I love how a lot of people hate on the self-checkout part and say “If I’m not getting paid to do it, then why I’m not doing it for free”. Okay? Do you put gas in your car or does someone from the gas station do it? Want someone from the gas station to fill up your own tank? Good. Pay them. Wait you don’t want to pay them because it’s cheaper to do it yourself? Hmm sounds familiar to the self-checkout situation. Obviously you don’t pay the cashiers but the company does and going to self-checkout, I like. I get to bag my groceries the way I want to. Grow up and advance with technology. This ain’t the 90s

This place is a disaster and it just keeps getting worse. They really need to get their stuff together. I understand things are hard right now, but theres no reason why with supply chains being what they are, that the employees shouldnt be able to at least unload the stock they can get. The aisles are completely barren, nothing is where it belongs, and the general layout doesnt make sense. Nobody there cares about any of the customers. They treat us like we are in their way. Dont even try using the online app, because they have no idea what inventory they even have in the store.

Action alley full with open areas being filled with freight.Serious fire hazard.With holiday approaching, do not feel safe and secure with exit options during black Friday.Due to this, I will NOT shop this location. Sure death trap. Lego or Xbox is not worth my life

I went to pickup my mothers prescription refill. The young woman who was supposed to help me was helping an elderly man in line before me and was short and rude to him and did not make any effort to take care of his needs. She was short and unpleasant with me also. I ended up going to a different line and the young woman there was helpful and took care of me.

Workers were trying desperately to get food on the shelves. Walmart should have never moved their store around. I know why they do it, but moving isles closer and all over the place makes for a hostile environment when customers seems to be right up against where workers are working.

Lacked experience personnel to develop pictures we wanted to send to a family member. Were told we would have to come back another day?!! But the associate was very nice about it. Walmart, get your ppl trained!

A good Walmart but one that leaves me confounded. A main reason for this is not the fault of local management but the responsibility rests with corporate. Anyone shopping here notices every isle has a lot of merchandise that doesnt belong in that section. For years its been happening. Associates play dumb when asked about why this keeps occurring. The people who are regularly and intentionally scattering merchandise throughout this store are known. Walmart has a formidable security system, and there are shoppers with issues regularly roaming the store carting merchandise and then setting it down away from where it belongs. The long-term offenders are known, but corporate wont allow local management to take action. In principle this is stealing by virtue of all of the extra hours being invested to pick the scattered merchandise back up to return it to where it belongs, ad nauseam. THAT jacks up prices for you and me, people. Sure wish that corporate would finally do something about this.

Its Walmart so you cant really expect much but this was definitely NOT a good experience. Partially because of the lack of cleanliness & organization but also because of the customers. I was here for less than 20 minutes and encountered a half dozen kids screaming, throwing tantrums, or running around unsupervised.

Great selection of snacks and very clean. Decent selection of outdoor items.

I like the one stop shopping, but I hate the fact that Walmart closed down main streets all across the country!! Shame on them for that-corporate greed!

Areas are hard to shop as freight is on the floor. Very little on shelves or racks. Got to check out and other than self-checkout ( which is total b.s., you wont hire me to pay me to do it then Im not doing it for free), 2 register open and lines of 10+, supervisors ride when someone asks for another register open. I heard many in line say they wont self-checkout, especially with large amounts, and they are going somewhere else to shop. As I and my family are.

Im pretty sure the employees are trained to ignore overhead pages

I couldnt even use a small cart, since all the aisles were blocked with huge palettes everywhere. It was like a maze from hell trying to maneuver anywhere.

Stayed overnight with our 42ft 5th wheel RV. Called ahead and they said no problem. We got in as it was getting dark so it was a great flat place to stop. In the morning we explored the area including Lake Minatare and we wished we would have stayed there. Its a little more of a drive but the lake views are gorgeous. And they have a dump station.

Just terrible as of late. The remodel moved everything in weird places and the cash registers are severely understaffed.

The prices are outrageous for pet supplies and there is not a good variety to choose from. No harnesses for ferrets or small kittens. Food supply mostly for cats and dogs. Not a good variety for betta food. No ferret supplies, only one time, I found food for my ferret.

This Walmart is always horribly understocked. If you live closer to another Walmart, I recommend going to that one instead!

Recently visited the Laramie, WY store and Scottsbluff is terrible compared to them. Store is dirty and unorganized. Employees could care less if you need to get through while they stock. Laramie store is spotless, well organized and every employee seemed happy to be there. Kudos to the Laramie Manager.

They called me and fixed the problem I had with them manager Daniel made it more clear and I was able to understand how to work with the personal shopping app better.. I do wanna say I like that they keep up with they’re reviews..

This store is undergoing a remodel and is pretty much a mess. Majority of check out lanes are self checkout... too bad WalMart cannotafford to have cashiers.

This store is moving aisles around so its a little tricky to navigate at times but employees were very helpful.

Chaotic. They are in the midst of changing the whole layout of where things are. It was difficult to find things. And when I talk to one of the vendors, was told they were cutting back on a product my family loves, so if we want it we need to go to Safeway. Not a happy customer after yesterdays visit.

I do a lot of my shopping at Wal-Mart. They usually carry what Im looking for and the salespeople are helpful and friendly. I dont like that they are setting up more self service checkouts. I may have to start doing the bulk of my shopping somewhere else.

Need more cashiers only 3 at the time I check out. The lines where 10 deep of people to check out.

My gosh, does this place need some help! The stuff they have is stacked everywhere (including the middle of the walk way) and theyre out of the rest of the stuff! Paper plates, water etc... I dont know whats going on, but this place is a mess!!!!

Had to unload 11 pallets, frozen dairy, took about an hour to unload, Coleen, was unloading my truck with a manual pallet jack by herself the entire time. Colleen I give you props thank you for getting me unloaded. I believe management need to address the situation of no body coming back to help her unload the truck. That is unacceptable. I think the management needs to address the situation of employees not listening to the intercom.

Walmart did a great job for our catering items for an anniversary celebration. The cake was moist and tasty, and the meat and cheese tray fresh. They had all of the items ready when they said they would.

Theyre revamping, constantly stocking, & couldnt find things. I left exhausted & frustrated. Hopefully they get it organized soon.

I always use the self check out because I think it’s quicker. Yesterday I was checking out and I forgot an item. Maria guarded my items while I ran to get wrapping paper. I had problems using my credit card and again Maria suspended my transaction and rang me up at the main register. She was so helpful,Patient and very kind. Excellent customer service

Todays shopping expedition to our Walmart shopping center was exceptionally productive and fast! For a change all the employees I interacted with were all very pleasant and helpful!

This trip store was stocked not bad but was totally out of most of both Hamburger and Hot Dog Buns. Fairly busy.

Your shelves are not stocked. But have stock in isle. You have a bunch of employees pulling online orders that should be stocking. They are rude. Wont stop to help in store customers. Cutting in front of you grabbing items before you can grab it.. Maybe you should rethink the in store experience. So frustrating

I keep my social distancing, I order my groceries online and pick them up, very convenient. If I cant do it that way, I order it online and have it delivered, takes a bit longer, but can get anything.

The isles are full of stock, the shelves are pretty empty but the employees are hurrying to put it away and are willing to help you get the products you need. Thanks guys keep up the great work.

Parking is horrible and checking out is worse than ever. I hate even the thought of going there.

In the process of a redo so it was difficult to locate items. Things will get back to good again when finished.

Cleaning place, workers are nice but the place seems ransacked even time i come in.

My helper went in while I was having my groceries loaded and was able to get my 3of 4 items they said was unavailable they screw up my order every month one way or another too bad I depend on them for my groceries
