Have no problems Im a regular costumer and they always have what Im looking for, plus great customer service.

They have the same stuff as Wal-Mart but at a cheaper less expensive price n a little of each things.

I am a loyal Dollar General customer and have frequented that store since they came to Scotts Bluff years ago. I find myself there many times a week, I use my five dollar off coupon every Saturday and download all their digital coupons.I bought a few totes at the DG by Walmart A few weeks ago and later on in the day I realized I did not need them. I went to the DG on East overland to return them because that’s the location that was convenient for me and the manager would not except them. They had never been used and I had a receipt, but she claimed that she did not carry them at her location so she could not take them. This is terrible customer service. Now I have to drive all the way to the other side of town because this managerDidn’t want to deal with it. A few days later I went back to the east overland location and the manager lied to me. There were the totes on the shelves in the back of the store. The store manager really got it wrong. There’s lots of competition in this town and she should be a lot more accommodating to her customers. She has a horrible personality and leaves a chill throughout the whole store. A few weeks later I went back to this location on a busy Day. I could not find a place to park and what do I see in the corner of the parking lot but the managers big white vehicle parked sideways taking up 4Parking spaces. This manager is not an asset to her company. Hopefully someone important at the dollar general reads this and does something about this manager, her personality, her terrible attitude, her lack of customer service, and most definitely her parking.. The dollar tree has recently come to town. Hopefully I will be doing my business there instead since the Dollar General has employees that are not helpful, unfriendly, and quite frankly just Don’t leave me with a feeling that I need to go there any more

The Dollar General on Overland is the good one. Try to avoid the Dollar Store on 27th. When we asked for a cart, we were pointed to a group of carts all stuck together outside the building. The worker was rude and on her phone. The aisles ate cluttered and Im sure you couldnt get through there with a cart anyway. Its a dirty store. The one on Overland, however, is a completely different story. Aisles are clear and clean. Product is put away. Workers were polite. I would drive out of the way to go to this one instead.

They had a great selection of color books for the grandkids.

Managers here would do well not to harshly criticize employees in front of customers, a very unprofessional practice. Most employees here are pretty friendly and will go to great lengths to try and help you, though a few can often be rude as if they likely dont really care anything about you when they should: No customers, no paycheck. I like this DG store better than the one up on 27th, as it has bigger aisles and less clutter. Just feels better to shop here overall, much cleaner... but management really would do well to consider the consequences of their actions when they snip at customers and employees in front of customers. That bad practice will undoubtedly come back to bite them. All things considered though, this is my go-to DG while in Scottsbluff shopping.

Rude cashier. It is one thing to ask for an ID but its another to be snotty with the customer who forgot to bring it.

Store manager is very unprofessional, yells at employees across the store, and customers would complain about it. She dosent work that much and there is some discrimination going on over there. If she dont like you she will try to fire you or make you quit. She begs for people to stay working there. I know a few people that have worked there and they have all quit because of the store manager but couldnt tell her that because she is very intimidating and is not a good listener. Not only is it bad managment but the store is a damn joke cant move around cause its a mess. Dirty, cluttered and overflowing with merchandise everywhere. Its a joke at that store. Dont even know why its open.

Not always the nicest people who work here but the ones hat do I appreciate.

One of the employees is so rude to all her customers. I live within walking distance and although I am a regular customer and have always been kind to them and never cause any problems. But this particular employee is always saying stuff to me, following me around the store and just trying to start something with me in general. She needs to be taught how to treat her customers, especially regular customers.

Good selection, but closing manager was very nasty with customers trying to make purchases before 9 pm. Shaking her head no, yelling at them and really upset because we were trying to leave before 9. Things came very close to an explosive argument. I will never, ever shop there again.

Horrible customer service, waited in line for 20 minutes for no reason. Definitely reccomend going to a different store right down the road, again, the place is a joke.

You have to watch sale items when rang up. I bought items 3 for 6$ and 2 for 5$ and it all rang up regular price. That is their downfall sale items not ringing up right.

One of the employees was roud to is when we where there with our daughter not the first time that same employees was roud and normally it dont bother me but every time Im in there with my kids that same employees is roud makes me not want to shop there anymore

If u want to shop here u have to make sure u go when the friendly people are working they help u, now the lady with red hair is so rude I asked her where I can find something she didnt look at me and said over there so of course I looked for it myself the other time I daughter picked up something from the shelf looked at it and put it back down when she picked it up from again the lady with the red hair yelled at her and said if u pick something up put it back where it goes I said yeah put right there where u picked it up from, same lady has thrown my money back at me she is rude and then it comes to the boy that works with her he dont give u everything u pay for and when u go back in and tell them they both argue with u and say your just trying to get free stuff he rubs his self up and then grabs your things to start scanning it at 945 he stands at the door and only lets a limited people in and locks the door as they come in and yells threw the door we are closed go away I have a bad experience with these two so my advice to other shoppers if u need something right away make sure u go when the nice girls are there usually in the morning
