Purchased our R8 Bullfrog Spa and could not be happier. The installers delivered and installed it at requested time. The kits provided for taking care of the spa is perfect, it takes all of the guess work out of maintaining the spa. My husbansd and I have had our Bullfrog Spa for about 8 years. We use it year round and keep it warm all the time so it is available for use. Its a great workhorse like the energizer bunny keeps going and going!

Jeff was amazing in helping us select the perfect spa for our home. We got to try the in person wet test with no pressure to buy on the spot. The quality of the product and expertise and kindness of Jeff made our decision easy. We highly recommend this brand and our amazing salesperson to make this a wonderful sales experience.

Love our spa, but the store only had sales people to answer questions, they had very little technical answers to help with an ozonenater install.

Called their store wanting to get some prices on a couple of models. I am still in the learning mode.The guy working there would not give out a price over the phone. He just lost a potential customer. I am not making a trip to the store to get budgetary pricing. I get that he is paranoid that I was a competitor but you cant give out a list price?

Just spent last week shopping for a hot tub and Jeff was a pleasure to work with all the way around.This was my first hot tub purchase so I had TONS of questions and Jeff was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me sort it all out.I was particularily impressed with how much time he spent helping me out during the wet testing to make sure I was happy with my choices.I tried a few other brands as well and none of them did as well as the Bullfrog in regards to what I was looking for. (very deep massage, including upper back and shoulder area)I had been putting off the shopping because I thought it would be a pain, so it was really refreshing for it to be such a great experience.Thank you Jeff and I cant wait for the hot tub to show up at the house! :)Hopefully it will be smooth sailing once it is installed too. 🤞

I JUST got my spa delivered today and,Cant wait til the water is hot! My son and I had been looking at spas at other places for over a month.,ONCE we went into BULLFROG in Scottsdale, we were SOLD! We loved our sales Rep Pam and the fact that BULLFROG is the ONLY one that have the interchangeable jet packs. Pam was SO PATIENT letting us try EVERY One they had so we could decide which ones fit my personal physical needs best. We are new bullfrog customers, it is our first hot tub and we needed to learn more about the maintenance. We called the store, and the manager came to our house for a free check up visit. She showed us in detail how to service the hot tub correctly. It is easy once you know it, and we are really enjoy the relaxing time in the tub. My husbands back problems are so much better and my stress level went down a lot. It is the best decision we ever made and we absolutely love the outstanding customer service. The store manager Pamela Farthing came out to our place again, since we are snowbirds away from home during the summer. We learned that there is a special setting for away from home as well. She was super helpful, filled the tub, checked the chemicals and we have peace of mind, that the hot tub will still be in great shape when we return. Looking forward to it, especially after the long flight. 5 stars plus for bullfrog!!!Eva-Maria & Michael

Bullfrog spas are amazing! From a design perspective I like the simplified plumbing compared to traditional spas and the jetpaks are a great idea. We have extras for our spa and its nice to swap them out and move them around (though you do find favorites). From a sales perspective Pam is amazing and a hoot! Weve been to the showroom several times and shes funny and super helpful. If youre shopping for a spa, put Bullfrog on your short list.

We had been researching spas for quite some time. We were interested in bullfrog spas but at the time the only store was in Tucson, AZ which wasn’t exactly a simple weekend task.Once we were notified of the new store opening in Scottsdale we were the first ones there and couldn’t be happier. Everyone we spoke with and dealt with during our transaction was top notch and very knowledgeable on spas. Bullfrog Spas are different from the rest and built better. Lowest monthly energy cost as well. Check them out today you won’t be disappointed, we weren’t.They are also proudly built right here in the USA!!!

When my wife and I decided to buy a spa we went to half a dozen stores to see what they had. Every other store had very similar tubs to each other. However Bullfrog seemed to be the hot tub from the future. The high tech version of what everyone else was selling. That alone might have won me over. Pam was the biggest reason we decided on a Bullfrog spa. Not only because she has an amazing personality but because she was the only one who asked us to come back for a wet test. Not a single other person asked us that. My research online said that wet testing was the most important thing you can do.We love our Bullfrog hot tub. We are happy with every aspect of our investment and Pam is hands down the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with.

We purchased our spa 4 months ago after looking for over a year. Pam and Courtney were very knowledgable about the spas and helped us to understand what we really wanted. They have also been very responsive to any questions we had. We love our bullfrog!

Went into the Bullfrog Spa store just to look at the different models. Pam was great, she answered all our questions. We ended up getting a A6L and love it. Bullfrog spas are designed to last and being able to move the jetpacks around is a great feature. Love that they are made with no wood, a good choice for Arizona. Anyone in to the Phoenix area looking for a spa needs to visit the Scottsdale showroom, Pam is the best!

Got our spa 1 month ago. It is spectacular. The ability to get a different theraputic massage in each of the seats is amazing. We were able to do a wet test prior to purchasing the hot tub and try out the different jet packs. Pam is amazing, patient, hilarious and so helpful. There are 16 different massage jet packs and I think I tried 12 of them. There was NO pressure just help and no rush. The service is amazing. The difference in sitting in this hot tub and any other we tried is the night and day.

Two years ago I purchase a jacuzzi hot tub. Within that time period, I had three service calls, two to replace flow switches and the last one to replace the mother board. I was not happy with the trouble I was having, and asked the independent tech who replaced the mother board who he thought made the best spa, he said Bullfrog. I had never heard of Bullfrog until then and decided to look into them. I purchased my Bullfrog a month ago and couldn’t be happier. Pam from the Scottsdale store is unbelievably helpful. Bullfrog is made in Salt Lake and is the only spa I know of that is designed and built differently than any other spa. What a quality product!

Before moving to AZ, we owned a Sundance Spa and 2 Dimension One Spas. All were very nice.Once settled in our AZ home, we began researching spas and found very few changes or innovations with Dimension One or any of the other spa brands we were familiar with. In our search for a spa, we discovered a new brand (to us anyway) called Bull Frog. Talk about innovations. Starting with their smart plumbing design and innovative jetpack system. We couldn’t get over the fact you could move the jetpacks from seat to seat depending on your preference. My petite wife can now enjoy any jet arrangement by moving the jetpack to a shallower seat so she can fully enjoy the benefits of the jets and doesn’t float away. The jets also worked much better than our previous spas. One unique feature Bull Frog offers is a variety of jetpack design options so you can really customize your spa. No more one size fits all. As much as we liked Dimension One spas, we won’t be going back after using Bull Frog spa!The sales person, Pam, was very knowledgeable about not only Bull Frog, but all the other higher end spas. She was able to give us lots of great information on Bull Frog as well as honest comparisons with other spas! She spent a long time talking with us, helping us learn what sets Bull Frog apart from the competition and kept us laughing along with way. Not once did we feel any pressure to buy.The spa delivery people were much more professional and friendlier than what we have experienced in the past. You could tell they take pride in what they do. Pam has continued to check with us to make sure everything is as we expected. If you are looking for a spa, you owe it to yourself to check out Bull Frog Spas! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bull Frog!
