This is an amazing facility! Clean and well maintained. The customer service provided by Lauren Haas was outstanding. She was super friendly, professional, and honest. Even went far above and beyond by taking as much time needed to help me and my Aunt (who is a retired veteran and widow) to find the best option for our abnormal situation. Excellent, friendly service. Reasonable prices for the amenities. Super-clean, climate-controlled facility. They provide a heavy-duty cart in a little cove next the entries. Freight elevators for access to the second and third floors. They even have a covered entryway if the weather turns bad! I’m very pleased with the service and facilities, and I recommend SurePoint Self Storage wholeheartedly. Conveniently located at the intersection of I-35 and FM1103.

Accessibility and the facility always clean. I have only had one concern and it was addressed immediately.

Very helpful staff and appreciated their professionalism. They have a truck you can use for a few hours for free, which was awesome, but take ear plugs because the truck is SO loud, seriously, and drive slow.

LAUREN is AMAZING! I just called because we were displaced for three months after we sold our house and our new house had delays. My bill came due and just as I got in my house she prorated the entire month saying I would only need to pay one day. That means a lot when you have to incur extra costs from being displaced, every little bit helps. I would recommend cube smart to anyone. You Get what you pay for, and their service is excellent.

They raised their rates.....again. I moved to another company that is still climate controlled, but a larger unit for almost half of what they are now asking. They priced themselves out of my business.

I agree with all the reviews Ive just read. Lauren was awesome! She made the whole process easy shes friendly and genuinely connects with you like youve known her for years. I havent met Kraig yet but I look forward to meeting him soon. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I go alone most of the time and feel completely safe.

People who work at the facility are great. The lady on the phone was halfcocked. The facility is well kept but not quite climate controlled. Dont store guitars here or artwork. Its about 80% inside the place.

This place was more than what I had expected. We have a business office here and coming to this place everyday is lovely. The restrooms are always clean and smelling good. Renting a storage unit and office space from Kraig(Manager) at CubeSmart on 1103. Great facility, very helpful and friendly staff. No complaints and I cant recommend them strongly enough.

So far so good, facility is very clean, the unit sizes i needed were available and clean, lights working. When i had to upgrade to larger they accommodated my needs immediately and with no issues. Highly recommend.

This place rocks! Mostly because of the people and customer service but its also very clean! They helped me with all of my questions, getting the boxes I needed and worked with my schedule! Upon move out, they helped coordinate with the moving company because I was already states away. Steven was so nice and understanding of my situation. He really treated me like family. Samantha also helped a lot with my questions. I would totally recommend!

Moved to San Antonio last week from North Dakota and was a little nervous about finding a safe and easy to access location. This facility is great and Steven is an amazing resource. He was friendly and even remembered my name when I walked into the office. Excellent customer service skills and he went above and beyond to help us figure out some logistic problems with our truck. Best customer service you could ask for! Pauline and Meghan have both been a pleasure to work with, and have gone out of their way to make sure that their client has been fully accommodated. The facility is brand new and kept in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend this location to others. The only suggestions to make this place perfect would be if the property offered a remote for tenants to access the gate to exit the facility (instead of having to use a code to exit the premises as well), and if they had planned to have the moving trucks unload on the opposite side of the building instead of the entrance where the business office units reside. Would help the flow of traffic, and keep the entrance and tenants vehicles from being blocked.

These guys have stayed late just to accommodate me, have the absolute best deal on a rental truck if you are a unit holder (this it was $15 for a full day) and are spic.n.span. Steven is theanager who is very knowledgeable about what size untins are beat and saved me money when I was trying to get a unit that was too big!!! Highly Recommend

The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I have had a storage facility before and had my unit broken into. This facility is very clean and safe. It may cost a bit more than most but it is well worth the peace of mind for your possessions.
