This Vision center is amazing. Ive referred so many friends here and they are always happy that they went there. Dr. Shipley is an excellent eye doctor. I live in Peoria and I drive all the way to Scottsdale just to give them my business. They are that good! Highly recommend this eye doctor.

I love this vision center. Not only is Dr. Shipley amazing but her support staff is just as great! I first started going in 2004 and after a move to Glendale I made the mistake of trying to find a closer doctor, I was back at this location asap! Great team of people working together!

I have called the vision center couple of days ago regarding the doctor prescription (i was kept on hold for more than 5 minutes) which I had already had my eye exam in the same vision center. recently, i lost my prescription and i have contacted vision center for the prescription, they have told me that they could do only fax or in person and they havent told me about the prescription fee on phone. when i stop by store they charged for 10$ for the prescription and they printed my last name incorrect. I have told to correct my name then they told me to revisit for the vision center for re-printed prescription with doctors sign. however i have moved from tempe to scottsdale. thats about 60 miles around. this is the worst experience in the vision center ever. I prefer not to come in or suggest anyone to get into this store again.

I had a great experience here with my eye exam and the staff was very helpful with picking out glasses.

The tech working there oct 29, 2017 was absolutely useless and rude. Walked in to look for frames, he was in the back, waited 10 min before he came out. Asked for help but he did not want to help with anything. Why bother even having anyone here?
