So let me say, we had done rent a center once before and that experience was horrible. This recent experience was ten worst than the first. My husband and I needed a washer and dryer and didnt have the money to get one upfront. So against our better judgement we went to rent a center. So, let me say yes we have a couple times been late but we have always paid and called them to say we will pay. We couldnt make the last payment and so a I called and talked to the lady who was rude to begin with and said we will make a double payment on September 16th. We have had some extra cost. Since making that phone call and telling them that I was going to be late. They have called us 6 times a day and even called my mother in law demanding payment. Never mind we are technically one payment behind. Not three or four payments. Just one and WE HAVE ALSO PAID!!!!! So, if you read this rent a center come get your damn washer and dryer. I knew deep in my heart this was a bad idea to do. You over charge for things.

NEVER AGAIN GOING TO GO HERE. They gave me a bed set that had bad bed bugs all over it and got bit everywhere and had to go to the doctor cause the bits were terrible! Don’t go to rent a center they won’t tell you if there’s bed bug on stuff people have used and returned.

The whole keep paying when you have the money and stop paying and take it back if you cant afford it is a joke. I have been fighting with then over a tv that I cant pay on anymore and refusing to pick it up unless I pay on. If I could pay on it I would just keep the dam thing
