I had a wonderful experience with home depots services and they arent that bad on pricing. Your worker Mary was extremely respectful and helpful to me. Dont get rid of workers like this because its hard to find them.

After a short infatuation with the competitor in town Im back to the huge selection, friendly staff, and fine customer service that is to be found at the Scottsbluff Home Depot. As a service-connected disabled veteran, all that need be shown at checkout is my VA ID card stating such and *presto!* take another 10% off of my total purchase price for that day. It adds up... and when the checker says, Thank you for your service! it always sounds more real to me than someone commonly parroting this phrase with no real feeling. At Home Depot they always mean it, at least coming from the employees who look me in the eyes as its said with a smile of thankfulness on their faces. It means a lot to us, truly. Thank you Home Depot.

Most big box stores dont care what customer service is, especially in Scottsbluff. However Dean the manager, Kayla in Kitchen and bath, Don the guy who helps lead, and many others prove over and over, that these folks know the value of good old fashioned customer care.I dont know how Home Depot was able to assemble such great people, but compared to Menards, you get a picture of polar opposites.The folks at the Depot are awesome!

Its hard to find someone to help you find what your looking for.

Home depot is a little hit and miss on their employees. Either they are amazing in helping or they really dont know anything to help with what you need.

The plants have bugs, the handsanitizer is soap, and the staff are rude about it. Maybe they just want you to wash your hands. Maybe they also want me to spend my money at Lowes.🤷🏾‍♀️

Good place for finding decent lumber at a decent price. Better wood than other of the big box stores in town.

Honestly you will find some products that are better quality then other places but the customer service still needs so much work. It feels like you are immediately hated just for walking in.

Staff could care less if they can help you. Took 2 weeks to do what should of been done in less than a week. Washer and dryer I ordered had been in for over a week and no one called like I was told. Will shop at Menards for now on.

The customer service representative deja and the general manager Brad are great to work with and true problem solvers. Additionally one of my favorite people in the store works over in the electrical department and always provides incredible expertise.

The manager would not honor a Black Friday deal even after customer service asked them to do so. We have spent over $10k there in less than 2 years. We have 2 homes that need updating but I wont be giving them my business! I promise it will cost them a lot more by not honoring the deal!!

Free carpet installation I qualified for Im told is going to cost me a RANSOM of $125 to obtain the carpet and pad I paid for with NO installation or an EXTORTION of $Thousands to needlessly carpet entire basement because the installer(Home Solutions) did not have the competency to seem together with existing carpet claiming tape wont stick ...Installers actions where short and frantic with my wife and son while I was at work despite me being a partially Disabled Veteran.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Tony at the Pro desk, to Wendy at the front desk was awesome, manager Sean was excellent helper. Clean, well organized store, workers seem very knowledgeable.

Home Depot as a whole has definitely improved on their customer service. It used to be you could walk the entire store without finding someone to assist you. That’s slowly changing, people are available to help now and the shopping experience has improved. Always check the display at the entrance for clearance deals, some very well priced appliances can be had.

Went in for drywall on 3-28-20. The isle was closed. Went to view other products until it opened. Came back 15 min later. Still closed. Asked a worker nearby who said he couldnt help us, but the guys using the forklift could. Waited for 10 minutes for forklift guys. Said i just needed to grab drywall. He said they were busy and to wait. Super rude guy. They left, the closed isle was totally empty. Just decided to grab a cart and load it up. I only needed 4 sheets. The forklift dudes returned right as I pulled in and said they needed the isle cleared. They couldnt wait 5 min for me for me to grab it after I waited 25 min for them. These dudes were just rude as heck. Smirky. Ive gone through this before with home depot. Never posted a review, but Im sick of my time being wasted. I ended up leaving and put back another product I intended to buy, just to get out of there. Went to menards. Much better service.

Had to rent a ladder. Got the biggest one they had based on what the customer told me. It was to big. Went back and they exchanged it for a smaller one with smiles while they helped load it. When I dropped it off I received a phone call and walked back out to my truck. The lady finished all my paperwork and waited until I was off the phone to explain what she did. It was a very pleasant experience.

WOW The Home Depot so upset. I bought some tools they were unable to return the tools. Due to me using a store credit only $26. When my total was over $400. So dont use store credit you wont be able to return it.

Ive done a lot of shopping here over the last 10 years or so for a wide variety of projects. Theyve had what I needed pretty much every time. I usually dont need help finding anything or help with a specific product, but when I do need help its really hit or miss whether I will get anyone to help and also whether that person is knowledgeable enough to help. They have always been good about exchanges and or refunds if necessary though and their prices are reasonable for most things.

We have bought appliances and cabinets from this store. The worse experience ever!!! Order rustic hickory cabinets they came in clear hickory. Now they are not able too order the right cabinets. And just want to give money back after there is no kitchen in the house and a week of back and forth!!Terrible experience

Home Depot is involved in a third party retailers scam. I lost $800 with the direct involvement of the Scottsbluff store. Law enforcement has been notified and hopefully we will have results soon! Steer clear of Home Depot!!!

Every time I need something like plants or paint I come here they are so friendly and do their very best to make sure you get the products you need. I purchesed my curtains and curtian rods here, love them, very durable. Also needed glue and patching supplies for my air mattress and they took me all over the store to find it but they made sure I got what I needed.
