, were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of there way to help me and my wife with our account. Highly recommend these two and this store if you have any questions or are looking for a trustworthy store to shop at.

3 stars because the sales people are nice people and mean well BUT their screen protectors are low quality. I wanted a scratch resistant protector since I throw my phone inside my purse and somehow they got that confused with a screen crack protector just to make a sell. Now Im forced to have a phone that has a scratch on it, small and hardly noticable, but its there. My phone would have been scratch free if they would have not lied to me. I wanted to spend money to protect my investment not to hand out money for something I didnt need. They also lied to me about being a corporate store. So watch out what they tell you and what they sell to you people.
